Hello Healers!Let's kick off season 3 with our first solo episode that's equal parts reflection, reset and real life. After opening the season with the guests on the last episode, I'm taking this moment to connect with you 1:1.
Think of this episode like following a thread: I move through life updates between seasons, the small sometimes unexpected signs that guide us, like the pet cemetery outside a place I moved to and how self-care can quietly lead us to what's next. I also answer the same quick fire questions I asked everyone last season.
I shared some practices that are extremely practical and functional to keep me grounded/staying present and a little advice to navigate in mercury retrograde, oh! and of course a lil meditation.
