4 147 WHAT AM I WILLING TO SACRIFICE?
Join us as we discuss introducing something sacred to opposing energy.
It’s important to be fully confident, comfortable and in our center before sharing something new in our life with others.
Address yourself first to ensure when sharing news with others we are unattached to the potential influence of their opinions.
We highlight the importance of knowing who you’re seeking advice from regarding something you want to grow in your life, especially when the other person lives completely differently than how you aspire to.
It’s okay if things we’re doing don’t make sense to everyone as long as it makes sense to us. Ultimately, surrender, and know it may require time for others to come around and eventually support our decisions.
Lead with an open heart and remain curious to prevent building resentment and animosity - this is how we grow.
Journal Prompts:
What comforts or what in general are you willing to sacrifice for what you consider sacred?
What does surrender look like?
What change in thoughts, words, actions or behavior must occur to welcome the reality you’re calling forward?
Affirmations:
My self love and respect guides my actions.
I seek approval of myself through myself.
I practice nonattachment when receiving opinions from others.
I know and trust myself to make choices I’m confident in.
