What if the single most powerful tool for transforming your life has been with you all along? Your mind—functioning exactly like a bank—determines what you get out of life based solely on what you've deposited into it.

This eye-opening conversation explores the fundamental connection between your mental programming and every reality you experience. Following the chain reaction from programming to thoughts to feelings to actions to outcomes, you'll discover why checking your programming is the first step to changing any uncomfortable reality in your life.

Drawing from personal experiences, biblical wisdom, and practical examples, we unpack the three powerful ways humans are programmed: through verbal messages, specific incidents, and modeling. Learn how negative verbal programming can be countered with intentional declarations, how specific incidents create lasting perceptions that limit your potential, and why modeling might be the most transformative programming method of all.

The most profound insight? Everything in life is built twice—first in your mind, then in reality. What you haven't built mentally, you'll struggle to create physically. This explains why visualization isn't just a feel-good practice but a necessary foundation for achievement, whether planning a wedding or building a million-dollar project.

This episode challenges the common approach of chasing external success without becoming the person who naturally attracts it. Instead of pursuing fame or wealth, focus on impact—being a beacon of hope and leaving people better than you found them. Your mind is the authorized escort that will lift you from one realm of living to another. Are you programming it for the reality you truly desire?

Speaker 1 (00:01):
your mind is like a bank Whatever you deposit into
it, that is what you withdraw.
So why is it that peoplestruggle to harness its power?
Let's go to the basics.
What are they depositing Inlife?
Concerning your mind, yourprogramming leads to your

(00:23):
thoughts.
Your thoughts leads to yourfeelings.
Your feelings lead to youractions.
Your actions become yourreality.
Your programming leads to yourthoughts.
Your thoughts leads to yourfeelings.
Your feelings lead to youractions.
Your actions become yourreality.
Every reality in your life youare uncomfortable with check

(00:44):
your programming.
Every single reality in yourlife that you are very much
uncomfortable with check yourprogramming.
So if your reality is that youare poor, check your programming
.
If your reality is that thingsare rough in your relationship,
check your programming.
How are we programmed Everyhuman being in this world?
World?
You are programmed threefoundational ways.

(01:06):
The first is what we callverbal programming.
So what are you hearing aboutmoney?
What are you hearing aboutdoing business in Ghana?
What are you hearing aboutrelationship?
What are you hearing aboutchildbirth?
What a friend of mine was goingto give birth last week and
called me and said MBA.
They said that CS is this.

(01:26):
I said who?
Said Because automaticallyshe's living in fear because
somebody planted by means ofwords into her mind that CS can
take her life.
I said do you know the numberof women walking the earth who
gave birth by CS?
What makes your story differentin the earth?

(01:48):
Who gave birth by cs?
What makes your story different?
So debunk it and declare overyourself that you will give
birth through your cs session.
You will live, your baby willbe healthy.
Counter that thing with anotherweight.
So a lot of us grew up inenvironments where they told us
things like sikanya habani.
So you grow up living in acertain scarcity mentality that
it's difficult to come by money.
You know programming.

(02:09):
So we are programmed in threeways.
The first is verbal programming.
You counter negative verbalprogrammings with positive
verbal programmings.
So you look yourself in themirror and you speak to yourself
.
I do that a lot.
This morning I woke up and thenI looked into my palms and I
declared my hands will prosper.

(02:30):
I declared anything my handstouch will turn into gold.
I said nothing dies in thishands.
So you engineer it, and thebest way to alter your life is
declarations.
You engineer it and the bestway to alter your life is
declarations.
And this is where I teach that, when it comes to declarations,
a lot of us just declare listen, touch yourself whenever you hit

(02:52):
yourself like this, it's likethere's this flesh to flesh and
speak to yourself.
So declaration, verbalprogramming.
The next one is what we callspecific incidents.
We are programmed by anotheroption called specific incidents
, so people experience certainthings that forms part of their
programming and it makes themtake a stance for life.

(03:14):
So somebody has an uncle.
The uncle, seemingly, is rich, but rich people also have
problems.
You go to this uncle of yours.
You ask him for money.
That mommy is not feeling well, can you please give me money?
Your perception is that thisuncle is rich, but this uncle
may also be going to their ownwahala, so maybe in that moment
uncle couldn't help and thenmommy dies.

(03:36):
You now blame mommy's death onyour rich uncle and say that
rich people are evil.
That's a specific incidentthere.
Rich people are terrible peoplesay that rich people are evil.
That's a specific incidentthere.
Rich people are terrible people.
Rich people, rich people arewicked.
But you see, what you do notadmire and admire you can't
attract.
So the moment you start sayingthat about rich people, how will

(03:56):
you become rich?
You are creating a certainwealth for yourself.
So those are specific incidents.
The third is what we callmodeling, which is one of the
most powerful ways ofprogramming.
What are you watching?
And for that, in scripture, um,you look at jacob.
Jacob wants to produce, um, akind of cattle after its kind.
What does he do?
He brings the one he wants toreproduce and, as they are

(04:18):
mating, they are watching, theyreproduce the same kind.
The bible says we all, withopen faces beholding us in a
glass, the glory of the Lord, weare being changed.
Whatever you behold, youtransform into her.
So what are you watching?
Which is the reason why youneed to God this.
So why is it?
A lot of people are able toharness this.
I'm showing you fromfoundations that the programming

(04:39):
is wrong.
So when I wanted to leave theDubai experience, I started
watching videos of the place.
Yeah, when I wanted to become.
Let me show you one of thethings that I did.
When and this is just off thehook when I wanted to do UPSA
you started off the conversationwith that I had a brother,

(05:00):
futurist Kwame, who had donethat two years before and I
think three years that would bethree years, 2022, we brought
Vucey down.
I was right by him.
So I saw the processes and I'llgo back to him and we had
discussions about the UPSA.
When I conceived the idea, Ishared it with him, I shared
with Pisa man, we go back.

