Interviene por videoconferencia el gerente de ASCAV (Asociación Canaria de Alquiler Vacaccional), Javier Martín, para explicar las cifras del sector y su respuesta jurídica a la Ley de Vivienda Turística recién aprobada, que el colectivo considera apartará a los pequeños propietarios de la economía turística, sin que ello favorezca una mayor disponibilidad de vivienda.
