So many women move through pregnancy feeling exhausted, puffy, bloated, and overwhelmed by symptoms that never quite make sense. And when labs come back “normal,” it’s easy to feel confused or even dismissed. This conversation brings clarity to what your body is actually asking for: minerals and electrolytes.

In this episode, we talk through why electrolytes for pregnancy matter far more than most people realize, how fatigue and bloat are often rooted in mineral depletion, and why supporting minerals can completely change how you feel during pregnancy and postpartum.

We unpack what it looks like to enter pregnancy already depleted, how those symptoms get louder as the months go on, and why simple electrolyte support can improve energy, digestion, hydration, skin, and even hair growth. You’ll also hear how personalized mineral support through HTMA testing can help you understand what your body needs so you can finally feel better.

Inside this episode, you’ll learn:
 • Why normal bloodwork doesn’t always show mineral imbalances
 • How low electrolytes contribute to fatigue, puffiness, and digestive issues
 • The connection between electrolytes and better stomach acid, hydration, and blood sugar
 • Simple ways to support sodium, potassium, and magnesium during pregnancy
 • What a custom mineral blend is and how it can replace multiple supplements
 • How electrolytes support postpartum recovery, milk supply, and hormone balance

If you’ve been wondering why you still feel tired, bloated, or dehydrated no matter how healthy you eat or how much water you drink, this episode will help you understand what your body has been trying to tell you.

So this is exciting.
Bear with me, but Caitlin, welcome to the show.

(01:49):
I'm so excited to be here.
This is honestly, one of myfavorite things to talk about.
So let's, let's get into it.
Yeah.
Okay.
So funny story of how we met.
So you work at my kids' dentaloffice?
Mm-hmm.
The first time I met you wasbecause I had brought my kids in
to get their teeth cleaned andI'm walking out and you're like,

(02:10):
you're the hair lady.
And I was like, hi.
And you're like, oh my gosh, Idid the HTMA with your team.
It was amazing, blah, blah,blah.
And then all of a sudden, likeall the pieces came together.
Yes.
I'm like, oh yeah, Caitlin.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yes.
You know, I, I had heard yourname, et cetera, and so anyways,
it's just kind of been a funfriendship that has built off of

(02:32):
like being your lady at first.
So, yes.
Well, it was so funny because Ihad heard about you through my
dentist and kind of thought itwas.
Weird craziness.
And a lot of the things that shetalks to me about at first, I
think are weird craziness, andthen I'm all all into it.
But I had watched a lot of yourInstagram videos and started
listening to your podcast andyour children were getting

(02:53):
X-rays.
And I was like, that voicesounds so familiar because I had
literally just been listening toone of your podcasts and seen a
lot of your Instagram reels andI saw your face and I just
instantly was like, I just sentyou my hair, and it was the
weirdest introduction ever.
But I've been super happy tohave found you.
Well, and the funniest part wasthe office ladies like looked at
you like was crazy.

(03:15):
It was.
It was so funny.
So yeah, anyways, that's howthis relationship was developed,
but yes, yes.
Okay.
So you heard about HTMA from thedentist that you work for, who
had done TMA with us.
And like you said before wepressed record, she does hooky,
wooy things.
And at first you were like, I'mnot really sure about this.
Like, why are you doing this?

(03:36):
What's going on?
So she told you about HT MA andthen you decided to do it at
actually kind of a weird time.
So you were, I don't know, fourmonths pregnant when you decided
to do HT MA.
Mm-hmm.
So most people, I, I get a lotof questions like.
I'll just wait till I deliver,or if I am planning to try to
get pregnant or if I ampregnant, like when is the best

(03:58):
time?
And obviously you hadn't eventalked to me, you just went
ahead.
Mm-hmm.
And did it because you had beentold to do it and that it would
help.
Yeah.
So what kind of pushed you overthe edge to try HTMA at four
months pregnant?
Yeah, well, I had heard about itwhen I was pretty early
pregnant, but before pregnancy.
I, and, and I think it's alittle hindsight, like now

(04:21):
looking back, I realize I had alot more symptoms than I even
thought in the moment.
But before pregnancy, I would goin just for my, like, yearly
exams and things would be likenormal, but.
Kind of on the low end of normalor blood work would be within
normal limits, but kind of onthe low end.
But I was experiencing a lot ofsymptoms.
I was roughly the same weightthat I currently am, but I
looked so puffy.

