With Flow

Welcome to the With Flow Podcast! A weekly show for purpose driven women who are ready to embrace a feminine approach to business. This podcast is for you if you've ever wished online business could feel easier. That you could do it without the need to hustle or constantly be on the hamster wheel trying to make progress. We'll be exploring all things cycle awareness and intuition, combined with the more practical aspects of business like systems, workflows, planning, and tech. Because we need the balance of both energies to reach our goals. Too much of the more feminine energy can mean you have a lot of amazing ideas and feel really inspired, but the world never gets to see them because you don't take any action. On the flip side, too much of the more masculine energy can mean you keep pushing and taking action that is out of alignment with your big business vision. The show will a combination of short sharp and value packed episodes designed to educate and empower you to change the way you plan and run your business, and guest interviews with other inspiring women in the online business world. I'm your host Laura from Laura in Order. Systems Queen, Cycle Awareness Coach, and lover of launches. Over the last few years I have been on my own journey from corporate burnout and adrenal fatigue, to online business consultant, learning to do business in a way that feels easy, grounded, organised, and most importantly fun. This is an inclusive community for ALL women and menstruaters. If you don't have a menstrual cycle you can apply all the principles we discuss using the phases of the moon. Hit 'Follow' in your favourite podcast app now to make sure you don't miss out on an episode. And share the podcast with your friends. The more we have open conversations about our bodies and our cycles the more we can own and embrace our natural superpowers!

We all have a favourite phase of our cycle...The one where we feel the most comfortable and at home.

For me that is follicular and ovulation.I'm good at planning, making things happen, rolling up my sleeves and getting things done.

And we also have those phases of our cycles that we resist...The ones that don't feel comfortable or we struggle to embrace them.

For me that is definitely luteal phase.Even though I know it's c...

There is a lot talk online at the moment about goal setting, intention setting, planning for 2022....

This is not going to be one of those episodes, well mostly not....

Before we get into today's content I want to remind you that there is no rush. You do not have to have 2022 planned out in detail within the first few days of January!

For the last couple of years I have given myself the whole of January to ease into the new year. ...

When you have a launch that doesn't do as well as you'd hoped, it sucks!

But, it happens to everyone. Trust me. You might see these big launches and success online, what you don't see is the first few launches these people had that barely made any money....

But if you give up after one sucky launch, you never take what you learned, and use it to improve the next one. And get better with each launch. And maybe one day reac...

Launching can be a very vulnerable and scary time.
We put our heart and soul into something that we then put out into the world, and hope that others will love too.

Just like artists or musicians, we put so much into what we create in our business, but the perceived success of it lies in the hands of others.

And that can bring up a lot of stuff!
Am I good enough? Do I know enough? Will people get value?

In this episode we talk about:

When you observe the online course and coaching industry, it can seem like in order to have success in your launches, like the celebrity entrepreneurs, that we need to launch the way they do.

And that is why a lot of people shy away from launching, because it seems like this big, overwhelming, complicated thing. And quite frankly the thought of it feels too much.

But in this episode I want to share with you what you actually need to ...

We've all see or been subjected to bro marketing, pushy, spammy, and down right gross tactics in the online business world.

I'm sure we've also all had mentors and coaches suggest we sell in a certain way, use certain launch strategies that just didn't sit well.

The thing is, any strategy can and will work for the right people under the right circumstances. But we also get to choose what we will and wont do. We get to...

Before I learnt about and embraced my cyclical nature I lived pretty much full time in the masculine energy of doing all the time.

And it would be nice to think that as soon as I learnt about the power of my cycle things changes overnight. But we all know that's never the case. It was a process of unlearning, and re-learning.In fact 4 years on, I'm still always learning.

Because most advice out there falls short and prescribes what and how you must do things to be productive. And what's missing from most productivity advice is that its more than just being efficient and ticking things off your to do list. You want to be effective as well as efficient - working on the right things that are aligned with your goals and vision.
