Joining me today is Adenah Bayoh
Adenah truly embodies the American dream. Escaping the civil war in her native country of Liberia at age 13, Adenah emigrated to the U.S. and has since become a successful entrepreneur. Having grown into a multi-unit owner of IHOP in her home state of New Jersey. After becoming a successful real estate developer, she decided to launch Cornbread in late 2017.
Cornbread is a fast casual, farm-to-table soul food concept. Investing in people and developing the communities where she conducts business are at the forefront of all of Adenah’s business ventures. For Adenah, economic development through her work means getting a chance to improve and empower communities. This is evident through the many giving back programs run at many of Adenah’s restaurants from providing free space to nonprofits for community events to providing free meals to disadvantaged veterans.
I hope you enjoy today's discussion with Adenah Bayoh