(04:42):
I was really bloated, having alot of issues with digestion,
acne.
but really in that specificmoment, it was fatigue.
I was so tired all the timebefore pregnancy.
Like I know that pregnancy can, first trim after make you really
tired, but before that, I wouldget home from a full day of
work.
Working in pediatric dentistryand be so tired that I didn't
wanna do anything and I was inmy, like, late twenties and it

(05:05):
just didn't feel normal.
I'm normally very energetic andI was just feeling really,
really sluggish.
And then when I got pregnant, itwas just only magnified.
and I wasn't getting any,getting many answers.
For why my blood work waslooking a little off plus
symptoms.
And then really, I guess lookingback, one of the main things
that I was like, I need to speakto this lady is my hair was just

(05:26):
like falling off beforepregnancy or falling out in
clumps and I couldn't figure outwhy.
And I was having a lot ofthyroid dysfunction like
symptoms without a lot ofanswers on why so.
it just happened to be that Ifound you and was willing to
pull the trigger four monthspregnant.
and I was so glad that I did.

(05:46):
Okay.
That's so helpful.
So you were having a lot ofsymptoms prior to pregnancy and
then, like you said, pregnancycan just magnify.
Mm-hmm.
Especially fatigue and hormonesymptoms that were there before.
Um, but around that four monthmark is when you should start
getting your energy back whenyou're pregnant.
Yeah.
You weren't experiencing that, you're still so tired.

(06:07):
So you decide to do HTMA.
What was the experience like?
Cutting your hair, sending itin, and kinda waiting?
Waiting for those results, Iguess.
What did you think you weregonna see?
Or were you worried that yourresults were gonna say
everything was normal becauseeverything else had been normal?
What was kind of going throughyour mind?
Absolutely.
I well.
First I was just worried, youknow, I'm not a type of person

(06:29):
that likes to go to the doctorand then say, oh, you're fine.
'cause then it feels like, oh mygosh, I thought something was
wrong and it's not wrong.
Or really be concerned and bemet with, like it's within a
real limits, even though you'retelling me you're experiencing
symptoms.
So I don't really know what Iexpected at this point.
I had just developed a goodenough relationship with my
dentist that anything she says,I'm like, I'm all for.

(06:51):
And you speak so.
Eloquently and passionatelyabout the things that you can
help on your podcast and on yoursocial media platforms that I
was really just sold and hopingthat you were gonna help me find
something.
Now when you sent us the littlekit to cut your hair, I was
honestly like, oh my gosh, I'mabout to get so much of my hair

(07:12):
that I'm already worried isfalling out and it's.
Very minimal.
It looks like a whole lot andthen you do it.
And now I'm due for my next oneand not a big deal at all.
So I wasn't really certain whatI was getting myself into, but
knew I just wanted to find someresults and was honestly floored
when I did my intake with one ofyour other colleagues.

(07:33):
Um, I told her at the end, youneed to up your prices.
I feel like this is like themost informative.
It felt like she was lookingback into my past and knowing
everything that had aligned inall my symptoms without.
Me telling her all of thesethings.
Isn't it crazy?
Like what type of patterns wecan tell based on someone's
minerals about your life orabout how you feel without even

(07:53):
you telling us?
Yes.
I was like, did I put this?
Did I write all this downsomewhere?
And you're just looking at itand she's like, no, I'm just
kind of assuming.
No, that is the cool thing aboutthe ratios is so when you get
your report back, and you'vedone HTMA now twice, and so
you've seen your report, but thefirst page, it has all of your
minerals on it and it has toxicheavy metals.

