In this episode of "How I Am Made in the Image of God" we attempt to explain to children one of the greatest mysteries in the Bible, that of understanding the Trinity made of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Also, is there something about the Trinity that helps us understand how we are made in the image of God and in His likeness and what makes us different from animals?
We delve into the question, "Who is the Most High God?" Starting with an explanation that God is Three persons but one God and listen to kids sharing what they think it means to be created in God's image. We acknowledge that understanding the Trinity can be challenging, but we break it down by discussing the concepts of spirit, soul, and body.
We explore who the Father God is and explain the nature of the soul, followed by a discussion on the "Breath of Life." The video introduces Jesus, God the Son, and explains the essence of our spirit. We highlight the role of the Holy Spirit as our teacher, comforter, and guide, and conclude by comparing the Trinity to our own spirit, soul, and body. This video aims to provide a comprehensive and accessible understanding of the nature of God and the human connection to the divine.
