A Compassionate and Scientific DEI Consultant, Speaker, and Author of Mindfully Inclusive: Connecting Social-Emotional Learning with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Skills. She has worked in behavioral health services for 30 years, and earned a Master's Certificate in Behavioral Interventions as well as a M Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a Post-graduate Certificate in Leveraging Diversity and Inclusion for Organizational Excellence from Stanford Business School. She is also a certified yoga teacher.

She uses scientific principles of behavior to create dynamic and enriched social-emotional learning and diversity awareness programs for schools, businesses, and organizations. She specializes in simple, environmental changes that lead to far-reaching improvements in creating inclusive, empowering spaces for all. She is a compassionate and invested consultant with a passion for helping small and large businesses acquire the knowledge to employ and retain diverse and qualified staff.
