When Shiloh Hobby steps into the room—or in this case, onto my bed—things are bound to get both heated and heartfelt. That's why I'm thrilled to have the queen of relationship wisdom and sexual enlightenment back with us, ready to unravel the mysteries of intimacy with humor and a touch of audacity. Shiloh's return means revisiting the milestones we've created together, like the launch of "Dead Red Droves," and looking ahead to the belly laughs awaiting us at the upcoming sex trivia nights. But it’s not all fun and games; we delve into why vigorous health is the bedrock of a steamy sex life and offer a tantalizing preview of our A to Z sensual series, kicking off with the allure of anal exploration.

It's no secret that pets have a knack for comic timing, especially when it comes to interrupting our most personal moments. Curl up and listen as we swap tales of amorous adventures turned comedy sketches by our four-legged friends—like Jenny's beagle with impeccable timing and Rachel's parrot who's a little too good at impressions. These furry faux pas are more than just stories; they're lessons in embracing the unexpected chaos that pets bring into our love lives. Whether it's Barkalot Sparkly Jameson's cameo in our cozy chat or a Great Dane with a jealous streak, we're baring all on how these creatures add spontaneity and laughter to our human connections. Join Shiloh and me for an episode that's equal parts enlightening and entertaining, proving that when it comes to sex and relationships, it's the unexpected that often makes for the best stories.

(00:39):
podcast of the Gil Sten startedway back when.
So thank you, shiloh, forcoming back and joining us again
today.
Shiloh is a maverick in therealm of relationship navigation
and sexual shenanigans, withover 15 plus years, because

(00:59):
she's got experience plusteaching under her belt.
Shiloh is here to shake up yournotions of love, lust and
everything in between the sheets.
Shiloh doesn't just dole outadvice.
She is a maestro of mischief, aprovocateur of passion and a
champion of all things spicy.

(01:20):
Her approach isn't aboutcounseling.
It's about igniting the flamesof desire, uncovering the hidden
treasures of your relationshipsand turning the mundane into
the extraordinary.
If you've been lucky enough toattend one of Shiloh's legendary
sex trivia nights which a lotof you have, and we are going to

(01:42):
start that here on Thursdays, the 1st of April you know that
she's not your average expert.
She's a curator of carnalknowledge, a maestro of mischief
and a purveyor of pleasure.
Welcome my friend Shiloh, withlove your.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Oh, I love it, I just love it White, the introduction
, stephanie, thank you, thankyou.
I'm kind of excited to be themaestro of mischief, that's, and
the purveyor of passionDefinitely excited for that and
super excited.
I do enjoy.
I enjoy educating women ontheir sexuality.
It's a huge passion of mine andthe trivia is blessed.

(02:28):
So, however, I can help peopleto become more comfortable with
their sexuality, learn how totalk about it.
I mean, we laugh about it.
So, yes, I'm very, very excitedto be here because I love what
you're doing.
Thank you, I love you and Ilove that we get to talk about

(02:48):
sex and we get to talk.
I mean, the more we can talkabout it and the more people
hear about it in a healthy way,I think it'll.
Hopefully, my hope is that itmakes a dent in the world in
helping them Absolutely.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
And just so you know, we did make a dent in the world
together and we continue tomake a dent in the world.
Yeah, continuing to talk aboutthis taboo topic that was once
thought of as we, you know weshouldn't talk about it too.
Now people are like, huh, maybewe need to talk about it more.

(03:26):
So I like that things.
I feel the shift and if itwasn't for you, I would not have
started the vibing between thehips in which I did, and I still
continue to do, three to fourtimes a week, and now I took
that up a notch into a vibrationplate, as you know, and I vibe

(03:47):
on a vibration plate every day,10 minutes a day.
That is my mantra.
Sex is better when you'rehealthy and a vibing day keeps
the doctor away True, proven.
Please go check out my podcaston that, and you could go check
out Shiloh and my podcasts fromlast year when we did Dead
Bedrooms.

