America just changed the world order overnight—Trump’s takedown of Maduro in Venezuela isn’t just a headline, it’s a seismic shock to global politics and a mirror to the hypocrisy of the left. While Democrats and mainstream media rush to condemn every move, they ignore the cries for freedom from Venezuela (and Iran), choosing outrage over justice. This Rant Network podcast exposes how partisan blinders distort reality, as the U.S. faces threats from Russia, China, and Iran, and the media spins every story to fit its narrative. If you think defending democracy is illegal, maybe it’s time to rethink who’s really fighting for freedom. Dive into the debate—are we witnessing leadership or lunacy?

SPEAKER_01 (00:08):
Yes, ladies and gentlemen.
Monday in January 2026.
To all of you who are back, happy new year.
I hope that you had a goodholiday time.
You didn't freeze like we didhere in Montreal.
Uh, nice little cold spellduring Christmas, although it
was a white Christmas finally.

(00:29):
But again, you know, changingthe calendar.
You know, I was watching theball drop and in Times Square
going, my God, the world's achanging.
And I thought my conversationthis morning would be about the
change in New York and people'sattitudes and whatever.
But instead, and I still willrefer to New York, we got
surprised when Donald Trumpannounced that they entered

(00:53):
Venezuela and took down MaduroNicholas Maduro.
Now it's interesting to notethat what doesn't change is that
whatever Trump does has anoppositional defiance from many
world leaders, and of course, inthe United States, the
Democrats, except for a smallhandful, including, believe it
or not, Stewart's favoriteDebbie Wasserman-Schultz, who

(01:16):
actually supported what Trumpdid.
Guess why?
Look, let's be real.
He took down an illegally guywho took who usurped power in
Venezuela and turned it into ahome for China, Russia, and Iran
and Hezbollah to use for drugmoney, for oil, and so on and so

(01:39):
forth.
But of course, if the sun risesin the east, then the Democrats
and the left must be against it.
The media took real charge atour friend Mr.
Trump.
Now, whether you agreed with himor not, it's interesting to note
that the same people who yelled, free Palestine, are ignoring the
protests in Iran that peoplewant to be free of this

(02:01):
dictatorship and of thedictatorship in Venezuela.
Stuart, I'm again, once again,I'm wondering, does the left not
seem to understand that theykeep tethering their horse
behind the wrong group ofpeople?

SPEAKER_00 (02:16):
I like that.
Is it a horse or is it afriggin' mule?
Let's first start.
Every time President Donald J.
Trump spoke tough about foreignpolicy, the same pattern
followed.
Panic, headlines, accusations.
And nowhere was it more obviousthan the Democrats begin warning

(02:39):
about Trump's invasion ofVenezuela.
How it's illegal, unlawful, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah.
No debate, no discussion, justalarmism.
We all forget the catch andmurder of Osama bin Laden.
Yeah, that was President BarackObama.
There was no meeting of Congressbefore that happened as well.

(03:00):
Whoa, you mean wait a minute, you mean to tell me that Obama
never advised Congress that hewas going to kill a sudden every
firm world word towards became ahostile social regime, was
treated as a countdown to war.
Democrats rushed to themicrophone, claiming that Donald

(03:21):
J.
Trump was reckless, unhinged, dangerous, accusing him for an
invasion.
Actually, still hasn't happened.
It's a takeover.
Okay.
What actually happened, USPresident Donald Trump was
pressuring a corruptauthoritarian regime that the
Democrats like, that haddestroyed its own country

(03:42):
through socialism censorship andeconomic collapse.
A regime that starved itspeople, jailed its political
opponents, or drove them toflee, like our Nobel Prize
winner, and drove millions intoSouth Florida.
And instead of condemning thegovernment, Democrats turned to

(04:03):
outrage inward.
Oh my God, no figure.
You know, from the river to thesea, the Democrats still set you
free every single time.
What does this tell you about?
The Democrats' strength is anescalation of anxiety.
And any word that involvesviolence, they are the owners of

(04:26):
it, not the Republicans.
Trump invaded Venezuela, but didhe?
There's troops on the ground.
No, not really.
Did he start a war?
No, not really.
What he did was refuse tolegitimize a dictator, refuse to
apologize for American influenceand for what the Democrats are

(04:46):
falling from the sky.
Why, David?
Because the modern DemocraticParty has become deeply
uncomfortable with its own skin.
And when the left stands as themayor of New York City, we are
monitoring the situation and wedon't agree.

