So without further ado, let'smeet Dr. Sandra Marie.
Hi, Sandra.
Hey, how you doing, Heather Lee?
All right, well, so let'sstart with your how you came into

(02:55):
your path and your purpose.
I have truly, I would honestlysay that I've been a curious by nature
since childhood.
I was raised Catholic, went toa Catholic school for eight years.
I wouldn't say that I wasraised in a religious home, but the
whole Catholic thing was a bigpart of it.
And even as a child, Irealized that the dogmas and the

(03:17):
supporting evidence, it justdidn't add up for me.
Like, was God really lovingand forgiving or was he punitive
and punishing?
Constantly watching me, youknow, and ready to punish me at any
moment, I stepped away.
But when I had my ownchildren, I Got back into religion.

(03:40):
My husband at the time and Iwere raised different in different
phase.
We settled on Lutheran, whichhonestly is not much different than
being raised in the Catholic religion.
But at the time, I'll behonest with you, I just thought it
was what I was supposed to do.
Like, I thought that as aparent, I was.
This was a behavior that I wassupposed to do and provide for my

(04:02):
children.
And retrospectively lookingback at it, what I realized was I
was living someone elsebeliefs, that's all.
Someone else's belief systemand really not my belief system.
And I would say in my late 30sor 40s, all that being a sheep with
religion, that's what it feltlike to me.

(04:23):
I started opening up myself toother opportunities.
And then there was one morningI woke up with a very clear telepathic
message that I was to become aReiki master, which really sort of
threw me.
Like, I was like, gosh, wasthat just a vivid dream?
Was that real?
Am I hearing voices?

(04:45):
And it was like, no, it was real.
And I was really just sort offocused on the clarity of the words.
Very compelled.
I tried to step away from.
Went on for probably a yearbefore I figured out what Reiki was,
what a Reiki master was.
It was before the Internet wasbig and you could just Google Reiki

(05:06):
or Reiki Master.
I.
And I would say that honestly, receiving that message was a little
concerning to me.
So I've worked 45 years inhealthcare as a nurse, mostly in
EDs, but I did have a stintworking in psych behavior health.

(05:27):
So getting a message, hearingvoices, that sort of thing was a
little bit of a dilemma for me.
But not because I also hadworked with mediums that talked to
loved ones.
So when we would get peopleadmitted because their mother was
coming to them and giving themmessages who had just passed and

(05:51):
were medicating them, I wassort of like, well, I feel like perhaps
maybe their mother who justpassed really is communicating with
them.
But that, honestly, HeatherLee, that could be a whole.
A whole different show for usto talk about.
Yeah.
I. I then had the opportunityreally to go live internationally.

(06:14):
And that was a huge shift.
It was a huge shift for me personally.
It was a huge shift in mypersonal life.
But I was able to do a lot oftraveling to places like Nepal and
Sri Lanka that has hundreds ofthousands of years of spirituality,
different temples.
I was able to go to Tibet.

(06:35):
Interesting.
I went by myself.
The people on this trip weretalking about how hard it was to
get a visa.
The one fellow said he hadbeen trying for 10 years.
The other lady said she hadtried for six years.
They had all tried multiple, multiple times for this visa.
There's six of us on there.
I'm just listening to them andthey says, well, what about you?

(06:56):
And I says, well, I had twoweeks off and I reached out to this
fellow who arranged it and Igot my visa.
Like, took me two weeks.
They weren't, they, theydidn't receive that very positively,
but that just tells me it wassomething that I was meant to do.
You know, I went to Bangladesh.
They were having some bigspiritual ceremony there.

(07:19):
It was a big Hindu celebrationweekend for three days.
It was incredible.
So I was always seeking, seeking, seeking, seeking.
I mean, I was just immersingmyself in seeking.
After each trip, I'd come homeand I'd come to the same conclusion.
I would reach out to some likeminded friends and I said, you know,

(07:40):
all this spiritual stuff isthe same.
Like, it's no different.
All these principles are the same.
And even when I think aboutCatholicism, if I look at the purity
of the teachings in Yeshua,it's still all the same.
So I say this really sincerely.
My aha moment was Glinda, theGood Witch from Wizard of Oz.

