(00:00):
Today's episode is going to beshort, but sweet, and it might
be exactly what your heart needsto hear if you're working
towards something right now, whether it is a goal, a shift,
or a big dream, I want to remindyou of this.
You don't have to chase it.
Do you know what happens tothings when you chase it?

(00:21):
They run away.
You don't have to grip things sotightly and you don't have to
prove, push or force.
You simply need to align.
We have been taught, that wehave to hustle for everything
that you want.
To get something, you have towork hard.
And if you don't work hard, youdon't get things.

(00:41):
If we're not getting things, itmeans we're failing.
But what if the opposite istrue?
What we don't need.
We don't need to control theoutcome.
You can't actually.
We don't need to constantlystrive or chase.
We don't need to grab or forcethings.

(01:02):
When we are in alignment withour purpose, our values, and our
energy, things come.
Not because we chase them, butbecause we're ready to receive
and we've laid the foundationfor it.
A previous business coach forme, always used to say, marry
the process, divorce theoutcome.

(01:23):
When you're in alignment withthe process.
,The outcomes will come, but itmay not look exactly like you
expect.
But when we're holding tightlyto something specific, that's
when it never seems to come.
What does it look like to be inalignment?
So alignment means trusting yourtiming.

(01:46):
You do your part and let go ofwhat is not yours to control.
Again, this is marry theprocess, divorce the results.
Let's talk about alignment andwhat this looks like.
So aligning with your values, you allow space for
possibilities.
You adapt to what's shiftinginstead of resisting it.

(02:10):
When things aren't going the wayyou want them to, and you're
forcing a solution that justisn't working.
It isn't working.
And another part of alignment isaccepting the timing.
Even when it's not yourtimeline, when you expect things
to happen sooner, sometimes theytake a long time because you

(02:31):
need to learn a lesson and youneed, you need to be that next
version of you in order toaccept that and move it forward.
And then when you're inalignment, you receive what's
meant for you without forcingit, without grasping for it, or
trying to make it happen.

(02:51):
The energy of receiving is open.
It's not controlling.
It's soft, but super powerful.
It's knowing that what is yourscannot miss you.
You've all heard that sayingwhat is meant for you will not
pass you by, and that's whathappens when you are in
alignment.

(03:12):
So today I want you to drop thatneed to chase things just for a
moment and step into alignment.
Let go of the timeline, let goof the pressure.
Trust what's unfolding.
You don't need to control, youjust need to align.
You don't need to get things.
You just need to be ready toreceive.

(03:33):
It wouldn't be an episodewithout a little bit of homework
and some reflection.
So what's one thing you can letgo of today and one thing that
you can open up to to receive.
If this episode gave you alittle breath of fresh air,
share it with someone who needsthis reminder too, and keep
showing up not with force, butwith faith.

(03:55):
Subscribe like, and we'll seeyou next time.
Have a good one.
