Okay, so the last time Ibrought this topic up for discussion,
I was about to embark on across country move and I was surprised
(02:36):
to find that the house I wasmoving from had a very intimate connection
to me and had been caring forme for almost 25 years. So we're
going to continue thisdiscussion and I want to let you
know what ended up happeningthrough this process because the
(02:57):
entire experience wasabsolutely magical and beautiful
and I had no idea it wouldunfold in such a complex way. So
I want to share it with youand increase your awareness of this
type of ability and connectionand magic that you have at your fingertips.

So the first thing I need toshare with you is that after I did
that podcast, podcast numberseven, I received an invitation from
the house to sit with thathouse in meditation, connect with
the spirit of that house, andactually go through an official uncoupling,

or actually the breaking ofour union, the dissolving of our
connection. And this wasnecessary before I would be Able
to connect with a new house.Even though we had already purchased
the new house, we were waitingto close on it. We were waiting to
(04:09):
set everything in motion andmove our stuff across country. It
was necessary in order forthis house to sell the current house
we were in. It was necessaryfor me to detach myself from it.
So I went into meditation,into ceremony, into chambers with
(04:32):
my house, the spirit of myhouse. She presented herself to me.
It was a feminine entity. Shepresented herself to me as this beautiful
multicolored warrior. She kindof looked like an aborigine that
had all of these colorspainted all over her body, and she
(04:57):
was very muscular. And sheappeared to be naked underneath all
of that paint. So hersilhouette was absolutely gorgeous.
And when she saw me, sheturned around and she invited me
to follow her. So we went intoceremony together, spiritual ceremony
(05:18):
together. And we had a veryofficial uncoupling, if you will,
to break the bond that hadheld us together for almost 25 years.
And when this happened, I feltall of this energy come rushing back
(05:39):
into my soul, into my verybeing. All of this energy that she
had shared with me, all ofthis love, nurturing, guardianship,
everything that she had beenoffering me, all of a sudden came
rushing back to me, and Icried. Oh. It was an incredible release.

As we said our goodbyes, I wasvery grateful for everything she
had taught me, everything shehad shown me, all the time she had
protected me and looked outfor me. And it was a beautiful experience.
I was flabbergasted that thiswas even possible. It was very palpable
(06:28):
and real. As our ceremony cameto a close, I felt her drift away,
completely separated from herfor the first time in a long time.
And I felt my own sovereigntyin this relationship come back to
(06:49):
me fully. As I realized thiswas a done deal. There was no going
back. She had given me herblessings and permission in moving
forward. She had helped toorchestrate this entire transaction.

And even more was coming thatI did not expect that she was going
to assist with. So after thatbeautiful experience, I was really
anxious to connect to the newhome that we had just chosen. And
this was an equally as magicalexperience as it was when we found
(07:38):
our old house. So let me giveyou a little background story here.
I spent before this date, Ispent about a week in the new state,
Colorado, looking for a newhome, shopping with a realtor. I
must have looked at 25 homes.One of them was kind of a good match.
(08:03):
But for some reason, I stillhad this nagging desire to keep looking
So I started to just drivethrough neighborhoods by myself,
trying to figure out where Ifelt like I needed to be. And on
a free day where I had toexplore by myself, I discovered the
(08:25):
beauty of the garden of thegods. And almost right across the
street was an equally asbeautiful and magical red rock canyon
open space area. And as Iexperienced these two magical natural
(08:45):
states, natural parks, lots ofred rock, lots of terrain, of elevation.
It was just gorgeous. I couldfeel the magic of the space and the.
The terrain. And when I reallyconnected to my soul, I realized
(09:08):
I need to be right here, rightbetween these two magical, mystical
natural areas. So I started tojust drive around to see what I could
find, to see what would fitwithin this space. We also got on
(09:31):
the Internet, started lookingat houses. I just felt like there
was something that had beenmissed on the last night we were
there. The next morning wewere catching a flight back home
to Indiana. On the last nightwe had a snowstorm. Of course, it's
(09:52):
Colorado in December. But weweren't giving up. We were still
on the Internet looking forthat special property. We found a
property at the last minutethat seemed to check all the boxes.
