Magnetic Soul Healing: Move or Sit Still? In this episode, two concepts of movement for people are discussed. Movement is essential for all humans. When the body moves, the mind follows.
Though there are people in this world that are "too active" and escape through exercise.
For most people in today's modern world, movement is lacking. Most people today would benefit from more movement in their life. Many of us sit, sit in work, sit in our emotions, sit down most of the time.
I used to live a very sedentary life, from ages 12 till 31 I would just sit. Sit and eat. Sit and watch tv. Sit and think. I used to just sit most of my time. It wasn't until I found a passion for aerial dance and had a huge desire to be happy. I threw myself into dance, exercise and stretching. It was so painful at first, I felt horrible, lost and ridiculous. But I kept pushing through with amazing results.
Movement for those that are lost, miserable and sedentary is essential.
Sitting to reflect, meditate and read is essential for those that are lost, miserable and very active.