(04:08):
We were green, as green can be,but it doesn't matter.
So long as that.
We are still here today, backat it and learning.
I mean, look at Gary Vee andall the greats, lewis Huckstead
and Joe Rogan.
Did you think that they startedTalking comfortably, not being
able to do this?

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Everybody gets to start somewhere and learn
Somewhere.
I am super excited.
I'm even more excited for ourtopics.
Can I say?
Can I give a little sneak peek?
Yes, we are going to be doingafter our initial one.
We're going to have a fun oneto start off with, but after

(04:51):
this we will be doing A to Zsexual topics.
So, looking forward to that, yes, we know what A is.
We're starting off.
We're starting off Right after.
Where's that?
Not right out the door y'all, because he stays right between
all it does.

(05:13):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
We will be talking about that.
I got to tell you it's one ofmy favorite topics.
I don't know if you know thisbecause as I talk about vibing
between the hips, you know andyou and I vibed in our vaginas,
I got into vibing in the anusand what that does for men and
for females, by the way, but mypoint is that I love it's

(05:39):
actually a great topic.
I'm loving it because it's likeI love it.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Yeah, we're going to have a lot of fun with it.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
A lot of fun.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
We won't confirm with that.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
So much fun.
Okay, well, welcome back.
Thank you so much.
Today.
I'm in my bedroom, I'm in mybed, in my comfy little bed.
Yes, I have to have lights, andlights and all my glitter and
stuff.
I love it.
I'm in my bed because here I amwith my little poopoo bear,
which is Barkalot SparklyJameson, who is my little bear,

(06:12):
and we're in bed togetherbecause we're talking about dogs
.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Can we see him?
Can you show him Between thesheets, because these are all?
Hey, berkeley, look at how cuteyou are.
Thank you for joining us.
Thank you for being the subjectof our podcast.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
He is.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
He is Inspiring our podcast.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
He did.
His inspiration came from lastweek's conversation that I had,
not only with you but anothergirl, about what happens when
you introduce a new partner toyour I don't even know if it's
even new partners.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
I mean, I just think just in general they don't.
I don't think they discriminateon the new partner thing.
I think the new partner justmakes it just next level awkward
.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
Maybe that's the whole thing.
Is that it?

Speaker 2 (07:10):
just makes it a little extra.
A little extra awkward, becauseI mean when it's a partner that
you've been with for a whileand misses your only animal, I
mean.
Yeah, no they're still do theirthing, so I love talking about
that today.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
So I just love it, and so I'm gonna, I'm gonna take
some big notes because I'mgonna share, we're gonna.
Let's talk about why they dothese kinds of things.
How about that?
Let's talk first why they dothese kinds of things.
They want to know what's goingon.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
They hear you, they want to know.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Yeah, yes, they hear the moans, the little you know
unusual.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
They hear all of it and they're curious.
They want to know what's goingon.
And why are people touching?
Why are you?
I mean, they don't know what's,and for that they don't know
what's going on either.
So they don't know.
Like is there, is their persongetting hurt?

Speaker 1 (08:14):
That's.
The other thing is like whatare you doing to my person?
Are you so like?
I've been your face up andyou're?
What are you doing my person?
Like?
They want to make sure they'relittle there.
They're the person that theylove the most isn't getting hurt
, nothing's happening to them.
So I love it because and theirdogs are attention seekers,

(08:39):
right, so they want to join thefun because they want more
attention.
They're like oh hey, you guysare talking, you guys are
playing, oh, it's my time toplay with you guys.
So they're attention seekers,right.
Yes, so they love to, you know, seek attention when you're
doing attention with each other.
They want to be part of theparty.
I always say they want to bepart of the party.
They're like party goers, youknow they get the party going.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
They're always there like a little bit of emotional
support.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
Always and they're confused on and maybe a little
stressed.
What's going on?
You know, and I think I dothink you know, as you are with
someone longer, that things dosettle down and they get more
comfortable.
But I think in the beginningit's just super hilarious and
they have a very protectiveinstinct.

