There seems to be a pervasive feeling of uncertainty - intensified in the wake of recent political and social changes. There’s so much to say. I get it. Me, too. It feels bad. I’m worried. What’s next? Am I safe? Are others safe? Although the uncertainty of our nation is upfront, we deal with uncertainty every day - and we don’t always deal with it well. Here you’ll hear reflections and reactions observed in my work sessions and my personal life and we’ll talk about the importance of not shying away from the fear and anxiety of uncertainty.
