Jobs data in the AI era

Our industry has existed for more than three decades, yet a still undervalued element of it is the data that almost any job board of any size possesses. And we're not talking about resumes / CVs. We're talking about the job postings. Today's guest on the Inside Job Boards and Recruitment Marketplaces Podcast is Patrick Martinchek of JobFront.io, which uses AI to scrape, enhance, distribute, and otherwise manage job data at scale. It's customers include job boards but, more interestingly, organizations who recognize that job data reflects problems and opportunities faced by the employers and might impact their financial prospects.
