In this episode, I talk to beautiful new mommy Rachel Owens. She shares her story of what it was like when she and her husband had their first baby during the COVID 19 lockdown. We talk about her fears and how she pushed through them and the mental strength she gathered to bring her newborn baby boy into the world during a virus pandemic. We talk about how quarantine before birth prepared her for a newborn and how she and her husband bonded as a married couple while having their first born.