(09:28):
You know, that's their native.
They are protective, naturally,to their owner.
So that is what's going tohappen.
So we came up with some funnystories that some people have
sent to us.
So why don't you go and you goon?
Let's just talk about it.

(09:49):
Which one do?

Speaker 2 (09:49):
you want to share, you know, actually.
So one of the ones that I hadthat I found funny for that was
from Jenny in San Francisco.
Jenny wrote in and told us thatshe had just started dating a
guy and they were at her place.
Things were getting hot andheavy and her dog, a beagle

(10:12):
named Walter, was supposedlysleeping in a living room.
Well right, as things werereaching a crescendo, walter
decided it was the perfect timeto bring us his favorite squeaky
toy.
So he bounded in, dropped thetoy on the bed and started
howling along with the squeaks.
It was mortifying and hilariousat the same time.

(10:34):
My date couldn't stop laughingand honestly it was a bit of a
mood killer, but we ended uphaving a good laugh about it.
And I mean the story goes onforever and ever, because how do
you ever forget the time thatyour dog brought in a squeaky
toy to play with while you werehaving sex and retch your orgasm
, true, hilarious, I love it.

(10:57):
No, that one.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
you know that one has been told many, many, many
times, many, many, not only byher, but by him too, he probably
is.
Oh yeah, for sure, both of us,even if they're not together.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
They've been Hilariously.
Yeah, there was one time I wasthere.
Yes, absolutely Like it doesn'teven matter anymore, Just like
my dog did this.
We all remember what our dogsdid.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
Oh God, do we?
I love it.
Okay, I'm going to talk aboutthis other one that came in,
rachel in Chicago, and thereason why I like this one is
because it's about a parrot andparents are like they live
forever 30.
It depends on the parrot, obviously, but I have friends

(11:43):
and girls that have a parrot, soI'm thinking I was going to
reach out to her and see if shecould share with us any steamy,
fun parrot stories, because oncethis through came through, I
thought, oh my God, this isfunny.
So here's Rachel's story.
So there I was about to have aromantic evening with a new
flame.
I let the candles, put somesoft music on and made sure my

(12:07):
room was looking its best.
Everything was perfect until myparrot who I totally forgot can
mimic sounds really wellstarted imitating the moans from
the last movie I watched.
It was quite explicit.
My date was confused, thenshocked and then in stitches

(12:28):
when he realized where thesounds were coming from.
It was embarrassing, but nowit's just our little side joke.
I would have thought that aparrot moaning.
I would have thought, oh, theyheard them before.
They've been.
They've overheard this persondo this before.
I would not have thought itwould have come from a movie.

(12:49):
You know what I mean.
I would have thought it wouldhave come from that person.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
It's interesting, I mean just side note or whatever.
I actually saw something on thenews this morning about a
parrot that constantly does theEarth, wind and Fire song, like

(13:14):
just it was kind of funny.
I saw that clip on the news andI was like oh my God.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
Oh, that's awesome.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
You never know what they.
You never know what the animals, what they're going to do.
They're so unexpected, sounexpected, that is that is the
meaning of it.
I mean as long as they don'tyell out the wrong name for you,
right, yeah, Well you know, Ido think that those things can
happen accidentally.

Speaker 1 (13:41):
But you know, but yeah, so long as that doesn't
happen.
Boy, that was.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
Sometimes your parrot isn't the one bossing, Veronica
See, I mean, like what is that?

Speaker 1 (13:50):
What is that?
The awesome Don again?
Is that?
No, it's not John, oh, it's notJohn.
Is it Eddie?
Is it Eddie?
No, not Eddie.
Oh, it must be Frank.
No, not Frank.
Would that be, please, cansomeone train their parrot to do
that, because that would justbe God.
It would be so funny.
Ellie, that would be awesome.