(08:15):
So things like.
You know, uranium, mercury, aluminum, et cetera.
But the second page is actually,I think, where the magic is
because it shows the ratios ofminerals.
Mm-hmm.
And I talk about this a lot.
You know how minerals are kindof like a symphony, so we're
not.
As focused on if magnesium islow or magnesium is high, it's
more like what's magnesium inrelation to all these other

(08:37):
minerals.
But each ratio means something.
So we can tell how burnoutsomeone is, how exhausted
someone is.
Mm-hmm.
That their thyroid might bestruggling.
Uh, how stressed you are.
Possible.
Even infections.
There's actually an infectionratio, and when it's high, it
can mean something.
When it's low, it can meansomething.
Yeah.
So we often hear that fromclients.

(08:57):
We're like, man, you must feelreally burnt out or.
Did you have COVID a couplemonths ago because this ratio is
showing us that, possiblythere's a virus going on, or do
you feel really hypoglycemicafter meals?
And people are like, how do youknow that?
Yeah.
And it's crazy because it'sdriven by minerals and we often
jump to like other things, whichit sounds like you had already

(09:19):
tried a lot of things for yourenergy and your hair falling
out.
Yeah.
Kinda walk us through what youhad tried that maybe helped a
little or didn't help at all,um, especially because you had
been told everything was normal.
You probably felt like you werejust kind of throwing things at
yourself.
Yeah.
I hadn't really done much forthe hair loss.
I was really kind of at a lossfor why it was happening.

(09:40):
As far as my weight though, that's one that I felt like I
had kind of thrown the kitchensink at in my, it wasn't really
fluctuation.
I just always felt really puffy, bloated, and had a lot of GI
issues.
Um, I would kind of togglebetween.
Constipation, diarrhea, and justlike my family, my friends knew

(10:01):
like you, I don't go to out toeat, out to eat very well
because I was always reallynervous that it wasn't gonna
make me feel very good or Iwould know I want to indulge in
this food.
It's a self-harm day.
Like we're, we're going to eatthis and it's not gonna make me
feel very good, which is notvery fun.
So I had kind of limited mydiet, um, or tried things that
were more like safe foods.
Um, and then to try and kick theweight I had really.

(10:24):
For a little while, I was goingto Orangetheory and Burn
Bootcamp every single day.
I was a coach at Orangetheoryfor a while, so I was really
immersed in, in that.
We're gonna go and we're gonnago often, and I was just not
seeing results.
I was really plateaued.
I was very tired all of thetime, and I just attributed it
to a busy lifestyle.
So then I kind of went thecomplete opposite and I stopped

(10:44):
working out with high intensityand would just go on walks every
day and did no other working outwith not a whole lot of.
Benefit for the way that I feltor the way that I felt that I
looked.
and it wasn't until I added theminerals in that I saw big
changes there at kind of a sillytime because I was five months
pregnant and started to seeresults.

(11:05):
And I think it's easy in yourbrain to say, oh, well this is a
specific season of life, somaybe that's what it is.
But I tell anyone and everyone,I attribute so much of my last
leg of pregnancy and postpartumto the minerals.
And then I guess before I had acustom blend, I would kind of
dabble with like Elementis orother similar brands, uh,
without realizing that likeyou're talking about the

(11:26):
symphony of my minerals wereoff.
And so just hitting it withthings that weren't quite custom
blends weren't really giving mebenefit.
Um, another really lovely pieceof what you guys do was the
diet.
Education on how I can change mydiet, what I'm already doing to
beef up my potassium intake or,uh, my sodium intake.

(11:48):
So then it really helped meguide my food intake to a way
that was better suited for how Iwas going to feel and get proper
minerals.
Um, and that's been a reallyhuge part of my transformation
with minerals.
Okay.
So everyone's probably thinkingyou're five months pregnant,
you're adding in minerals, you're doing all these things.

