I'm your host, Kat - and if you know anything about me, I'm the PRIME demographic for binge drinking. Every part of my life is surrounded by alcohol.
But, I can't help but feel that alcohol just isn't it - it's hugely affecting my mental and physical health, and I'm sick of living in a society where literally poisoning yourself is so normalised. I did 2022 as sober curious - but now I'm taking the full plunge into sobriety for an entire year.
I'm going to podcast and share my journey, and provide you with motivation and guidance through all the highs and lows of sobriety and sober curiousity, and little tips to help you navigate through an alcohol-driven society - from dating, awkward family gatherings, growing your confidence, and everything in between. And hopefully changing the way we think about alcohol along the way - because you are still completely normal for just not wanting a drink.
