Isaiah, I know you've only been here a couple of weeks.
With these kinds of dramatic losses can certainly take a
lot out of a team. These guys have had to
deal with it a lot more than you have this year.
But how do you move past them? How do you
digest a loss like this?

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Man, it's tough. Can't even lie to you. I can't
imagine since Yeah, like you said, I've only been here
for a couple of weeks, and you know, being in
those close games and not being come out on top
of it's tough. But we got to find a way
to finish. I think, you know, we played good as
a team and Michelle good grit. You know, Capco's going
great plays down it up. You know, all credit to

the coaches and our preparations out the week, the players,
But we just got to find a way to finish.

So you know, being a part of loss like that
sucks for sure.

We saw you guys use a couple of gadget plays
and obviously put a bunch of points on the board
and move the ball effectively offensively. What was it that
you thought went so well against a defense that over
the course of the season has been very good here
in Detroit.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Yeah, I mean, just being able. That's our preparation, and
that's all credits the coaches and us. You know, I
practiced suff the week, just a little details, talking with
the quarterback, and then at the end of the day
just executing on that field. I mean, we got a
bunch of gamers on the team, and I know we're
not getting the results we want, but I mean you
look for my roster top the bottom, there's a bunch
of players who could really play. So I mean, I'm

excited to be a part of it. But you know,
we just got to find a way to finish.

They get the touchdown, let's strowed off the overtime. You
guys get the ball back. Jameis Winston was able to
be able to convert a fourth down on a scramble
as you guys got into Detroit territory. What was the
mentality during that drive? How hard was it to turn
the page from then getting the lead touchdown and then
you guys trying to tie it.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
I don't think it as hard as all. I mean,
you know, we prepared for those moments and we just know,
like you know, be ready to go out there and
score and you know, be ready to score and go
for two. You know that's our mentality, you know, trying
to go finish it and win it. I mean, James
played amazing man. Just so much credit to him. Man
and the grid and the ability to be able to
bounce back and the amount of great throws that he made.
