Maxym is a defensive back for Canada’s Senior Men’s National Flag Football Team and a former Montreal Alouettes draft pick who is currently training for 2026 IFAF Flag Football World Championship and the 2028 Olympic debut of the sport.
A Quebec City native and Université Laval alumnus, he also operates Lavallée Football, where he provides expert coaching for both male and female flag football athletes. Selected to Canada's 2026 Senior Men's National Flag Football Team Top 16 roster.
