Great morning! Since this is the VERY first official episode of Great Mornings are Sober, I figured I'd give you a little bit of a background on my sobriety journey - from the party girl scene in my first few years of university, to questioning why I never felt the same attraction to alcohol, my "rock bottom" moment and then spending most of 2022 drinking mindfully and being sober curious. I'll also explain why I'm now a teetotaller, and going completely sober for 2023.
