episode, where we're going todive in to an aspect of
attraction that I don't heartalked about enough that I see a
lot of my clients wonderingabout and struggling with. So I
(01:11):
wanted to bring it here to you.
And that is why attraction isnot just energy, why attraction
is more than just energy. AndI'm going to give you a little
hint here, I'm going to show myhand, it's in the word
attraction, there's a reasonthat we included this word in
our new programs name. Hey,also, if you've been listening,
(01:36):
listen to the last episode, youknow, we're diving into
attraction marketing, what itis, what it looks like, and how
you can use it in your business.
Those of us who are heartcentered, those of us who love
feeling the energy of otherpeople, we're probably highly
sensitive, probably prettyintuitive. We may have other
(01:58):
layer labels that we use forthese things, but we feel other
people's energy or in touch withour own, we have big feelings.
And we love to focus on energy, and calling in the right people
and being in the right energy tocreate things to connect with
(02:18):
other people. And we place a lotof importance on energy, and the
energy that we're in when we'rein our business. And sometimes
we say, Well, I gotta wait forthe energy to be right. Or I
didn't do it because my energywas off. And I'm here for those
things. I think knowingourselves and knowing when we're
(02:39):
in a good headspace, maybe toconnect with someone else. When
we're in a good headspace tocreate content. I'm gonna dive
into that in a minute. Whenwe're in a good headspace to
work on certain things in ourbusiness, when we're in a good
body space, right? If you wantto talk about being embodied, I
think those things areimportant. And I believe they're
often carried way too far to ourdetriment. Because when we're
(03:02):
talking about attractingclients, when we're talking
about calling people in, andhaving them show up as if
through magic, in our lives, magic and miracles, signs, and
synchronicities. Action is alsoabsolutely key for taking your
intentions to serve and turningthem into results. And you might
be like, yeah, Christine, I'veheard that before. I know that.
(03:25):
Stick with me though. Because wewant to take aligned action,
from the energy of attractionaligned action from the energy
of attraction. Let's takecreating content. For example,
my friend, an amazing marketer,Avery Ford taught me that the
(03:45):
energy with which something iscreated is the energy with which
it will be received. Nownormally, what happens with most
people who are you know, maybeit's working their way to six
figures or at six figures inbusiness is they are creating
content on the fly, showing upevery day, creating the content
(04:09):
that they feel like creating, when they feel like creating it
may be under some pressure, someself induced pressure, and then
they're pressing post otherpressing publish. Now, so that
means you've got to wait forthemselves to be in a certain
kind of energy. But then theyfeel really good about the
energy that they were in whenthey created it, and they posted
it right away. That puts youwant a hamster wheel and a fast
(04:32):
track to burnout. Because everymorning you wake up going, I
gotta create or I gotta flushout or I gotta finish or
whatever a post, and I have tobe in the right energy to do it.
And it has to happen today sothat I can be consistent and all
of these stories that we tellourselves so that we can, quote
be in the right energy. Theproblem is, again, that is a
fast track to burnout. What ifyou create content ahead of
(04:57):
time, without that pressure andthat drill Hello in May I feel
kind of different without thatpressure and adrenaline of it
has to go up today. And then youpost it on a different day, you
post it on a different day, maybe you start with three days
of content to ease yourself, andthen maybe you do a week's worth
(05:18):
of content, when you post it,you might not feel the same way
as when you created it. But thatis okay. Because the energy with
which you created it is theenergy with which it will be
received, not the energy withwhich you posted it. Those are
two different things. You couldschedule these things, and have
(05:38):
a post go up while you're offliving your life. And this is
what we're all about, right?
helping you live your life withpassion, while you're running a
business that you love, andyou're serving people in a way
that you feel called to. Sothat's just one example of how I
see people keeping themselves onthe hamster wheel all of the
time. Instead of most peoplethat we work with hate content
(06:00):
calendars, that feels reallyrestrictive to them. That's
okay, what if you create somecontent that can be posted,
maybe when you don't wake up inthat amazing attraction, I'm
excited to post excited to bevisible energy, but you created
it when you were right. Soschedule those posts out, you
(06:20):
will create so much space inyour brain and in your life.