(08:02):
Like, she had it right whenshe told Dorothy, my dear, you've
always had the power to go home.
So for me, returning home isreturning to our divine.
Moving from this game ofamnesia, from this earth game that
we're playing.
And here I am with you,Heather Lee, immersed in podcasts,

(08:24):
wild soul gatherings, havingdiscussions about canines, galactic
dogs, elevating consciousnesson the world, healing people.
Like, how did we get here?
How did this all happen?
Yeah, that's a story, isn't it?
And it happens faster than youwould think.
Yeah, it's.
It's a beautiful thing for me.
And it was actually, it's evenreally interesting how we connected.

(08:49):
Somehow we connected and endedup doing an episode together.
Together for the happy hourfor the spiritually curious.
Yeah.
Which I will say was a.
Another very clear messagefrom spirit.
And unlike my initial messagesthat I was cognizant of from decades

(09:09):
before, this one was not happy about.
I was like a podcast.
No, cannot do this.
Not in my skill sets, nottechnologically signed.
Don't understand it.
I don't honestly listen topodcasts at that time.
So it was a whole new thing.
So after probably about threedays of having an adult temper tantrum

(09:32):
with spirit, I succumbed.
Because I'm not gonna lie toyou, I had, I had some pretty significant
kicks in the Asses because Ididn't want to follow messages that
were given.
And, you know, spirit has away of getting you back in line one
way or the other.
So this one, I was like, fine,I'll do it.
And you know what's crazy?

(09:55):
This has become a huge passion.
Like, I figured it out.
I love it.
I feel like this is my path in life.
Like, who would have thought?
Like, I wouldn't have thoughtthat, but it is.
We get connected and we havesome other unique connection.
But the one thing I. I'd like, you know, for the listeners to hear

(10:17):
is it was a little bitdifferent with you.
I've had.
I have a lot of episodes out.
I do a lot of research aboutthe guests and their work.
I usually will, you know, sample their work if they have some
free things on their websiteor whatever.
So I sampled your work, andthen I got into your podcast, Howl
at the Moon, which I told you,I think when we talked.

(10:40):
I love the name because I havethis real native pool.
I've worked on some.
I worked on reservations as anurse in the past.
Yeah, I've had Howl at theMoon artwork all over my house at
one point, and here I am.
And I was like, wow, that's agreat podcast name.
Well, you do some healingdifferent things on some of these

(11:02):
podcasts.
So, you know, I'm just, like, going through, sampling, listening.
Three days later, it's about acouple hours before we're going to
tape the show.
I'm like, damn, I don't haveany questions for this lady because
I just got sucked into herwork because the energy, for me personally,

(11:25):
felt so good.
I can't explain it to you.
I don't understand your work.
I don't understand what it is.
Yeah, I'm sure you'll expoundon it a little bit.
All I know was it had aprofound effect on me that was, like,
massively positive.
Positive.
So then real quickly, I waspulling my note cards, putting down
my questions so that we couldhave a good conversation.

(11:47):
And I think that's part of whythe podcast was so successful, was
a lot of the conversation wasreally off the cuff.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And so here you are in yournew path, and everyone, you know,
the.
The beginners who haven'tjourneyed to their calling, to their

(12:11):
awakening are always stuck atthis place where they just can't
get started.
Maybe they're going down thewrong path or they're working with
the wrong people, or theyhaven't started with them.
And so what words of wisdomwould you have for these people who
are just stuck in a rut andcan't get out of the circle.

(12:36):
So we're doing this summitcoming up, July 11th and 12th.
It's called spirituality Explained.
And honestly, that questionis, what led to doing this summit?
My initial statement to that,Heather Lee would There's this old
way of manifesting where wecome up with picking what it is we

(12:59):
want, and then we try to forcethe universe into providing us.
And you can be successful with that?
You know, the storyboards, thepictures, picking what you want?
Well, a lot of times what wethink may be best for us may not
be the best thing to be pickedfor us.

