Com o tempo, fomos perdendo a noção do que é e como manter uma boa relação. A busca por uma felicidade total e permanente e a baixa resistência diante do contrário fez com que criássemos a expectativa de que as relações servem para dar conforto e nos agradar.
Relações precisam, sim, fazer bem, mas também é verdade que relações presumem, lidar com diferenças e, portanto, com eventuais conflitos.
Neste episódio, conversamos novamente com André Lombardi (ele também está no 79, sobre a importância de ter consciência de que terapia não basta para manter nossa saúde mental), psicólogo e pesquisador de epistemologia, do perfil @lablabirinto, que falou sobre a importância de saber avaliar como cada vínculo nos afeta e como lidar com conflitos para que relações saudáveis não se rompam ao primeiro sinal de desacordo.