(05:07):
Fuck you, Mandami, you fuckingmoron.
You know, listen, I don'tunderstand the modern Democrat.
You know, there is nothing forfree.
Freedom has a cost and it'scalled blood.
And there is no such thing aspluralism in the United States.

(05:31):
And to sit back and watch theDemocrats rally around Trump did
an illegal arrest of a mostwanted FBI target.
Democrats have decided thateverything Trump does is wrong,
immoral.
So they invented the idea.

(05:53):
That's it, it's a scorepolitical.

SPEAKER_01 (05:56):
Okay, but wait a second.
Let's let's let's let me refineyour statements a few things.
A lot of people are sitting heretoday say that Nicholas Maduro
was duly elected as leader ofVenezuela.
Let me remind people that he didnot, he actually lost the last
election.
Dozens of countries did notrecognize Maduro, who decided to
usurp power.
He actually decided on his own,he threw out the election

(06:19):
results, declared emergencypowers, and said, I'm running
this country now, despite thefact that he lost.
He threatened the life of hisopponent.
Does that sound like a dickdemocratic leader?
Sounds like Chuck Schumer.
Okay, so now here's the funny, crazy part of this all, right?
When Cubans celebrated the deathof Fidel Castro, Cubans who

(06:42):
lived outside of the UnitedStates, because they were tired
of the tyranny and the uh of theoppression.
Nicolas Maduro's taken uh takeninto custody by the United
States.
And what do Venezuelans acrossthe world do?
Celebrate Maduro's you know,downfall.
Now, I don't care for what's inits place.
I don't know what is going onthere.

(07:04):
And as of you know, noon onMonday, there's still some
ambiguity about who's runningthe show and whatnot.
But let me remind everybody, andI started this in my
introduction, Stuart, which alot of people are ignoring.
The United States has to protectitself from its mortal enemies.
And the mortal enemies right noware Russia and China and Iran.
They've declared their own kindof war against the United

(07:26):
States.
Now, you we many people haveforgotten what the Cold War was
all about, is creating allies inall over the world to push back
communism.
Well, today it's not communismin its sense, it is the
influence of Russia and Chinaand Iran in different countries.
Venezuela with Maduro suppliedoil to whom?

(07:50):
Russia and China.
He decided he did not want tosupply the United States, he was
going to screw the UnitedStates, not great for the US.
And oh, but number two is thiswas a group of people who also
helped launder money so thatHezbollah can buy arms for their
cause against Israel.
Again, not in the United States'best interest.

(08:12):
But none of that matters to theDemocrats, none of that matters
to the media.
You saw, yes, on ABC the way youknow Marco Rubio was
interviewed.
There was just one way.
It's all about how to do youknow, shame and and and and and
really ruin whatever Trump does.
Well, you know, it's it'sfascinating because they said
what he did was illegal.

(08:32):
Illegal where in the UnitedStates' own constitution it
permits him to do so in underthe Monroe Doctrine.
But no, but God forbid, no.
The United, you know, let's justthrow more lies at the media
because the media is just gonnarun with it.
Fact check, that's a that's ajoke, you know, checking to make
sure that hey, did anybodychallenge Chuck Schumer or

(08:54):
Mamdani to say, hey, momdani, this is out of your scope,
buddy.
You can't touch this, you'rejust the mayor of New York.
No, no, no.
They gave him a platform onwhich to spew his hate, his
usual hate.
And oh, by the way, New YorkCity, how many how many
Venezuelans live in the UnitedStates in New York City right
now who are celebrating on thestreets of New York?

(09:15):
Doesn't it?

SPEAKER_00 (09:16):
Listen, the United States has a fundamental
responsibility to protect itscitizens, defend its borders,
and uphold the rule of law.
When a foreign leader iscredibly accused of working with
international drug cartels,terrorist organizations to
poison Americans and alsoCanadians, ignoring the threat

(09:38):
uh is not diplomacy, it's grossnegligence.
It's the ideological consequenceof being the president of the
United States having to makedecisions that may not be the
most favorable ones on the worldstage, but it is what is right.
For years, the United States hasfought what's a deadly fentanyl

(10:02):
and cocaine crisis.
Listen, we talked about myfriend who woke up to a dead
body in the wonderful state ofuh California.
I cannot tell you enough, Icannot, how sad that story was.
And we were going to do a wholebroadcast on it, but

(10:23):
unfortunately, my friend, whowas the person who woke up next
to his love dead with her childin the other room, um, decided
that he couldn't muster thestrength to do so.
So we talked about this deadlyfentanyl crisis.
It's drug trafficking, it's notpolitics, it's organized crime,

(10:47):
it's not up throwing agovernment, it's up throwing
Nicholas Maduro, who is uh, whatdo we call him, a dictator who
overthrew a democratic election, which is exactly what Chuck
Schumer wants to happen here inthe United States.