(13:19):
Right.
So if we step away from thisold way of manifesting into the.
This flow, I like to call itthe flow, we get these nudges.
Be open to the nudges.
Even when it's uncomfortableor seems like, what the hell is this
all about?

(13:39):
What do you want me to do?
Like, be open to it and sortof go with it and see where it goes.
See where it's going to take you.
Universe is going to take usto what's going to serve us best.
It's.
Yes.
And, and we may not know whatthat is.

(14:00):
And that's why it's soimportant, like you say, to not try
and control it.
So really, if you're going tomanifest something, what you want
to do is just open up yourenergy field to your highest and
greatest, your highest andgreatest purpose and direction.
And you may not know whatthat's going to be.

(14:22):
It might be somethingcompletely different than what you
expect.
So if you're implanting whatyou want to happen, what you expect
to happen, that may be a nogo, that might be a dead end.
And so that's what discouragesa lot of people, I think, is that
they're trying to forcethemselves into a direction that's

(14:43):
not for their highest andgreatest good.
And just like you say, we haveto be open to the possibilities that
we can't even see.
I never thought I would bewriting a book and doing podcasts.
I mean, never.

(15:53):
Oh, I hear you.
So, yeah, that's a very good point.
We have to be open enough torealize that we don't know the answer.
Yeah.
And I mean, it's, it's, it's,it's an honest thing to do.
Right.

(16:13):
Because there's a lot ofteaching out there.
There's a lot of YouTubes youhave, you know, and I'm not Abraham
Hicks.
All these Chandlers, theirwork is powerful.
It means a lot, but that sortof is the direction that we were
sent.
I. I honestly feel like withthat solar eclipse that happened

(16:35):
in April, that the sun, thesolar system, is bringing in a higher
vibrational light into the earth.
And I feel like the old light, that their dimensional light was
turned off.
So I guess I would encouragepeople to be open to the possibility

(16:57):
that even when it comes tospirituality and our evolving consciousness,
there's some changes that arehappening here on Earth.
So we're.
We have a whole differentvibrational energy.
I believe that everyone hasbeen awakened.
Some people are just consciousof it, and some are unconscious of
it.
So we have a lot of folks outthere seeking.

(17:18):
Like, they're feeling things, they're getting the sense of knowing.
Their intuition is intensifying.
So they have a lot of questions.
Right.
There's a lot of questionsabout all of this.
And it's time, sort of for usto step up the game again.
That's what the spiritualityexplained when we were talking about

(17:39):
there.
Because even though everyone'sawakened is, as we said earlier,
there's so many differentroads to our evolving consciousness.
What's going to resonate withone person may not resonate for the
next.
And truly, that is the purityof happy hour for the spiritually
curious.
Like, we have no skin in the game.

(18:02):
We have no revenue in the game.
The idea is just to meet abunch of people out there who are
doing different spiritualofferings, different work, different
opportunities, putting it outthere to expose people to it.
And either you're going toresonate with it or you're not.
The other thing that I thinkis really important with this summit

(18:24):
that we're doing is we'redoing a thing called decoding spiritual
terms.
I know you and I laughed.
You were talking about yourexperience with holding space, minds
with current like you, eventhat we're doing this.
Like, I would hear people talkabout things and I'd be like, oh,
yeah, yeah, yeah.
But in reality, I wasn'texactly sure what they were talking
about.
I sort of went with the flow.

(18:45):
I'm like, okay.
Doesn't really make sense now.
It's like, oh, it makes a lotof sense.
But it took me like a year tofigure it out.
Yeah.
So we're going to have someconversation about decoding the different
spiritual terms.
As we're entering this newworld, we really are going to start
developing a new language forthis new paradigm.

