David de Vera ofreció también los detalles de dos proyectos urbanísticos que han sido noticia, como el plan parcial Rosa del Lago, al norte de Puerto Lajas, o la demolición de Marlape, en Playa Blanca, una resolución que puede activar a la Sareb para que asuma su desocupación y rehabilitación ante las sancinoes decretadas.