(14:10):
I mean seriously.
It's kind of like two and ahalf men when, when Jake goes,
oh is, is that Chelsea?
No, jake, it's not Chelsea.
Who is it?
Whatever?
No, jake, it's not.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
Okay, so here I mean children and animals.
I mean, you know, you kind ofgot you know, you never know
what's gonna come out of eitherof their mouths.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
Out of the mouths of babes, as I say.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
Absolutely, or animals, I guess, parrots.
Parrots, like you know, if theycan talk, you never know what
they're gonna say.
So train them good.
They're gonna be here for 40years, so so funny.
They're gonna be bringing up,you know, imagine like 15 years,
like the parrot that can investin all, like 30 years later,

(15:01):
like Right.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
That's why I've got to reach out to my friend.
I'll see if she's willing to beinterviewed by us, okay, and
say, can we just interview youabout your parrot?
Just, even if it's a 10-minuteinterview, she probably can tell
us some fun stories.
And she's super.
I love her, she's so fun.
So I met her a couple years ago, so I'll reach out to her.

(15:25):
She's the only lady I know thathas a parrot.
She's the only one, yeah, butit would be certain certainly
fun, yeah.
So, hey, man, do we haveanother one we want to talk
about?

Speaker 2 (15:36):
Yes, we do.
Our next one comes from Secondyear.
Let me grab it.
It comes from Trevor in Denver.
So first time at my newgirlfriend's place, and she has
a huge, great name.
She warned me that he getsjealous, but I didn't quite
grasp what this meant until wewere in her bedroom and I felt

(15:58):
this wetness on my foot.
I looked down and there's thisJohnny and dog drooling all over
my foot, giving me the stinkeye.
It was like he was saying backoff, buddy, she's mine.
We had to stop and give himsome attention before we could
continue, Totally continue.
It totally killed the moment, but in hindsight it's one of our

(16:19):
favorite stories to discuss.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
I love it, I love it.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
I had to share this with my friends that have a
great dain.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
They had two great dains and they said the funny
thing about this is that greatdains naturally are super sweet
and actually are more fearfuland not really like people think
, because they're size thatpeople Right, they're just huge,
they're just big, they're just.
But they are more afraid ofanything.

(16:48):
And I'm like are you kidding?
He goes yes, they are so andthey told me.
So we laugh and laugh.
But I love this about he'spiercing at him, but really he's
probably just wanting to play.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Right, I mean, for all that it's worth.
I mean, I feel like any dog isbasically a big teddy bear.
It really depends on howthey're raised, right.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
Yeah, I mean, and the things that they yeah, I mean,
they've definitely.
I mean, if you have an animal, your animal is interrupted.
You at sex at least once, andthen you learn to shut the door.
And then you learn to shut thedoor and keep them out Like no,
you don't get to come in herebecause we're having our time.
Yes, that I know that.

(17:33):
I shut the door and kept my dogout Like no, you don't get to
come in here because you are notgoing to be up on the bed
watching us with your littleeyes.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
I'm really bad because my dogs have always been
on the bed.
How do I kick dogs that are off, that are always on the bed?
How do you kick them off?

Speaker 2 (17:56):
They're over on their side or whatever.
I mean I feel like with sex, like obviously, when I was
married or whatever, when I wasmarried I mean, yeah, our dogs
up with us, so I mean she wouldbe on their side.
But I feel like once we started, or whatever, like she did kick
off, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Or she just like move over, like maybe she got tired of it,

(18:18):
I don't know.
But yeah, all right, okay.
And then there would be thetimes where just like, okay, let
me just shut the door so youcan come in yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
All right, and that's a wrap for today's pause
between the sheets.
Thank you, Shiloh, for sharingyour stories with me and we got
to enjoy some laughs and joiningme today.
I look forward to seeing younext week on A to Z with
Shilohobby.
Love your, oh, thanks.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
Shiloh.
Thanks, dr, me See you later.