SPEAKER_01 (11:04):
You know, Stuart, it's just comical because they
accuse Trump of being a dictatorand the whole no kings movement,
but yet the left supportedMaduro.
You know, it's it's justfascinating how you say we need
to protect the Palestinianpeople, but let's ignore the
Venezuelan people.
I just don't understand theabsolute, you know, um, whatever

(11:29):
Trump does, this whole Trumpderangement syndrome, whatever
Trump does is gotta be wrong.
And we are gonna oppose it justfor the sake of opposing it.
This is not, you know, and andpeople are just continuously
saying whatever Trump does isgotta be wrong.
And I wish people wouldunderstand that Donald Trump,
who is, and we've said this in aprevious rant, he surrounded

(11:50):
himself with some of thegreatest lawyers in the United
States to see how far can hepush the US Constitution?
How far can he go with what'sthere?
And instead, people say it'sillegal until it goes to court
and then it gets thrown out ofcourt.
It's just absolutely amazing howthe media just doesn't take the

(12:12):
time, and it's not surprising.
Remember, people, this is thesame media that has, and I'm
picking on the media whileStuart's picking on the
Democrats, but they're walking, they're working hand in hand.
The media wants nothing to do.
We saw the meltdown in CBSbefore the holidays, we see what
goes on in ABC, we see that whatgoes on in other media houses.
MSNow, which is the formerMSNBC, lamb basted the living

(12:36):
hell out of Trump.
There isn't a single positiveword out there.
The Venezuelan people, by theway, Stuart, the opposition
leader in Canada, Pierre Poliev, married um Anna uh Polyev, is
originally from Venezuela.
Okay, she came here in the 1970swith her family.
She's got family down inVenezuela.

(12:57):
She celebrated Maduro'sdownfall.
And you gotta ask yourselfhere's a person who knows what
life is like in Venezuela.
Corruption, you know, uh thedictatorship, life in the shits,
and yet instead of celebratingthat, look, hey, let's affect
change for the positive.
Oh, if Trump did it, it has tobe bad.

(13:21):
It's just amazing how thiscannot, this line in the sand.
And I know there's a few peopleout there listening, going, you
people keep doing this.
Why do you keep keep people keepbringing this up again?
Trump is bad, Trump is bad,Trump is bad, Trump is bad.
Fine, put it in the comments, put it back in our YouTube
comments.
That's all you like to do.
But what you haven't done yet isproven to me or to Stuart or to

(13:43):
any that it is illegal.
You know, you want to tell me oninternational law?
You want to talk aboutinternational law?
Yeah, you're the same people whoare supporting South Africa to
bring Israel to theInternational Court of Justice.
Just remember, just think ofwhat you have tied your, you
know, who you you you've tiedyour horse to.
Just remember the haters and thedetractors and where they want

(14:07):
to take you.
Okay, just remember.

SPEAKER_00 (14:10):
You know, David, uh, as we wrap this quarter order,
quarter hour in our firstpodcast of 2026 live.
Yep.
I gotta tell you, are yousurprised?
You know, I gotta tell you thatI am not surprised, and I think

(14:31):
that we are gonna have aninvigorating top 10 at the end
of the year that's gonna leadwith the Democrats put their
foot in their mouth and eatcrow.
That's it, dude.

SPEAKER_01 (14:43):
On that note, Stuart, listen, I put it this

way (14:45):
as you love to play with those audio note like things,
the crickets.
This is the problem.
It's gonna fall on crickets.
People are not gonna want tolisten, they're gonna want to go
back to the podcasts, the JoeRogan podcasts, the other
podcasts that just absolutely, you know, want to make Trump
sound like he is.
You know, there was somebodyhere who posted that there's no

(15:08):
difference between Putin, Z fromChina, and Donald Trump.
That they're the same dictators, and it just fascinates me how if
you love to look, I want you togo move to China and to Russia.
Please go move there.
Ask Britney Griner about life inRussia, okay?
Ask people who've gone to Chinawhat life is like.

SPEAKER_00 (15:28):
Smoke it if you got it, Brittany.

SPEAKER_01 (15:30):
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
On that note, we're gonna loveyou and leave you.
We're gonna be back here onWednesday with yet another rant,
ladies and gentlemen.
Have yourself a wonderfulweekend afternoon.
