Picky eating is something we as parents often accept as a normal childhood behavior, but for some kids, picky eating could be a sign that something else is going on. In this episode, I’m talking with Kelly Dorfman, M.S., L.D.N., a licensed clinical nutritionist and author of “Cure Your Child With Food.” Dorfman and I talk about whether picky eating can be a sign of underlying health conditions and how nutritional deficiencies, food intolerances, and anxiety can contribute to picky eating. We also talk about the symptoms parents should look for, where to turn for help, and how to encourage healthy eating habits at home, plus, simple, delicious food ideas.   Be sure to sign up for the free video course, Turn Your Picky Eaters Into Little Foodies: https://www.julierevelant.com/free-video-email-course/.