(05:22):
We had the conversations and Itold Kwame.
I said I have the videos of theUPSA events that you hosted.
And I told him I said I'vewatched that video 50 plus times
.
What was I doing?
I was trying to assimilatemyself with the space.
My god, I watched, I watched.
I can.
If you pick my phone and you gothrough my notes, I'll tell you

(05:42):
the things that I learned fromevery speaker's entry.
What every speaker did, right, what every I was just learning.
Then I said no, at some pointpeople speak things.
So people started saying youcan't do it, it won't happen.
Where did you come from?
And some of them are people whoare close to me, people who you
call friends and you hear yougo like.

(06:03):
So this friend could say thatnow, whether you like it or not,
you're human, sopsychologically it will play on
you when you're alone.
So so I started getting afraidand I went back.
I said no, I'll anchor it witha word.
So I went back and then Ilooked into the scriptures.
Then I saw a scripture thatsays that and on the Sabbath day
came the whole city to hear theword of God from the apostles

(06:26):
Ah, they are coming.
I just tweaked that scripture.
Coming I, I just tweaked thatscripture.
I said and on april 12, 2025came the whole city to hear the
word of god from moses b atha.
If you come to my study today,it's an open scripture.
I highlighted.
I started speaking that tomyself two weeks to the event.
I had so much peace that we hadfailed the place.

(06:46):
Wow, I counted those negativethings with words.
So we are all programmed thoseway and I watched the thing.
I watched them.
When I watched I was like no,it's, but modeling is powerful.
It is so powerful, I think, andif you're able to find a type
or a figure where you want tolearn from, the easiest way is

(07:07):
to model.
I was sharing with a friend ofmine yesterday about an issue he
had with his mentee and I saidsomething to him.
I said there are fourdimensions to learning from your
mentor.
The things you have heard fromhim is one dimension.
Verbal programming the thingsyou have seen in him another
kind of programming, modeling.

(07:28):
I said the things you havereceived from him.
So there are places where youhave seen in him, you have heard
from him, you have receivedfrom him.
Then you have learned from him.
So when I said that, it waslike okay.
I said yes.
So I said your mentor must notcome and tell you everything.

(07:49):
There are things you have towatch from him and do it as he
did.
It's just as simple as that.
How do I know the perfectexample?
Jesus comes on the scene and hesaid as I see my father do, so
do I Model it?

Speaker 2 (08:02):
Let me stop it here for a minute.

Let's carry on the conversation.

(08:22):
My god, yeah, you've taken meon a mental journey and touching
.
When you post this thing ontwitter, the boys will say are
you cried?
I wonder the way you aretalking?
Are you a billionaire?
what they don't understand isthat as you sit here mentally,
you are billionaire, absolutely, and that's exactly what they're

(08:45):
supposed to be doing, but forthem they must start from the
thousands to the millions beforethey start thinking yeah, you
don't need to be a billionaireto speak as a billionaire.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
You don't need to be a millionaire too.
I put out a series last yearthe millionaire mind mastery
series and somebody there saidwhy should I listen?
I posted and the person saidwhy should I listen to you?
I'm not a millionaire.
And I laughed.
I said my mind is thinking asone.
It's been less than a year.
We're putting together aproject that's over a million
dollars, but until my mind couldsee it.

(09:19):
See, your mind is theauthorized escort to lift you
from one realm of living to theother.
Your mind will always take thelead to a destination.
Then it will pull your body tojoin.
That's your mind.
It's like going to marry.
There is no man who will saythat on their day they are going
to marry.
They never imagined theirwedding day.
You imagined it, so you plannedaccording to your imagination

(09:44):
that's.
That's why imagination ispowerful.
Exactly a group of peopledecided to build a tower whose
top will reach the heavens inthe book of genesis they
imagined to do.
If you read that scripture verywell, theologically speaking
there's a lot of conversationabout it, but this is not
theology.
So, god, the thing is sopowerful I think it catches the

(10:06):
attention of god.
So your mind is such a potentplace that I can catch the
attention of god.
Then God said that thing thatpeople have imagined to do, we
have to confound their language.
Everything in life is builttwice first in your mind and
second in reality.
What you don't spend timebuilding in your mind, you will

(10:28):
struggle with making it areality.

Speaker 2 (10:32):
My God, your first business failed.
Second business failed.
Why did the second one alsofail?

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Same thing.
I was still in the process ofmy becoming.
What did you learn?
It's literally the things thatI've summed up and sharing,
because I realized that all Iwanted was to have, but not to
be, to become so I said no, youare chasing things.
What you chase, you will keeprunning after it, but the beauty

(10:58):
of destiny is understandingthat you have to become now this
is the beautiful thing you sendbolts one of the best athletes
in the world yeah, runs and thenhe's world champion.
But what people are failing tosee?
The years of practice, theyears of failing.
So when he comes on the sceneand I told somebody somebody

(11:19):
said I want to learn speakinglike I want to speak like you I
said I've been doing this foreight years.
I didn't start off speakingthis way.
Recently, I listened to an oldspeech of mine in 2017.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
I was so pissed didn't start off speaking this
way.
Recently, I listened to an oldspeech of mine in 2017.
You must have laughed.
I said what was good?
But you see, you are growing, you are becoming so.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
What I learned in the journey is that you want to
have money, you want to berelevant.
Like I, stopped chasing famousand you want to be famous.
No, no, no, no.
Impact lives is the truemeasure of success.
Impact lives Live for people.
Let your life be a beacon ofhope.
Leave people better than youfound them.
