What if peace was as close as your next breath? In this episode, Rhonda invites you to sink into the support of something bigger... God, Spirit, Source, or the Universe itself and let your breath lead you home.

Today is a beautiful day, because you’re here and you’re held by something vast and loving. Whether you call it God, Universe, Spirit, or simply the wonder of life, Rhonda reminds us that comfort, strength, and guidance are always at hand especially in the moments we feel small, uncertain, or alone. This episode is an invitation to breathe in deeply, to let yourself be supported and reconnected, and to remember that you are both held and home.

Let’s practice together, breathing in calm, faith, and self-love. On difficult days, let the breath hold you; on joyful days, let it fuel you; and when doubt creeps in, let your connection with something larger than yourself offer hope. You are always, always being guided. All you need is a gentle breath in.

know that there's somethingbigger than me that is here, supporting,
guiding, holding us,
me and you, on days that are difficult.
Breathe in and allow it tohold you.
When you're having joy andcelebrating, allow it to fuel you.

(01:08):
And when you are having doubt, allow it to give you faith and hope.
The thing that is larger than us,
may it lead us home, ever home
within ourselves that we maybecome who we are born to be.
Take a nice deep breath
and breathe in the thing thatis larger than us.

(01:30):
Breathe in all that is meantfor you.
Breathe it all in.
Breathe all the goodness inand breathe out all the things that
no longer serve you.
And knowing that there issomething larger, that there is something
more glorious, something thatis supporting us whether we know
it or not, as you've probably heard

(01:52):

thing called
the breath that we're bornwith, that
we can use anytime to regulateour emotions, to bring us back home,
to remind us who we are.
So today we get to breathe in,breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.

And know that we are part ofthe universe.
Because as I'm breathing in,you are breathing in.

out.
We're all just breathing inand breathing out together.
Inhale and exhale.

This is how we're the same.
This is how we are notdifferent than anyone.
This is how we're the same.
The plants breathe in andbreathe out.
Animals breathe in and breatheout the world.
Breathing in and breathing out.
May we be the ones that createa space that our breath in allows

(03:02):
us to love ourselves, to holdourselves, to know ourselves.
And may that out breathrelease us from our suffering, our
pain, our worry and our doubt.
May we always remember thetruth of
who we really are.
And so it is until next time.
Be fearless.

(03:23):
I love you,
Sa.