(19:06):
You know, there are different terms.
There are different words.
What does this mean?
How.
How does this all work?
The other thing That I thinkis really important is we're going
to do a lot of work.
There's three.
Three perspectives or threeelements to this that I think are
really impactful isdemystifying energy work, demystifying

(19:28):
the taboo topics, demystifyingthe tarot, demystifying spiritual
ceremony, demystifyingspiritual altars.
I don't know.
I know for me personally, whenI was doing my Reiki stuff initially
and they were talking aboutaltars and Chris, like, it, like

(19:49):
all of that Catholic stuffstarted coming up and man, I felt
like, really uncomfortable.
I'm like, I don't gettriggered, but I feel like, you know,
something bad gonna happen tome because, like, is this sacrilegious?
Like, that's a lot of stuff, especially when you grow up with
it as a child.

(20:09):
It's so tucked in thebackground for some of us.
And it's harder.
You know, the whole Chris, like, I'm obsessed with crystals.
Always happen.
Even my mom, like, she went onthe one trip of her whole life, she
went to Hawaii and she wasemptying out her pockets of all these
rocks.
When she came back, she'slike, yeah, weren't supposed to take
these, but look at, look atwhat I got.

(20:30):
And she was so excited.
And I thought, even as a kid I was.
I love the crystals.
I mean, I. I shared with youearlier as we were getting started
that I had two crystals thatwanted to be with me as we were recording
the show.
So I, yeah, I always have whatyou bring with me when I record.
What are they?
First of all, to keep my handsfrom flailing all over the place,

(20:50):
because apparently I talk alot with my hands and when I'm editing,
it doesn't look so pretty.
But I have my usual.
And today I had two differentones that wanted to join.
I mean, they're living energy, living entities that bring a lot.
So crystals.
So it's Cintrine, which is ahappy, happy energy.

(21:12):
And the other is a blacktourmaline, which is more a protract,
a protection type of energy.
Yeah, so it's interestingbecause I don't think it's protection
from you.
I told you I had a.
Had some incidences going onon the farm this morning.
So I think it was separatingout your farm life type of energy.
And then the centering was tobring in the joy, the happiness and

(21:36):
the fun of it all.
So.
Absolutely.
You know, it's interestingwith healthcare, I really dedicated
my life to one path of servicefor 45 years.
I know you have a little bitof health care background.
Yeah.
30 years.
Okay.
But I mean, it's a, it's a dedication.
It's.
Yeah, it's a service.
It does, it consumes you.

(21:57):
And it's like stepping off ofthat path of service onto the service
of raising the consciousnessof humanity, which is all of us,
humans and everyone else.
It looks a little different, but it's the same commitment.
But I do want to say to anyonewho is really put themselves and
committed themselves toservice, it's got to be a 50, 50.

(22:20):
100% commitment to service toyourself personally is equally as
important to 100% of serviceto others.
So.
Absolutely.
Big concept that's not so big,but simple.
But especially for those of uswho work in healthcare.
Yes.
Not a concept that seems soobvious until after the fact.

(22:44):
For many of us, till afteryou're broken.
So.
Yeah.
So you brought up a couple ofreally great points.
I love the 5050 becausesometimes we forget that when we're
working in service, we have toalso receive for ourselves.
We have to also keep going onour journey.

(23:06):
We're constantly growing, healing and elevating our frequency.
And I think for me, I neverwant to work with a provider that's
not doing that.
I have to.
I want to work with thatauthentic spiritual person that understands
this concept.
If they're not working onthemselves, if they think they've

(23:28):
already gotten to that point,it's not going to be a good match
for me.
I need someone activelygrowing and learning and continuing
their creation craft.
Even though I'm.
I'm doing healing work with myclients, I always have a mentor for
myself.
I'm always looking for thatnext level, trying to get even higher

(23:50):
and higher and higher and thatbrings in a greater channel for me.
So that's something I want tobe sure and mention.
For those who are looking forsomeone to work with, it's very important
for me that thoseprofessionals are doing their own
work.
And, and honestly, when you'reworking with people, it's a give

