THIS ALMOST BROKE ME! Failure happens in emotional bonds with people and in ourselves. Healing is emotional maintenance to help balance interpersonal relationships and bonded connections. In life, you should expect hurt, pain, loss, and transitions as much as you hope for happiness, pleasure and fulfillment. When you experience that defining "healing moment" it changes a million moments after it. You are forced to become more aware of how you show up in the world, how you want to be treated by people, what you stand for, and who's standing with you. Wherever you are on your healing journey, you must FEEL IT, ON IT and FACE IT so you can fix it (you). Heal, but don't rush.
