(00:26):

this path years of research andmentors along the way.
Having spent many years livinglife out of alignment and afraid
to go after my dreams, I knowfirsthand what it means to take
the first step down, living alife authentic to you.

(00:47):
We are on this road ofself-discovery together.
It is time for you to live thelife you imagined.
Hello, my loves, welcome toanother episode of Journey to
the Soul.
Episode of Journey to the Soul.

(01:10):
I am so excited to have you herewith me this week as we dive
into intuition and how we areall so intuitive and the
different ways that that lookslike for each and every one of
us.
Our intuition is one of thethings that we should really
learn to tune into, because itcan help us and guide us through

(01:32):
our journey of life.
That is what we're going to bediscussing today, how we are all
intuitive and we all have theability to tap into our unique
way of receiving messages.
And we'll look at today howintuition can really look like

(01:54):
many different things.
We all receive intuitivemessages in our own unique way
and knowing what your unique wayis can be so transformational
for your life.
It can be so pivotal because itreally allows you to be able to

(02:16):
just know what your intuitionsounds like and feels like, so
you never second guess it andwhen you're moving through life
and want to make decisions thatare aligned with your highest
good, you can follow yourintuition and where it is taking

(02:38):
you.
I know sometimes, when we canmake decisions or have the need
to make decisions, big or small, sometimes it could be very
cloudy trying to get clarity andanswers on what the right
decision may be for a particularthing.
But if you recognize what yourintuition sounds like and feels

(03:00):
like for you, then it reallytakes off a lot of that second
guessing.
It just becomes kind of secondnature to tune into it because
you know it so well.
Many of us look for answersoutside of ourselves when we are
needing to make decisions, whenin reality.

(03:23):
We have the ability to tuneinto what we need within us, and
it's really life-changing whenwe know how to do that
effectively.
This episode is going tohighlight in what way you
receive messages and, movingforward, you will become more

(03:44):
aware of it and understand thatthis is your unique way in which
your intuition speaks to you.
Then you can trust it andanything that comes through to
you.
It's simply about learning tounderstand the language in which
it speaks to us.

(04:06):
Chances are, however, that youare already aware of what that
may look like, because for manyof us, our intuition could be
quite innate.
We just don't think it'sanything out of the ordinary.
But that couldn't be furtherfrom the truth, because this is

(04:28):
divine wisdom in a way only youcan channel.
Some people may have blocksthat inhibit them from tuning
into their intuition.
After today's conversation, youshould have a pretty good idea
of what your intuitive languagesare, but it can still be that

(04:51):
you struggle to really tune intoit for one reason or another.
So after this episode, I justwant you to be patient with
yourself as you choose to deepenyour relationship with this
part of yourself.
I want to give a little bit ofbacking on my relationship with

(05:15):
my intuition and how it hasevolved so much over the last
couple of years.
I did not think that I wasblessed with the gift of being
intuitive.
I believed it needed to look acertain way, like hearing or
seeing things.
It's only something that Ibecame more conscious about four

(05:38):
years ago.
Prior to then, intuition wasnot something that was really in
my realm.
It wasn't language that I usedor something that I believe
existed beyond psychics andmediums, like most of us.
Until I learned about it, itcame by me and I decided to dive

(06:01):
deeper into it.
Then I had the suddenrealization that I am actually
intuitive.
It completely caught me bysurprise.
It was just in a different waythan I had understood up until
that point.
So it was really eye-openingand it began this deepening of

(06:24):
this relationship with this partof myself.
It is common with my primaryform of intuition to not feel
like you're intuitive.
So we will touch on thatshortly, because if you have the
same clear as I do, or the sameprimary clear as I do, you may

(06:44):
believe the same.
So we will dive into that in alittle bit.
Like I mentioned, I set anintention one day to really
learn how to tune into myintuition, to make it a part of
my everyday life, to open up tothe divine ways in which we get
messages from our loved ones, our guides, our spirit team, to

(07:11):
really let it guide me throughlife, to honor this wisdom that
for so long I had suppressed.
And here I am.
Years later and after years ofbeing open to it, I can truly
say that I am actually a veryintuitive person.

(07:32):
The more I decided to openmyself up to it, the stronger
and more pronounced my intuitionbecame.
It's kind of like thefloodgates opened and I was able
to tune into it more and more.
I practiced tuning into it inthe smallest ways at first and

(07:56):
built on it.
I realized, looking back, thatso much of my deep knowings that
I have gotten throughout mylife was simply my intuition
guiding me, and I just didn'tknow what it was or what to call
it at the time.
Now I am so familiar with it,what it's like for me, tuning

(08:21):
into it is an everyday thing nowI am constantly getting
messages and signs.
It's so amazing and I love whatit has brought into my life,
because it's a deep peace andunderstanding that you are being

(08:41):
guided and supported constantly, and that's what our intuition
opens us up to is guidance, support, knowledge, revelations
that sometimes we might not beable to so clearly see, that are
in front of us.