It had been on my list before,and based on certain criteria, I
(10:15):
had removed it from the list.Now we were reconsidering it. We
called our realtor. We askedif she could get us in in the morning,
knowing that the snow wascoming. Not sure what was going to
happen tomorrow, but we madethe appointment anyway. And when
we woke up, we had about 6, 8inches of snow. My realtor lived
(10:41):
further north and she had alot more. And this house we were
looking at was closer to themountain, so we weren't sure how
much snow it had received. Butmy husband was determined. He says
we've got to go, we have tosee it, and we need to know what
it's like in the snow. Ofcourse, right? So we fought the snow.
(11:07):
None of the roads have beenplowed yet because it was Saturday.
There was no rush. When we gotto the house, the selling realtor
was there shoveling thedriveway. And they had received quite
a bit more snow than we gotdown in the springs. Our realtor
had a hard time getting out ofher neighborhood because she had
(11:29):
even more snow too. So we werethere with the selling realtor and
we finally got into the homeand we only needed about 30 minutes.
When we walked into that home,it was the same experience as the
last house. It was a wowmoment. This house seemed to fit
(11:53):
all of our needs. It checkedall the boxes I had given all the
criteria I had given to therealtor as we began our search in
this area. And it wassurprising to me because it wasn't
all that obvious on thelisting. I was really surprised to
(12:14):
find that it has almost an 180degree view of the mountains in the
back with nobody behind thehouse. So it was. It's an incredible
park like atmosphere in a veryquiet neighborhood. Turns out we
(12:35):
know some people in theneighborhood already. It was just
a synergistic experience. Sowe knew after 30 minutes that this
was our house. And my husbandhad intended not to place an offer
(12:55):
on a house during this trip,although I knew that as soon as we
set this ball rolling, it wasgoing to move fast. So we went home,
we made it to the airport intime, went home and got everything
ready, and made the offer onthis house by the end of the week.
And we just knew it was theright house. So after I disconnected
(13:21):
myself from the old house, itwas now time to connect myself to
the new house. And just to besure, I put pictures of two houses
that we were kind of inbetween on this house and another
(13:42):
one we'd found that sort ofworked for us, sort of matched the
frequency I was looking for.So I put pictures of both houses
in a plain white envelope andI muscle tested myself and my husband
and we both tested positive onthe house in the mountains. So this
(14:09):
was exciting. So as I sat downto connect with this house, I was
really curious to see whatwould happen. Who is this new house?
And by the way, that house,this house had also been on the market
for about three months, so itwas waiting for us. And I couldn't
(14:30):
even believe it was still onthe market. It was too beautiful
and perfect for someone to notscoop it up. But just as in our previous
house, it had been waiting forus. And when I connected with this
house, went into chamber, intoceremony, with the essence and the
(14:53):
spirit of this home, what Ifound was absolutely beautiful. Before
me stood a ram and a fairy.And the energy of the house was absolutely
(15:16):
joyous. The three of us stoodin the living room holding hands
and dancing in a circle. Itwas a beautiful exchange. And I could
just feel the joy and thestrength and the magic of the house.
(15:39):
Little did I know, I had noidea there are actually rams in this
area. And I would soondiscover I would capture a number
of fairies on my camera. Sothis home was welcoming me in, was
(16:04):
embracing me, showing me itsstrength and its spirituality. And
I was assured once again thatI was in the Right place. And I was
in excellent hands. As weconnected together in ceremony, we
(16:28):
co created a powerful vortexof sovereignty and protection, shielding
the house and the space. Iwanted to make sure, since it was
empty, that it stayedprotected until I could get there.