When you know when you see thatyou have something going up and
you don't have to wake up thenext day and do it. Or you have
kids home sick as I just did fora whole week, or you yourself
are sick, or it's a snow day, right? That just happened for
(06:43):
somebody that I was meant tohave a connection call with
today, our whole day gotcanceled, right? And that's
okay. It's how well are weplanning for those things? And
how do we allow ourselves toplan in a way that doesn't feel
boring or constrictive orcorporate, but that helps us
create more freedom, create morefreedom and create it at the
(07:08):
right time, I'm not talkingabout getting into really
complicated systems orautomations. But essentially,
creating a Nicole said thisreally well, to me, she said it
more than once creating, like ariverbed in which you can flow.
Like if you're the water, theriverbed, and the banks of that
(07:28):
river give you boundaries inwhich you can flow. So that
you're not just going everywhereand getting spreading yourself,
literally, if you think aboutthe water thinner and thinner
and thinner. Like if you justpour out a bucket of water on
concrete, it just gets thinnerand thinner and thinner. It just
goes everywhere. There's nostructure to it, until it
evaporates and it stops going.
(07:50):
But if you have a riverbed, andyou pour that bucket into the
river better, even if it's alittle creek, I have a little
creek behind my house. And evenif it's a little creek, it kind
of hold that water and take it.
So if you think about yourbusiness, as that creek or as
that river, the consistency thatyou've been putting in, has
created that flow, it's got toflow and then when you add to
(08:12):
it, like with a bucket or with acup, or whatever it is that you
have, it can continue to carryit where you want it to go. So
that really speaks to theimportance of consistency. I
know that this is something thatwhen we speak about energy,
people can feel a certain kindof way about consistency does
(08:33):
not have to mean you know, showing up and grinding. It
doesn't even have to mean doingsomething every single day, it
does mean doing things over andover over time, I was just
reviewing some Cloneable clientanswers and a mission statement
for a client. And what I toldher was, look, you're going to
(08:54):
be talking about this stuff in away that is eventually going to
feel boring to you. If you dothis right, it is going to feel
boring to you. When we speakabout energy, it's not always
going to feel like the mostexciting cutting edge thing
you've ever done to speak toyour Cloneable client. But if
you have their words, and you'rebeating that drum, banging that
(09:17):
drum, as people say, you mightget really, really tired of it.
The moment that you get tired ofsomething bored about something
if you are multi passionate, ifyou're creative, like you feel
me I know you do.
That's the moment at whichpeople are actually starting to
remember what you have to saywhat you have to offer,
(09:43):
remembering whether it's forthem or whether it's for
somebody that they know. So whatdoes consistency look like for
you? And I think it's reallyreally great just like we know
about forming habits to createconsistency in one area of your
business. One area of yourbusiness rather than trying to
overhaul the whole thing, payattention to where you have been
(10:07):
inconsistent. And you maybe feelbad about that. And where could
you create like, a week's,again, three days or a week's
worth of content, for example,to show up and be visible, and
be attracting, and let that be amomentum booster for all the
other things you want to do inyour business. The thing I want
you to remember from that is, itis about taking aligned action
(10:31):
from the energy of attraction.