(09:02):
So we're constantly gettinghelp from our guides, angels,
our masters, teachers and lovedones whatever you want to call
it source energy.
Today, the amount ofsynchronicities, divine
conversations, ideas that I have, feelings that I get every day

(09:23):
that support me, is wild.
I would have never believedthat this was possible for me
before, because I really did notthink that I was intuitive, but
now I understand that I am andit just simply looks different
than what I believed it to be.
Discovering what my intuitivelanguage was really helped me

(09:48):
understand it even more howspirit speaks to me, because
it's different for all of us,and that's what I really want to
help you tune into.
We feel like being intuitiveneeds to look one way.
So many of us tie intuition to aspecific thing, a specific way

(10:12):
of being intuitive.
We have kind of a closed viewof it.
We think of clairvoyance beingable to see things or
clairaudience being able to hearthings but there is so much
more than that.
Let's expand on what theintuitive languages are.

(10:33):
So there are four of themclairvoyance and clairaudience,
like I mentioned and sometimesthey are called the four clairs.
So clairvoyance is all aboutseeing images, clairaudience all
about hearing sounds.
Clirsentience is recognizing,feeling.

(10:57):
And claircognizance is knowing, and we're going to dive deeper
into each tend to be thestrongest.
You can develop any single oneof them at any moment in time,

(11:23):
even ones you might not be tunedinto right now.
We all have that ability.
I just want to say that becausesome people do come into this
world already super gifted insome of these areas, and that is
part of what they're meant todo in this life.

(11:44):
So that's why they come inalready hypersensitive and tuned
in to these frequencies.
But we all have that ability.
So remember that you don't haveto be special or be gifted to
be able to tune into yourintuitive language.

(12:04):
So we are going to start offwith clairvoyance, and this is
the one intuitive language wetypically think about when we
think about intuition.
We can thank media for that, because a lot of psychic mediums
are clairvoyant.
So if you are clairvoyant, youmay visualize things in your

(12:28):
mind, visualize healing light.
You may value being surroundedby beauty, colors, art, flowers.
You see all the differentoptions when making a decision.
Or you may be artistic and someof the verbiage you may use is

(12:53):
I see myself doing that, or Isee this possibility, or I
visualize myself, dot dot dot.
You are going to use languagerelated to seeing when tapping
into your intuition.
So when sharing your intuitiveinclinations with others, it may

(13:17):
sound like this.
So just notice if this is someof the verbiage that you use,
either with yourself or withothers, because it can
illuminate whether this is oneof your intuitive languages.
So, with clairvoyance, it's Isee this for you, dot dot dot.

(13:38):
Or when you say that it bringsthis picture to my head, or I
can visualize you doing this.
And for each of the languages,I want to give you some key
things that you can do when youwant to tune into it, if you

(14:01):
need guidance.
So, when making a decision, ifyou are clairvoyant, it could be
super supportive for you toclose your eyes and visualize
yourself in different potentialoptions, situations, and see

(14:21):
what you see and how it feels.
Another thing that you can dois you can visualize connecting
with your highest self andsimply asking them what they see
, getting guidance from them.
Lastly, you can draw a pictureof how you feel in a situation

(14:46):
and evaluate it for yourself.
Then come back to it after andjust see what information you
gain from that.
Some overall practices that canbe supported for you as a
clairvoyant is to have acreativity practice.

(15:06):
This can be painting, sculptingsomething visual, because this
is really your strength.
This is primarily how you tunein and view the world.
So, like a muscle, having itactive and constantly using it

(15:27):
strengthens your clairvoyanceeven more.
Even more Clear audience.
If you are a clear audience, you may deeply connect to music,
be an auditory learner.

(16:00):
You might need quiet time.
You might need to be able tohear a distinct voice that isn't
your own, or you may speak toyourself in a healthy way.
Some of the verbiage that youmay use if you are clairaudient
is I hear this voice camethrough me and I hear my
intuition telling me to dot, dot, dot.
You are going to use languagethat reflects your auditory

(16:21):
abilities, and when you shareyour intuitive inclinations with
others, it may sound aboutthissound comes to mind or this word
slash name pops into my head.