(24:11):
and take.
Right.
So it's not just, especiallythose of us who do energy, healing
work, that kind of thing.
You receive just as much, you give.
Yes.
And it's all part of yourelevation in your consciousness.
I think that that's reallyimportant for people to know.
Yeah.
And then, you know, as aprovider, even I pay close attention

(24:35):
to what's coming through formy clients because there's always
a message in that for me too.
A part of that is for me.
So I'm listening carefullywhen I'm getting channeled frequencies
in for my clients because partof that is something that I need.
So it's important to realizeour own part in the process.

(24:57):
It's a co creation.
It is co creation and I'mgoing to throw something out there.
When we did our show, you saidthat healing is easy and it's not
work.
And honestly that has strucksuch a chord for me and I think it's
really important.
And you know, you mentionedyou're a survivor and many people

(25:21):
out there.
And honestly I think thateveryone has trauma in their life
and how it's affected theirlife is unique and different for
everyone.
And historically, you know,it's, it's about going to therapy
or there's a lot of self helpgroups and you know, especially when

(25:42):
you get into the substanceabuse, the, you know, you have AA
and then you have the, thesupport groups for the families and
those kinds of things.
So I'm just gonna ask.
With everything changing, andI don't mean any disrespect, this
is truly just a curiosity onmy part.
So we know that where we, wehave our intentions, but where we

(26:06):
put our attention is what we create.
Yes.
So as I have evolved, I'mthinking, well, you're putting all
your attention on all thispast trauma.
Yes.
Are we just recreating allthis trauma?
Yeah.
And as we're, as we'reevolving, do we need to be healing

(26:28):
this trauma in a verydifferent way?
I mean, I know you have to, I,I, well, I don't know anything, to
be honest with you.
Do you have to acknowledge itand then are you able to just be
done with it or do we need tobe spending years of reliving this
over and over and over?
Like there's so many peoplewho so very much want to be done

(26:49):
with it.
Yeah.
You know, we live in a, youknow, healthcare is big money, so
it's a big industry andthere's a lot of people making a
lot of high dollars from it.
That's why.
Yeah.
From my perspective, oursociety gets in trouble.
Like you're not going to see energy.
We're covered by healthinsurance because people aren't making
money on it.
Because you can heal people.

(27:11):
Yeah.
Our, our society has done itbackwards for so long.
And I discuss this in my book,my in Canine Spirit Guides because
I discovered that through myhealing process with the canine spirit
guides while I was writingtheir book, I, as a, throughout my

(27:32):
entire life, up to the pointwhere I wrote the book, when something
bothered me, I would spend somuch time thinking about it, trying
to figure out what it meant, how I could have done it differently,
what if scenarios, you know, just constantly.
I even formatted my career tohelp me try and figure my past out.

(27:55):
So I. I became a pediatricphysical therapist so I could study
family interaction.
What does a real family look like?
Because I had no idea.
So I was really invested intrying to figure it out.
Out.
Right.
And this is kind of thepremise of traditional therapy.

(28:16):
You go in and you talk as muchas you need to talk about something
that's bothering you.
But what the canine guideshave shown me is that the more time
you spend in this space, you're holding that space, you're
holding that energy.
And when you do that, youcannot heal it because you're invested

(28:37):
in it.
Okay.
And what the canine guideshowed me and what they do with my
clients is sometimes they'lltell them where their.
Their healing comes from, what.
Where the trauma comes from.
And even people that thinkthat they don't have any trauma in
this lifetime.
I do have people that gothrough life on an even keel.

(29:00):
Nothing ever happens to them, and they think, I have no trauma.
I have nothing to heal from.
I'm totally happy.
But what I find with thecanine guides is that they have past
life trauma that's waiting forthem that needs to be unlocked and
healed.
But you don't need to knowwhat it is specifically.
Really.

