Shane Bauman is the founder of RISE and has been in the financial services industry since 2011. During his 12+ years in financial services, Shane has served in the roles of Advisor, Managing Director and President. He thoroughly enjoys helping professionals actualize their dreams and pursue their passions by utilizing financial services as a platform for success.
Prior to his career in financial services, Shane worked in various leadership and sales roles in the real estate, marketing, and education sectors. His passion is in helping people reach their personal, business, and career goals. He's accomplished much of this by working with small business owners and entrepreneurs. With his extensive background in running small companies, Shane understands the challenges of wearing multiple hats while striving for the balance between a strong culture and maximum profitability.
Born and raised in Colorado, Shane acquired his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Visual Arts. A resident of Castle Rock, he and his wife of over 20 years, Jenni, have 3 amazing children- his son, Kade, and his daughters, Graissen and Macie. In his spare time, Shane enjoys hiking, fishing, men's ministry, reading, movies, and music.
