Catharine has had an outstanding career working for the Canadian and British governments, has founded three companies and is the publisher for an international magazine.  But she put all of this on hold when her sister was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2009 and told that she needed to change her diet.  Through the extensive research process to help her sister, she discovered the power of algae, the most alkaline, nutrient dense plant in the world that no one seemed to be talking about!  As Catharine dug into the science of algae, she learned it had 64% protein, 40 vitamins/minerals and was endorsed by the United Nations and NASA as the most nutrient dense food in the world.