And it did. And when we had itinspected, the inspector was thrilled
(16:53):
with the quality of the house.He said he had never seen a house
built that well. And thishouse was not even 10 years old,
and it was solid as a rock,just like the energy I perceived
when I connected with it.Absolutely strong, just like the
(17:18):
ram. And that's what the housewas trying to show me. Now, this
all happened the morning thatwe were planning to put the old house
on the market, and I had asurprise heading my way that I didn't
(17:38):
anticipate. A couple ofsurprises. First off, one thing I
want to share with you is alesson I learned about following
my instincts and my intuition.When I first got with my realtor,
I had been hearing the numberthat I should ask the number that
(18:04):
I should put this house up forsale at the value. I had no background
information, no, no data tosupport this figure. It was just
what I was being told that Ineeded to put the house in the market
for. The number value. Exactlythe number value. When our realtor
(18:27):
ran the comps, our house wasvery unique. The old one, when she
ran the comps, her numberscame quite a bit shy of what I had
been told. She was $75,000 shyof where I was told to place it.
And I had a dilemma there.What do I do? I decided to have it
(18:50):
appraised. And the appraisalcame up much better than her research.
It was only 5,000 shy of thenumber I was given to put it on the
market at. So I thought, okay,this is close enough, I'll put it
here. I'm okay with that. So,that being said, when I met with
(19:16):
the realtor the morning ofputting it on the market, right before
she left, she said to me, nowI don't know if we'll get a lot of
showings because the market'sreally slow right now. I was like,
what? This was a surprise tome. And after she left, I instantly
(19:42):
had a conversation with the.The house. This is my old house.
I said, okay, house, I turnthis over to you. You have given
me the number you're worth andwhat you'll sell for. I have taken
exquisite care in preparingthe house to put on the market. I
(20:04):
repainted every room, cleanedand repainted all of the trim. Everything
was spotless and immaculate.It took us months to get this house
ready, four months to get itready to sell. So I said, okay, house,
this is all you Now. I havedone everything you asked. You have
(20:28):
to show me, prove it to me,that you're ready for our disconnection,
that you're ready for me toleave. I need you to bring the buyer
forward. Little did I know thehouse was going to do just that.
(20:55):
We listed that house just anhour later, got an. Got about three
or four instant appointments.The first family that came to look
at the house made an offer.Now, while they were looking at the
(21:17):
house, I had no place to go.So Gigi and I, my corgi, loaded in
the car and we went to aparking lot nearby. Just a couple
houses or a couple spots overwas a church. So we went to the church
parking lot and we justwatched. I was just very curious
(21:37):
to see how they were going torespond to the house. It was interesting,
though, as I saw them movinginto the house and then out into
the backyard exploring thespace. It was a. It's a marvelous
property. As I observed themmoving through the house, they also
brought their two childrenwith them. I could feel the frequency
(22:00):
of the house embracing them. Icould feel the joy the home felt
about the children. I couldfeel all of that. And when the children
went out back to play in thesnow and make their little snow angels
in the snow, Gigi could seethem from the car. She started to
(22:22):
quietly growl because somebodywas in her yard. But right after
they left, they made an offer.And I was actually in the process
of watching other people viewour home when the realtor called.
(22:45):
She said, you're not going tobelieve this. We just got an offer.
It was for above what we hadasked, what we had placed the house
at. And guess what? It wasexactly the figure I had been given
to put the house in the marketat spot on. The exact amount the
(23:09):
house had told me to put itfor sale at. Unbelievable. Not only
that, but they wanted a quicksale, and they wanted it as is. No
contingencies. Voila, thehouse delivered her promise. She
(23:32):
proved it all to me right thenand there. That house was sold within
five hours of posting it. Sothe transition was real. I was about
to. Everything was set up forus to move across country in a quick
fashion. Everything was soeasy. People came forward and volunteered
(23:58):
to move us across country. Andit was an easy process. There were
no difficulties. There were nosurprises. There were no obstacles
that we had to overcome. Itall fell into place beautifully.