And what you will notice, if youhaven't already is that the word
action is in the wordattraction. The word action is
in the word attraction. If youwant to attract people, you need
to take action. It's thatsimple. And I think, in this
space, there are a lot of peoplewho talk a lot about energy, a
lot about energy law, and beingin the right energy and just
(10:54):
attracting from that energy, andthey leave out the strategy. And
I think that's one of the placeswhere I feel like it's my
mission to come in is to bridgethe gap between hyper hyper
strategic strategy only grind, grind, grind, and energy and
energetic alignment and livingyour passions and living in true
to your values. And not havingthose two things be in conflict,
(11:18):
because it is possible for bothof them to coexist. And like, I
have a friend, for example, whoruns a seven figure coaching
business, for spiritual peoplevery successful, beautiful heart
wonderful, guess what theirbackground is in sales. There
are really good salesperson. Andso that requires a lot of
(11:40):
action. If you're going to be onsales calls, this specific type
of high ticket sales, you'regoing to be on sales calls,
you're going to be selling highticket things. It's not waiting
for the energy to be right whenyou have a sales call on the
phone, or on the calendar, it'sgetting yourself into energy,
when you have a sales call onthe phone, it is not sitting
(12:03):
around hoping that your energywill be right by the time you
get on the phone. It is creatinga state change in order to have
the right energy when you get onthe phone. When you get on Zoom,
whatever it is. Same thing ifyou have an interview, there
have been times when I've beenhaving a horrible day. And maybe
(12:23):
I'd been in tears. But it was aninterview I really wanted to
keep I didn't want to rescheduleat the last minute. And so I use
my tools, I use my favoritedance song, I use movement, I
use these things to get me backinto a state of feeling powerful
back into a state of feelingfocused, feeling grounded,
feeling excited, feelinggrateful. Not that I wasn't
(12:45):
going to deal with whatever wasgoing on. But for the moment,
put it aside. Right. So take theexample from my friend who
teaches people who are veryesoteric, very spiritual, very,
what you might call woowoo togrow businesses, and has a
(13:06):
background that is very, verygrounded in high ticket sales.
Okay. Now I also want to, I wantto mention like what energy can
do for you energy can set theintention and create that
positive place of possibilityand flow from which your best
(13:29):
ideas happen. A lot of times, ifyou have ever identified as a
high achiever, we also put a tonof pressure on ourselves. And
the research shows, even thoughwe have a fear that pressure is
what creates achievement for uspressure is what creates
accomplishment. And we have afear that if we take that away,
we won't be motivated anymore.
(13:51):
What the research actually showsabout positivity and happiness
is that people are positive andhappy, choose to be positive and
happy first, and then they gettheir best ideas and then they
take their best action. So Iwant you to play with that.
Getting into the right energy.
And using that to propel you totake action to create the
(14:11):
intention you desire to createthe intention you desire, it is
not all meditation, and thengoing about your day and hoping
it happens. It's a combinationof setting the intention
surrendering to the best way foryou and then doing what you can
(14:32):
do that day. action in order tomove it forward, over and over
and over again. Creating amemorable brand, attracting
people to you. Attractingvisibility opportunities,
creating your own visibilityopportunities, all of these
things require action and thenof course you will be met with
miracles and magic along theway. Because you're in the
(14:56):
energy and because you're takingaction, I hope this is helpful
for you. Energy is not the onlything required for attraction
marketing. And you don't have tobe in the energy. Every time you
are posting content, you cancreate it ahead of time, you can
(15:17):
create so much free space inyour mind and in your body, to
come up with other brilliantideas for ways to serve your
clients and grow your business.
If you will give yourselfcapitalize on when you are
feeling that that energy tocreate content, for example, I'm
(15:38):
getting ready for the day, do myhair or my makeup, and I get an
idea for a post from somethingthat a client conversation that
I had. And I would kind ofriffing on it and going out a
little bit of a rant. And I justopen up otter, which is a
transcription software, you canuse anything that you want that
records on your phone, and Istart talking about what to do
(16:02):
and what not to do to grow youronline business and the mistakes
that I see a lot of peoplemaking and the right choices, I
see a lot of people making. Andthat's gonna get turned into
multiple posts. But it didn'thave to be right then and there.
Because I was under a timeconstraint, I had something else
to get to. So I just capturedit. And now I know I can go back
(16:23):
to it. But I recorded it when Iwas in the energy. And another
example of this is that a clientthought I had written a post
based on what we had actuallytalked about the day that post
went up the same day, I had acoaching call with them. And
they said, Oh my gosh, you weretotally talking to me when you
wrote that post. And I saidactually, that post was written
(16:45):
weeks in advance, it shows thatwe were dialed in on who we were
talking to their total Cloneableclient, and that it was written
from a place of powerful energy.
So it resonated. So I hope thisis helpful for you. When you
think about attraction. And whenyou think about energy so that
as you move into attractionenergy over and over, outside of
(17:08):
the hustle and grind abouttaking aligned action. You have
some specifics, and you havesome ways that you can show up
in order to create the resultsthat you want while living in
alignment with how you choose todo marketing, how you choose to
bring in clients and how tohonor your unique energy
