Hi, I'm Erin, and I have celiac disease. In this video, I'll share my simple recipe for a delicious, gluten-free, baked pasta dish. If you want to use regular gluten-containing pasta, simply sub out the pasta! Everything else remains the same. Here's the recipe!1 box gluten-free pasta (penne works very well)1 jar marinara or tomato sauce of your choice1 - 16 oz container of ricotta cheese1 - 16 oz block of mozzarella cheese (or 16 oz bag of shredded cheese)Optional for sprinkling on top:Parmesan CheesePepperDried Oregano (or fresh!)Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Shred your mozzarella cheeseBoil and drain your pasta following directions on boxMix Sauce in with pasta, then ricotta cheese, and last, add about 3/4 of your shredded cheese.Add pasta mixture to 13x9 glass pyrex style baking dishAdd remaining shredded cheese over topSprinkle parmesan cheese, pepper, and oregano if you wish!Cover dish with foil and cook for 30 minutesRemove foil and cook an additional 15 minutes to crisp up cheeseThat's it!
