In this week's episode, I speak with Regard who shares her story of finding her way as a make-up artist in the fashion industry to recognizing the impact it was having on her mental health to starting her own business focusing on self-development, self-love and mindset.  She has such an infectious laugh and energy but is also very real about her struggles with burnout and mental illness and how she has now turned that into her mission to help others.  Her message of finding the path that's right for you, no matter your stage of life, finding success through joy and fulfillment (because otherwise what's the point), to love what you do and do what you love, and stop comparing yourself to others is all a reflection of her own journey of trying things outside of her comfort zone and riding the ride along the way!