(16:42):
And how you can use yourintuition when you need guidance
is you can pay attention towhatever you hear in meditation
if you meditate.
Another thing that you can tryis speaking out different
options and see what sounds bestto you, and you can just simply

(17:07):
take up space and be in silence.
Practices that can besupportive if you are
clairaudient is meditation.
If you don't meditate, maybecreating a practice for yourself
or simply silence Stillness.
If you incorporate some soundinto it music samples, sound

(17:33):
frequencies this can also besuper helpful for you.
Clair sentience is the thirdintuitive language that we are
looking at, and if you are clairsentience, you may be deeply
connected to your emotions andconsider yourself an empath.

(17:57):
You might feel things in yourbody and are deeply connected to
it.
You could have gut responses tothings.
You could be a great listener.
You could need a lot of time todecompress and you may pick up
the emotions of others.

(18:18):
Some of the verbiage you mayuse if you are clairsentient
will be I feel or I sense.
This feels off or I picked upon dot dot dot.
You are going to use languagethat reflects your feelings and

(18:44):
your emotional body.
Your body has so much wisdomfor you and your feelings are
constantly showing you things.
When you share your intuitiveinclinations, it's going to
sound like, when you talk aboutthis, I felt that or I'm picking

(19:10):
up on dot dot dot or I'mgetting this sense in my body.
And when you want to tap intoyour intuitive guidance, tap

(19:30):
into your intuitive guidance, something that you can try is
simply closing your eyes andconnect with how you feel.
You could also bring to minddifferent options and see how
your body responds to them.
Tune into your body and, whenyou make a decision, notice

(19:52):
which option makes you feelexpansive and which one feels
contractive.
Some things that can be supersupportive for you to be able to
tune into your intuition evenmore is creating some quiet
space to journal, just some timefor you to decompress and

(20:17):
process your feelings.
Another wonderful thing for youis going to have a daily
movement practice.
Again, your body is soimportant for you, so getting
rid of any stagnant energy thatmight inhibit you from being
able to tune in to yourintuition is also going to be

(20:37):
super beneficial.
And the last clair that we willbe touching on is
claircognizance.
That we will be touching on isclaircognizance.
If you are claircognizant, youmay just have a knowing about
things that you can't explain.
You have random ideas that yousuddenly feel the need to take

(20:58):
action on, or answers could justpop into your head when you
speak.
Sometimes wisdom flows throughyou that you don't even know
where it came from.
Half of the time, you couldalso know what people are going
to say before they even say it,or you could have bursts of

(21:20):
creativity of creativity.
Some of the language that youwill use if you are
claircognizant will be I knowI'm supposed to blank.

(21:40):
I was on a walk and all of asudden, or the idea just popped
in my head.
You are going to use languagethat reflects your inner knowing
and your stream ofconsciousness.
When you are sharing yourintuitive inclinations with
others, it's going to sound likeI'm tapping into blank or

(22:03):
what's coming through is so whenyou need guidance, one of the
things that you can try doing ifyou are claircognizant is
simply creating space to havetime to think, contemplate and
receive ideas, because you are achannel.

(22:26):
Another thing that you couldtry is following the signs
regarding whatever it is you aretrying to make a decision on or
receive guidance on.
Really, look at what is poppingup.
Where is your inner guidanceguiding you?

(22:48):
Lastly, stream of consciousnesswriting to channel your
thoughts can be so helpful foryou to be able to process what's
in your mind and what you arechanneling.
Practices that could be sosupportive for claircognizance

(23:10):
is meditation and breath workfor you to connect to your
intuition.
Creating space is superbeneficial for you and, like we
touched on when you needguidance, having a daily
journaling practice Morningpages could be really great for
you Stream of conscious writing, you know, not overthinking it,

(23:35):
just writing what's in your head.
But I can almost promise youthat if you put pen to paper,
something will come.
You will have a revelation ofsome sort.
Many people who are clearcognizant feel like they are not
intuitive because it is harderfor them to understand where it

(23:58):
comes from.
It's a divine knowing, so it'shard to understand that it is
coming from outside of you.
Essentially and this is myprimary intuitive language, and
this is partly why I alsostruggled to understand my
intuition when I discovered thatit was my intuitive language, I

(24:21):
had no clue that it was divinewisdom language.
I had no clue that it wasdivine wisdom.
I thought it was coming from mymind and not that I was a
channel for the divine gettingthese messages.
If this is the first time thatyou hear about intuitive
languages, I would love for youto share with me which one stood

(24:44):
out to you the most and do youbelieve you are most connected
with?
And if you have heard aboutyour intuitive language before,
I would still love to know whatit is and what practices you use
to connect to it more deeply.
Use to connect to it moredeeply.
