Si se usa con responsabilidad, puede ayudarnos a producir alimentos más seguros, saludables y sostenibles. Pero si se utiliza sólo para producir más rápido y más barato, corremos el riesgo de desaprovechar una oportunidad única para mejorar la forma en que nos alimentamos.
El reto es decidir qué camino queremos tomar. Y ese camino no lo definirá solo la tecnología, sino las decisiones que tomemos como sociedad.