(29:20):
No.
The only thing that isrequired is for you to be open and
ready to heal it.
That's the only requirement.
You can just openly say, whatever I need, whatever it is,
I need to heal, let it happen.
But the caveat is there cannotbe any ounce of resistance to that

(29:43):
process or it won't work.
So in my work with my clientsusing the canine spirit guides, we
systematically go through the resistance.
The.
The talking that has to happenis for them to understand where they're
resisting the process.
And sometimes the guides willbring through, you know, past life

(30:05):
experiences or something thathappened in this life that they need
to understand, to see in orderfor them to see where they're resisting
that healing.
And that's the only time they'll.
They'll share that with them.
And they'll just.
If as long as you are willing,it can just be lifted from you.
You don't have to know what itis specifically.

(30:26):
You don't have to understand it.
And this is, you know, theytell her, tell everybody all the
time that this is advancedhealing technology because we haven't
been ready to hear it or toreceive it until now because we were

(30:46):
trapped in this belief thathealing was hard and that.
And you hear it all the time.
Well, it just takes time.
Anytime someone says that, I.I negate it.
No, people spend.
They spend their whole life.
Yes.
I don't see any of themgetting any happy.
I mean, I. Yeah.
Worked in the.
I've worked in the industry along time.

(31:07):
I mean, I know this doesn'tmake me a popular person, but.
What?
You're a caregiver.
You've worked in the nursingindustry for a long time.
So sometimes we tell peoplewhat they don't want to hear.
As a physical therapist, I hadto do that a lot.
Yeah.
You develop a thick skinbecause you have to do what's right
in the interest of the.

(31:28):
The client or the patient, youknow, you have to do what's right.
So.
Yeah, sometimes they don'tlike hearing the truth.
No different than workingspiritually with people.
They don't want to hear the truth.
They just want to.
They just want things to be fixed.
Well, we can do that, butwe've got to get through the resistance
and the beliefs that people have.

(31:52):
Well, that.
That makes sense.
And even with the healthcare, they may not want to hear the truth,
but they may be at the pointwhere they're tired of what's impeding
living a physicallycomfortable life that they're willing
to let go and accept.
So you have to get to a pointin your life where you're ready to

(32:14):
surrender, where you're readyto lay belly up, all of your guts
revealed, completely splayed.
And that's what my book was about.
That book.
I was completely splayed openfor the whole world to see.
I didn't hide anything, didn'thold anything back.
When you get to that point andyou're suffering that you're ready

(32:35):
to surrender, then it canhappen like that.
And that's what most of ourconflict here on the planet is all
about, is the fact that wehaven't gotten to the place where
we're ready to be in thatspace to totally surrender and just,
you know, people say give itto God.
That.

(32:55):
That's not a term I use.
But I will surrender to myhigher purpose, my higher self.
I will surrender to thehealing that the canine guides have
to offer.
It might be healing thatyou're getting somewhere else, a
different avenue.
It doesn't matter, because wehave so many flavors, so many choices
right now with something thatwill resonate with you, that will

(33:16):
provide you that healing.
So it's an exciting time.
The world.
Yeah.
Humanity is shifting into ahigher Plane.
I, I, I agree.
Like, how cool is it to behere at this time?
So on my website I have aheadline that says the old rules

(33:39):
no longer apply.
And I look at it and like ithas a lot of meaning to me and I
thought, you know, it'd bereally interesting to hear how other
people interpret it because, you know, if you are a person who
may have known me for a longtime, you could say, oh, that's just
Dr. Sandra Marie being herrebel self again.
But it has nothing to do with that.

(34:00):
It has to do with what we justtalked about.
Like this is a whole new paradigm.
Even when it comes to the oldway of manifesting, everything is
changing, everything'selevating and it's for to make life
more joyful and blissful andeasier for us and we're so gifted
to be here.
One question I have for you isif you were able to go back in time

(34:27):
and reassure yourself as abeginner, what would you say?
What insight would you giveyourself from now if you're able
to go back then that wouldmake it all better?
Well, it's in some ways I'llsay it's different just because of
the availability ofinformation now from back then.