(12:11):
Was it hard or was it timeconsuming, or do you feel like
it was really easy to integrateinto your life for like such a
big payoff?
It was the easiest.
And I think that that is one ofthe best things I did in that
moment was just get the customblend because I was pregnant and
I wanted to see results kind ofquick and I mean, it's just as

(12:32):
simple as like dropping it inyour water.
Um, I kind of made it throughthe season of life where, or the
season of pregnancy rather, where I was super nauseous.
Um, I thought that would be abig deal.
Like, oh, I'm not gonna be ableto drink this.
It's gonna make me feel sick, but it's very easy.
I would add it to my smoothie.
Some days I would add it to, um,just a quick shot in the morning
at nighttime.

(12:52):
Um, or mix it in, like I said, with a smoothie.
It was very, very easy andstreamlined.
And then the diet modificationthat you guys gave me, basically
I told them what I kind of eatin a day.
At that moment in time, I waspretty routine.
I would eat similar things forbreakfast, lunch and change
dinner up a little bit.
So like I would have a smoothiefor breakfast and they would,
you guys would just give meinformation on what to add to my

(13:15):
already existing smoothieroutine to beef up what I
needed.
So there wasn't.
A lot of changes that needed tobe made other than what I put in
my grocery list.
Amazing.
And you started noticingchanges.
You started slowly changing yourdiet.
Where did you fall then withexercise?
Do you feel like you had theenergy to maybe do what you

(13:35):
wanted to do, but didn't feellike you had to just grind all
the time?
Yeah, or I mean, obviouslythere's the pregnancy portion of
like, yeah, the pregnancy thingschange, so that's a little
different.
But where are you at now I guesswith that?
Honestly, that is probably myfavorite thing to shout to
people is in a season ofpregnancy when it would be so

(13:57):
easy for me to just go sit onthe couch.
I was pregnant through thesummer in Texas and I started my
minerals probably I got theblend when I was five months and
started the routine right awayand all the way until the day I
delivered.
I would go on an hour walk withmy dog at nighttime and felt
great.
Um, had a whole lot of energy.
Obviously the normal likepregnancy slumps, but enough

(14:19):
energy to want to go for a walkevery single day.
And have continued thatafterwards.
Don't feel like to feel theweight that I'm supposed to be
at or look the way that I feellike I should look and not puffy
and bloated.
Not really about weight, butmore just about the presentation
and like how puffy my face wasand my stomach and bloated.
I do a couple of days ofstrength training and a lot of

(14:40):
walking.
And I feel like I've been ableto maintain.
A weight that is comfortable forme, that's healthy for me, um,
but more importantly that I feelgood doing all of that and I
have the energy to do it with a14 month old.
Which is not easy chasing around14 month old.
Yeah.
One thing that I thought I wouldmention related to your custom

(15:01):
blend, so, in, in case this isnew to anybody that's listening,
if you're just getting familiarwith HT MA, one of the cool
things that we can do based onyour results is we can actually
custom formulate a mineralpowder for you.
Mm-hmm.
And it sounds like it might belike.
More expensive or like reallyout of reach, but it actually
ends up being more affordablethan like buying even just LM T

(15:24):
or Potassium Cocktail orwhatever mineral products you're
buying because it's custom toyou.
It has everything you need.
And for you, it replaced yourprenatal vitamins as well.
Oh yeah.
Yes, yes, yes.
Yeah, which was so lovely.
And to speak to that, I actuallyjust had my husband.
Get his HTA test and get hisresults because he is that
person that wants to be healthand wellness and will spend

(15:46):
hundreds of dollars on thissupplement and this green powder
and this supplement.
And you add it all up and you dorealize, oh my gosh, I should
have just done this from the getgo.
And he's a, a budget guy andnumbers guy.
And when I showed him, he waslike, oh man, I didn't even
realize it was spinning.
'cause he, he would get in.
Weeks said, okay, I'm gonna dothis green powder.
And then when it didn't reallymake him feel good, he would

(16:07):
kind of find a different thing.
And he's felt so much betterwith just his custom blend'cause
it's what he needs.
He's not blindly guessing atwhat he should be fueling his
body with.
Amazing.
So speaking of your husband, Iremember you telling me when we
came back in for a dentalcleaning.
So then at this point, so thefirst time I saw you, you were