(24:18):
I Had people comment duringthis process, oh, I'm so sorry you're
moving. That must be awful. Iwould hate to have to do that. And
I just shook my head becauseeverything was in divine order, so
everything was easy peasy. Andthroughout the whole process, I was
(24:43):
full of so much joy and totallove for the properties, the old
and the new, for the newenvironment I was getting to go into,
and also for the environmentof the old home that had supported
me for so long. I was sograteful for all of it. And it was
(25:07):
a beautiful process. But whatmade it so beautiful was that I was
able to embrace it. I was ableto allow it to happen. And I was
listening. I was doing as Iwas led so that everything went smoothly.
(25:29):
As I was preparing to leavethat house, I was full of so much
joy as I was preparing it forthe new buyers, getting all their
paperwork together. Everythingwas done in the state of pure joy.
And the buyer said that theyfelt the love for the house. When
(25:51):
they entered the house, theycould tell that this home was well
cared for and well loved. Andthat was what spoke to them, that
was what attracted them to thehome. Wow. Isn't that beautiful?
(26:13):
I was just overcome with somuch gratitude for the whole process,
how everything came togetherso magically. If we get out of the
way, if we get out of our ownway, if we can see the magical connections
between all the pieces in ourlife, we can just tap in and see
(26:40):
all of that. It makes life somuch easier. And that's what this
process was about. It wasabout trusting my intuition, trusting
what I was being toldpsychically needed to happen, following
those instincts and notavoiding them, not being afraid of
(27:05):
them, having the courage tostand up for them. So this brings
up a great topic. Are youlistening? In your life, do you have
the courage to take action onwhat you hear from your higher self,
(27:26):
from your soul, from yourguides, from your God? Whoever your
information comes from, do youhave the courage to trust it, to
have faith, and to act on it?That's the lesson here. And when
I did all of the above, I wasjustly rewarded. And we have been

in heaven ever since. Sotoday's channeled energy is actually

The terrain. And when I reallyconnected to my soul, I realized
(09:08):
I need to be right here, rightbetween these two magical, mystical
natural areas. So I started tojust drive around to see what I could
find, to see what would fitwithin this space. We also got on
(09:31):
the Internet, started lookingat houses. I just felt like there
was something that had beenmissed on the last night we were
there. The next morning wewere catching a flight back home
to Indiana. On the last nightwe had a snowstorm. Of course, it's
(09:52):
Colorado in December. But weweren't giving up. We were still
on the Internet looking forthat special property. We found a
property at the last minutethat seemed to check all the boxes.
It had been on my list before,and based on certain criteria, I
(10:15):
had removed it from the list.Now we were reconsidering it. We
called our realtor. We askedif she could get us in in the morning,
knowing that the snow wascoming. Not sure what was going to
happen tomorrow, but we madethe appointment anyway. And when
we woke up, we had about 6, 8inches of snow. My realtor lived
(10:41):
further north and she had alot more. And this house we were
looking at was closer to themountain, so we weren't sure how
much snow it had received. Butmy husband was determined. He says
we've got to go, we have tosee it, and we need to know what
it's like in the snow. Ofcourse, right? So we fought the snow.
(11:07):
None of the roads have beenplowed yet because it was Saturday.
There was no rush. When we gotto the house, the selling realtor
was there shoveling thedriveway. And they had received quite
a bit more snow than we gotdown in the springs. Our realtor
had a hard time getting out ofher neighborhood because she had
(11:29):
even more snow too. So we werethere with the selling realtor and
we finally got into the homeand we only needed about 30 minutes.
When we walked into that home,it was the same experience as the
last house. It was a wowmoment. This house seemed to fit
(11:53):
all of our needs. It checkedall the boxes I had given all the
criteria I had given to therealtor as we began our search in
this area. And it wassurprising to me because it wasn't
all that obvious on thelisting. I was really surprised to
(12:14):
find that it has almost an 180degree view of the mountains in the
back with nobody behind thehouse. So it was. It's an incredible
park like atmosphere in a veryquiet neighborhood. Turns out we
(12:35):
know some people in theneighborhood already. It was just
a synergistic experience. Sowe knew after 30 minutes that this
was our house. And my husbandhad intended not to place an offer
(12:55):
on a house during this trip,although I knew that as soon as we
set this ball rolling, it wasgoing to move fast. So we went home,
we made it to the airport intime, went home and got everything
ready, and made the offer onthis house by the end of the week.