(34:50):
But the one thing I would say,Heatherly, honestly is trust your
intuition.
If you're being nudged orpulled, don't think that you're crazy.
Take a chance and be curious.
But on top of being curious, put some action to it and it's going

(35:11):
to take you down a wholedifferent path.
I mean, I think, you know, when I decided to move to, to the
Middle east, you know, when Iwas 59, living in a city I had lived
in and same neighborhood mywhole life and everyone was like,
wait, you're doing what?
And then being all over theworld and where it's taken me.

(35:34):
So when I think about it, Iknow you're two years.
So we'll say five, six yearsinto this.
I would say a all who wanderare not lost.
Wandering is just fine.
I personally think being flobeing, I personally think being flawed
is one of our greatest strengths.

(35:54):
So embrace it.
Yeah.
And you know, if it's on yourmind or poking you or something grabs
your attention, pay attentionto what's grabbing your attention,
pay attention to what'snudging you.
And if you don't action it inthat moment, pay attention to it
because there's a reasonthat's happening so we can get into

(36:18):
coincidences.
I'll say.
Not like there's so manysynchronicities in life.
And for me, I notice themretrospectively, but a lot of people
I know notice them clearly inthe moment.
And so their aha.
Moments come a lot quickerthan mine do.
Is pay attention to those.

(36:39):
Wow, that's interesting thatthat just happened.
Oh, that's what it.
What a coincidence.
Where did that come from?
Oh, I was just thinking aboutthis, and now this popped up.
Pay attention to that.
Yeah, I. I learned in thebeginning of my journey that the
measure of intelligence is notwhat you can regurgitate.

(37:03):
It's not in what you can holdand always have an answer to.
It's the.
The amount of curiosity youhold and your ability to ask questions.
That is intelligence.
So when I work on a spirituallevel, all I do is ask questions.
You know, I don't go into myspiritual experience and say, I want

(37:27):
this, I want that.
I ask questions.
What do I need?
Where am I going?
And same for my clients.
What does this client need toknow right here at this moment to
help them connect to theirpath, to connect deeper with their
own soul?
So it's all about that opencuriosity and.

(37:51):
And understanding that wedon't know it all.
I mean, humanity is not anadvanced race.
If you want to.
If we want to get go there, weare, like, the furthest from an advanced
race of all the races I work with.
So when you become humble thatway and you really embrace it and

(38:12):
you're like, oh, wow, maybewhat I have been told my whole life
and maybe what I've alwaysbelieved might not be true.
Just maybe, you know, I mean,I think if you go into it that open,
then you're going to get moreout of it.
Yeah, I would agree.
The other thing, I would say,Heather Lee, is to pay attention

(38:34):
to the distractions in your life.
So those distractions, Istrongly encourage people to turn
the TV off social media, letgo of drama.
Let go of drama in yourpersonal life and the political life
and the global happenings.
But when you step away fromthat, what I've come to realize is

(38:57):
it's not letting go of justthat physical distraction, but, like,
when you're letting go ofdrama and stuff, you have to let
it go in your mind also.
Yes.
So I can step away fromsomething, but my perseverating thoughts
keep me in it.
So it's figuring out.
And that was.

(39:17):
I made it harder, I think, than it needs to be.
And honestly, it's an ongoinglesson for me is letting go of the
distractions in your mind also.
And the more that you stepaway from the physical, the more
it's not in your mind.
Because really, at the end ofthe day, none of that is ours to
own.
That's all someone else's to own.

(39:37):
Yeah.
And it can be really trickylearning to identify a distraction,
you know, that takes some practice.
It does.
You know, I had to have mymentor share with me.
Well, that's a distraction.
That's resistance.
That has nothing to do withthat person.
Has everything to do with you.
So, you know, we don't want tohear that stuff.

(39:59):