(16:29):
like five, four or five monthspregnant, and then the next time
was, or maybe this was the thirdtime, um, I'm not sure.
Maybe there would've been a timein between there, but you were
like three months.
Postpartum.
Mm-hmm.
Or a couple months postpartum.
You had just come back to workand you're like, I'm so excited
to do another test and just seewhere I'm at.
And you told me, you're like, myhusband told me I have to stop

(16:52):
freaking people out talking tothem about minerals.
You're like, yes.
Everywhere I go, I tell peopleabout minerals and finally my
husband was like, you gotta stopbecause people might wanna hear
about this.
Yes.
Yeah.
But now he's completely flipped.
We were buying our, the homethat we currently live in, and
our realtor is one of ourfriends and she was just kind of
venting to us about some similarissues.

(17:14):
I was not present at thismoment.
I was upstairs looking and Chadwas like, you should talk to
Caitlyn.
She's, she's really into thismineral thing and it sounds like
they are having a lot of thesimilar concerns.
And she went and got a mineraltest.
So Amazing.
I love it.
So now she's on, on board withit.
Yeah.
That's so funny.
Okay, so you did a second testwhen you were, you know,

(17:34):
three-ish months postpartum.
Mm-hmm.
What was that experience like?
Do you feel like, you know, maybe it's a little foggy just
because you were postpartum.
Do you feel like it kind ofbuilt on your previous results?
Or what motivated you, I guess,to do a second test and just
kind of continue on on the path?
Yeah, I think I was motivated.
So I was at this point out of mycustom blend and just relying on

(17:56):
my, um.
Diet for minerals, but I wantedto, you and I had spoke at your
children's cleaning.
Um, I promise I cleaned yourkids' teeth, but we talk a lot
during these appointments aboutourselves.
We're usually there for like along time.
I'm sure that they're like, thisis not efficient.
Yes.
Their clients.
Yes.
So I was.
You know, in early postpartumand still feeling okay.

(18:19):
But, um, I was breastfeeding atthe time and wanted to make sure
that my supply stayed up.
I had kind of started, life getsbusy and I wasn't cooking the
same way that I was previously.
I also wanted to check inbecause it was such a, an odd
time to get my first HTMA testduring pregnancy to see what had
changed.
Afterwards because I was in sucha season of depletion with being

(18:40):
pregnant and then beingpostpartum and breastfeeding to
see how things had changed.
I know that in a lot of yourpodcasts and social media.
Things you talk about, that's aseason where your depletion is
pretty high.
And I wanted to see, I'm a bignumbers person, so I wanted to
see while I was pregnant andthen afterwards had I made any
changes with this custom blend.

(19:01):
Like was the juice worth thesqueeze, was what I paid for
really helping and in a numbersperspective.
and I just was feeling kind oftired but newborn.
And I knew the four month.
Postpartum hair loss was comingfor me hard, and I didn't want
it to happen.
So again, selfishly, that'sprobably one of the like largest
reasons I went through and didit because I felt so good during

(19:23):
my time on custom Blend.
Um, and I was really glad that Idid because when I did my intake
assessment again after the testhad come back, we had seen a lot
of really good changes in the,not just each individual piece,
but their, How they worktogether.
I'm forgetting the word rightnow, but the, the ratios between

(19:44):
each of the minerals hadimproved, which was huge in a
time of such depletion.
That was something that reallysurprised, not surprised me
because we see this all thetime, but something I was
pleased with was just yoursecond test.
Had improved actually from yourfirst test?
Yes.
And some things were a littleoff, and needed more

(20:05):
improvement, but like a lot ofthings had started to stabilize,
which was really cool to see.
Like you, we saw some of thehigher things that were out of
balance come down and some ofthe lower things start to come
up.
Mm-hmm.
Which was really good.
So you embarked on your secondcustom blend and you're finished
with that now, so.
Mm-hmm.
Walk us through like kind of howyou're feeling now, where you're

(20:27):
at what you're kind of doing ona daily basis to support your
mineral needs.
Just'cause, you know, wedefinitely tell our clients
like, you don't always have tohave a custom blend.
There's like seasons where it'ssuper convenient and seasons
where like you can do it withdiet and with mineral mocktails
and, and all the things as well.
So what does that look like foryou now?