And we just knew it was theright house. So after I disconnected
(13:21):
myself from the old house, itwas now time to connect myself to
the new house. And just to besure, I put pictures of two houses
that we were kind of inbetween on this house and another
(13:42):
one we'd found that sort ofworked for us, sort of matched the
frequency I was looking for.So I put pictures of both houses
in a plain white envelope andI muscle tested myself and my husband
and we both tested positive onthe house in the mountains. So this
(14:09):
was exciting. So as I sat downto connect with this house, I was
really curious to see whatwould happen. Who is this new house?
And by the way, that house,this house had also been on the market
for about three months, so itwas waiting for us. And I couldn't
(14:30):
even believe it was still onthe market. It was too beautiful
and perfect for someone to notscoop it up. But just as in our previous
house, it had been waiting forus. And when I connected with this
house, went into chamber, intoceremony, with the essence and the
(14:53):
spirit of this home, what Ifound was absolutely beautiful. Before
me stood a ram and a fairy.And the energy of the house was absolutely
(15:16):
joyous. The three of us stoodin the living room holding hands
and dancing in a circle. Itwas a beautiful exchange. And I could
just feel the joy and thestrength and the magic of the house.
(15:39):
Little did I know, I had noidea there are actually rams in this
area. And I would soondiscover I would capture a number
of fairies on my camera. Sothis home was welcoming me in, was
(16:04):
embracing me, showing me itsstrength and its spirituality. And
I was assured once again thatI was in the Right place. And I was
in excellent hands. As weconnected together in ceremony, we
(16:28):
co created a powerful vortexof sovereignty and protection, shielding
the house and the space. Iwanted to make sure, since it was
empty, that it stayedprotected until I could get there.
And it did. And when we had itinspected, the inspector was thrilled
(16:53):
with the quality of the house.He said he had never seen a house
built that well. And thishouse was not even 10 years old,
and it was solid as a rock,just like the energy I perceived
when I connected with it.Absolutely strong, just like the
(17:18):
ram. And that's what the housewas trying to show me. Now, this
all happened the morning thatwe were planning to put the old house
on the market, and I had asurprise heading my way that I didn't
(17:38):
anticipate. A couple ofsurprises. First off, one thing I
want to share with you is alesson I learned about following
my instincts and my intuition.When I first got with my realtor,
I had been hearing the numberthat I should ask the number that
(18:04):
I should put this house up forsale at the value. I had no background
information, no, no data tosupport this figure. It was just
what I was being told that Ineeded to put the house in the market
for. The number value. Exactlythe number value. When our realtor
(18:27):
ran the comps, our house wasvery unique. The old one, when she
ran the comps, her numberscame quite a bit shy of what I had
been told. She was $75,000 shyof where I was told to place it.
And I had a dilemma there.What do I do? I decided to have it
(18:50):
appraised. And the appraisalcame up much better than her research.
It was only 5,000 shy of thenumber I was given to put it on the
market at. So I thought, okay,this is close enough, I'll put it
here. I'm okay with that. So,that being said, when I met with
(19:16):
the realtor the morning ofputting it on the market, right before
she left, she said to me, nowI don't know if we'll get a lot of
showings because the market'sreally slow right now. I was like,
what? This was a surprise tome. And after she left, I instantly
(19:42):
had a conversation with the.The house. This is my old house.
I said, okay, house, I turnthis over to you. You have given
me the number you're worth andwhat you'll sell for. I have taken
exquisite care in preparingthe house to put on the market. I
(20:04):
repainted every room, cleanedand repainted all of the trim. Everything
was spotless and immaculate.It took us months to get this house
ready, four months to get itready to sell. So I said, okay, house,
this is all you Now. I havedone everything you asked. You have
(20:28):
to show me, prove it to me,that you're ready for our disconnection,
that you're ready for me toleave. I need you to bring the buyer
forward. Little did I know thehouse was going to do just that.
