In this week’s episode of Soulful Pregnancy, we journey through Week 6, a time of deep emotional and physical change. Your baby’s heartbeat is now detectable, a sacred rhythm connecting the two of you. As your baby’s organs begin to form, you may also start experiencing more noticeable pregnancy symptoms. This episode will guide you in embracing these changes with love and grace, helping you stay connected to your body and spirit.
Mother’s Body Fact: You may begin to feel stronger symptoms like nausea, fatigue, or heightened emotions. These changes are signs of your body’s incredible work in supporting the rapid development of your baby.
Baby’s Development Fact: Your baby’s heart is now beating at about 100–160 beats per minute, and their facial features are beginning to form. At around the size of a lentil, your baby’s brain, spinal cord, and other major organs are also developing quickly.
Question to Consider: How can you embrace the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy with compassion, recognizing them as part of the sacred journey toward motherhood?
Join us next week as we continue into Week 7, where your baby grows even more rapidly, and the deepening connection between you both takes root!
