Prior to this chapter, Holly spent 7 years at Box+Dice. Consulting to leading Real Estate agencies across Australia.
In February 2015, Holly purchased a real estate agency in Flinders. It began with a team of four and now sits with over 40 across her 4 office Mornington Peninsula Group. With an unwavering passion to build a wonderful culture that supports diversity and teamwork, Holly is also known as a strong advocate for equality. Her vision is to lead her team with integrity and determination to be the ones to watch for what a progressive real estate business is.
