Knowing things is NOT a punishment, and it's not that you should have dealt with it earlier. So why is it coming up now? What do I need to do about it? Giving yourself grace wherever you're fuxking at if you're just starting your healing process or you're well into it.
Learning to let go of what you SHOULD be doing and lean into finding what brings you actual growth, healing, clarity, release, and comfort.
Learning to leap into and embrace self-preservation.
