There is a balance between feeling the emotions, allowing them to flow through us and not getting stuck in them.
It all comes down to the choices we make to allow ourselves to feel the feelings without attaching stories in order to alchemize it into love. Healing is communal, sometimes we need to welcome in the love from others to not allow ourselves to get stuck.
Love shall always win, the signs are always present may we be present enough to receive them. After all, isn’t a breakdown just a break through in disguise?