(20:48):
Yeah.
So, on a day, like I, like shesaid, I'm done with my custom
blend and so on a day-to-daybasis, we just make sure to get,
I still have that list printedoff for my second HTA test of
food groups to help add into mydiet to help support my
potassium and sodium.
So on a daily basis, dietmodifications for what we're
cooking.
But, I enjoy element tea and soit's kind of my like, afternoon

(21:11):
pick me up.
Mm-hmm.
I do that or my water withRedmond salt to help support my
sodium'cause it was really low.
And those are really like thetwo things I, how I wanted to do
it this time was extend a littletime between htma attest and
Htma attest to see if my diet,if I could sustain it with diet
or if I continued to need.

(21:32):
Support of the minerals.
but I still feel really greatand haven't felt the the strong
need to go back.
I do want to, and I'll probablydo it when you run your little
next special but justmodifications in my day to day
and I felt really good.
Still a great amount of energy, not feeling that slump that I
had before.
And not a lot has changed otherthan I have like more on my

(21:54):
plate now.
So I should be in a.
More depleted, more tired state, but I'm not at the end of the
day, which is, is so lovely.
So yeah, just diet and you know, not prescription or, custom
blends, just elementis or thingsover the counter like that.
Love it.
And that's, I mean, ultimatelythe goal is minerals are, are
dynamic.
They're always changing withdiet and stress levels and

(22:16):
sleep.
And we only get minerals fromwhat we eat.
But you know, a lot of clientsthat come to us are really
depleted like we saw on yourfirst test.
And you can kind of think of itlike.
Digging a pool in your backyardif the pool is completely empty
because you have this big ditch,we're gonna need to bring in
buckets Yeah.
And bulldozers of water.

(22:37):
But eventually that pool startsto fill up and it's just kind of
maintenance over time.
Yeah.
Like what do you, what do youneed on a daily basis, to kind
of keep the, levels balanced?
And so maybe you go through astressful season or you have
another kid, or you'rebreastfeeding again or, or
whatever, and you.
Go back on something more customthan just kind of maintaining it
on a day-to-day basis.

(22:57):
Yeah, absolutely.
Okay.
So.
What would you say to someonewho maybe feels like you do?
Like they're really tired.
Their labs are normal.
They, their hair's falling out.
They have tried several thingsand not really gotten anywhere.
They feel really puffy.
They feel inflamed.
Or I guess, what are you tellingyour friends since your husband

(23:19):
was like, you need to stoptalking to people about this.
What do you, what are youtelling people about minerals or
what would you like somebody tohear if they're curious about
this?
Yeah, so you talk a lot aboutminerals being the building
blocks to like everything.
And so I just spew that toanyone that will listen if
they're telling me they'rehaving concerns.
So if friends, even if they'renot really talking to me,

(23:42):
they're talking around me, Istill will do it.
You know, it's, it's thebuilding blocks to your hormone
production, the building blocksto, to all things.
And what's.
What do you have to lose?
If you are feeling these thingsand you're trying a lot of
things, why not try this, butget something that's custom for
you and get results based onlike what you're actually
experiencing and what's depletedin your body.

(24:03):
It was such an easy additioninto my day-to-day with such.
Huge results.
And the, I feel like knowledgeis power, but knowledge with
implementation is so much moreso.
It was like, I knew this aboutmyself.
I knew I was depleted in theseareas, but I had something to
implement to like really movethe needle of that, like my
knowledge of where I was.
So just telling people like it'spretty.