(20:55):
We listed that house just anhour later, got an. Got about three
or four instant appointments.The first family that came to look
at the house made an offer.Now, while they were looking at the
(21:17):
house, I had no place to go.So Gigi and I, my corgi, loaded in
the car and we went to aparking lot nearby. Just a couple
houses or a couple spots overwas a church. So we went to the church
parking lot and we justwatched. I was just very curious
(21:37):
to see how they were going torespond to the house. It was interesting,
though, as I saw them movinginto the house and then out into
the backyard exploring thespace. It was a. It's a marvelous
property. As I observed themmoving through the house, they also
brought their two childrenwith them. I could feel the frequency
(22:00):
of the house embracing them. Icould feel the joy the home felt
about the children. I couldfeel all of that. And when the children
went out back to play in thesnow and make their little snow angels
in the snow, Gigi could seethem from the car. She started to
(22:22):
quietly growl because somebodywas in her yard. But right after
they left, they made an offer.And I was actually in the process
of watching other people viewour home when the realtor called.
(22:45):
She said, you're not going tobelieve this. We just got an offer.
It was for above what we hadasked, what we had placed the house
at. And guess what? It wasexactly the figure I had been given
to put the house in the marketat spot on. The exact amount the
(23:09):
house had told me to put itfor sale at. Unbelievable. Not only
that, but they wanted a quicksale, and they wanted it as is. No
contingencies. Voila, thehouse delivered her promise. She
(23:32):
proved it all to me right thenand there. That house was sold within
five hours of posting it. Sothe transition was real. I was about
to. Everything was set up forus to move across country in a quick
fashion. Everything was soeasy. People came forward and volunteered
(23:58):
to move us across country. Andit was an easy process. There were
no difficulties. There were nosurprises. There were no obstacles
that we had to overcome. Itall fell into place beautifully.
(24:18):
I Had people comment duringthis process, oh, I'm so sorry you're
moving. That must be awful. Iwould hate to have to do that. And
I just shook my head becauseeverything was in divine order, so
everything was easy peasy. Andthroughout the whole process, I was
(24:43):
full of so much joy and totallove for the properties, the old
and the new, for the newenvironment I was getting to go into,
and also for the environmentof the old home that had supported
me for so long. I was sograteful for all of it. And it was
(25:07):
a beautiful process. But whatmade it so beautiful was that I was
able to embrace it. I was ableto allow it to happen. And I was
listening. I was doing as Iwas led so that everything went smoothly.
(25:29):
As I was preparing to leavethat house, I was full of so much
joy as I was preparing it forthe new buyers, getting all their
paperwork together. Everythingwas done in the state of pure joy.
And the buyer said that theyfelt the love for the house. When
(25:51):
they entered the house, theycould tell that this home was well
cared for and well loved. Andthat was what spoke to them, that
was what attracted them to thehome. Wow. Isn't that beautiful?
(26:13):
I was just overcome with somuch gratitude for the whole process,
how everything came togetherso magically. If we get out of the
way, if we get out of our ownway, if we can see the magical connections
between all the pieces in ourlife, we can just tap in and see
(26:40):
all of that. It makes life somuch easier. And that's what this
process was about. It wasabout trusting my intuition, trusting
what I was being toldpsychically needed to happen, following
those instincts and notavoiding them, not being afraid of
(27:05):
them, having the courage tostand up for them. So this brings
up a great topic. Are youlistening? In your life, do you have
the courage to take action onwhat you hear from your higher self,
(27:26):
from your soul, from yourguides, from your God? Whoever your
information comes from, do youhave the courage to trust it, to
have faith, and to act on it?That's the lesson here. And when
I did all of the above, I wasjustly rewarded. And we have been
(27:51):
in heaven ever since. Sotoday's channeled energy is actually