(24:26):
Easy to get started to know youranswers.
And then it's not like you haveto do the custom blend.
You could just choose to takeyour information and do some
diet modifications to see whatgoes on.
But, if you're having issueslike the stomach issues, that
was the biggest one for me.
This bout of.
Am I an, am I not going to beable to eat these things or will

(24:47):
I, will I not feel good?
Will I be able to go on vacationand feel okay?
Like all of those things, it'sjust your quality of life and
when you're in it, you don'trealize how much it affects your
life until you're not in itanymore and you're look back and
you're like, man, I cannotbelieve that I let that go on
for so long, or didn't realizethat there was something that I
could do to help.
And on that note, I guess, howlong did it really take you to

(25:10):
start seeing results?
Because I think oftentimes wethink like this is gonna take
forever.
You know, it's gonna take monthsfor me to start seeing results.
And obviously everybody'sjourney is different.
But for you, what did that looklike?
Yeah, so that's one thing Iguess I didn't mention before,
but I was struggling with a lotof acid reflux, just issues and.

(25:32):
Before pregnancy.
it was very odd.
So I would really restrict mydiet there.
And in pregnancy I was stillexperiencing that because, well,
pregnant.
Yeah.
But the second I gave birth, itwas like literally all gone.
And that was so, so lovely.
But then other things like myhair started growing back.
I think you, you came in for,Cleaning with your kids.

(25:53):
A couple of months after I hadstarted, I was still pregnant
and I remember telling you, Iwent into the lobby and I was
like, my hair is growing back solong.
Look at all these new babyhairs.
My husband had even noticed it,and boys don't notice a whole
lot of things.
So I was so excited about that.
And that was just a couple ofmonths with like actual
regrowth, but I just feltreally.

(26:13):
Really good.
During the last stages of mypregnancy, uh, my OB even joked
like, oh my gosh, you're gonnahave so many kids.
You're like, loving pregnancy.
Because I just felt reallyenergetic, really good.
I wasn't having a lot of thefluctuations in energy.
I did, I just felt really good.
And then it continued over topreg or to postpartum.
I feel like that was one thingthat I worried about, like maybe

(26:36):
I am just a really good pregnantperson and when I have this
baby, a lot of my problems aregonna come back.
And it didn't in a time when youwould really expect to be so
depleted.
I was obviously tired, I had anewborn, but energy to do
things,, didn't have big tummyissues.
The reflux was completely gone, which was so worth it for me and
my.

(26:56):
Skin had really cleared up awhole lot.
I was having a lot of issues upand down with just acne.
I'd been on birth control forquite a few years.
That had contributed to a lot ofthe concerns and even acne
medications, topical, but oralmedications that I've been able
to get off of.
And I think it, it definitelyhas played a, a, a huge
component in it.

(27:17):
So pretty quick results.
It's so amazing and it continuesto just amaze me with all the
clients we see, just how manythings minerals can help.
You know, you can like takehormones for this one thing or
you can take this medication forthis one thing, but when you
like comprehensively addressminerals, it really affects

(27:38):
every system of your body.
So anything we missed that youwanna share before we wrap up?
Other than I guess after I hadthe baby, I did have my OB run
another blood panel just to see, because things were in that,
like really low range, buttechnically with the neural
limits.
And I've seen completeresolution of all of the things
that were like kind of beingmonitored or on the edge of

(28:01):
within normal limits.
And I so I felt symptomresolution, but I'm also seeing.
Actual stats saying those thingsare resolving.
So if you are on the fence aboutit at all, I would absolutely
even just get on a call with'emand see how they can help you.
Um, because it's really changedmy life and I tell anyone and
everyone that is willing tolisten about it, um, to hope

(28:23):
that it can help change theirstoo.
I love it, and thank you so muchfor being our biggest advocate.
That's why I was like, I have tohave Caitlin on the podcast
because she's just a girl thatfound us through word of mouth
and now is shouting it from therooftops.
So I love it so much.
Yes.
So thank Well, thank you so muchfor having me.

(28:43):
Thank you so much for helping mewith all of these things.
You guys are the best.
