SPEAKER_00 (00:02):
Have you considered your grief as an open door?
What if I told you that there'smore to it?
That there are benefits andreinforces from heaven that are
available to help you in thislife, and you've never heard
about it.
Are you curious?
Well, join Gordon Merrill as hedigs deeper into making heaven

(00:22):
real in this life.

SPEAKER_01 (00:32):
Welcome back to Making Heaven Real.
About the time Halloweenapproaches every year, there
seems to be a lot of discussionon the internet about the veil
getting thinner between us andthe other side.
Well, metaphysically, there areany number of things referred to

(00:52):
as triggers that can help thinthat veil.
Some are thought to occurnaturally between Mother Earth
and using specific energeticshifts in nature, like late
October, early May.
Others deal with more of apersonal spiritual readiness and

(01:13):
clarity.
Grief is widely believed to thinthe veil, creating a heightened
sacred space where the boundarybetween physical and spiritual
becomes somewhat permeable.
This thinning is particularlynoticed during times of intense

(01:37):
loss.
That last statement actuallycame from a church.
Remember back in episode 2549when we discussed the
physiological effects on thebody from intense grief

(01:57):
following a devastating loss.
One medium actually told me thatshe thinks that chemical process
just helps us to be still for awhile, which allows the spirit
to orient and collect theirspirit cognizance on the other
side.

(02:20):
Kind of makes sense.

(04:25):
But Jane's still here.
Even if A and B knew each otherin multiple lifetimes before,
this situation's different.
Because now for the first time, one of these spirits has to
figure out how to communicatewith and talk to Spirit B, who

(04:54):
is actually Jane on this humanexperience.
Doesn't mean that it's hard todo, it doesn't mean that it's
against their abilities.
Just means a new situation.

(05:16):
Like you finding yourself in anew office for the first time.
When we discussed thephysiological effects and how
that works against you on thebody, and how that may just be
nothing more than the time tolet you be still for a while

(05:37):
while the spirit is catching on.
Part of that also is to so thatwe're not in a big hurry to keep
pushing them for some kind ofcommunication, which kind of
hurts their process to gettingacclimated.
And I can tell you about thathere in a little bit.

(06:14):
Then little by little we findways to open that door.
Don't even try looking at it,looking it up for Google because

(06:37):
when you do, you're gonna findsomething that's completely
different than what Heaven callsthe griefgate.
Grief does not block spirit.
Grief changes the doorway.

(06:57):
Now part of this you've alreadyheard, but I think the way I'm
presenting it this time gives alittle bit more clarity to what
I'm talking about.
When my wife passed a littleover two years ago, nobody knew
why.

(07:18):
From the medical standpoint, thehospital, the doctor, everyone
that was in the room during theprocedure, nobody had any
understanding as to why shepassed.
The hospital still has it listedon her medical record as death
by unknown origin.

(07:42):
I even went and took on theextra expense of having a
private autopsy done to try andfind out what was going on
because the medical training inme as a former paramedic just
could not let it rest.
And the autopsy could not find areason either.

(08:06):
What transpired after that isseveral weeks of this human
experience for this spirit insome very intense emotions, some
intense concerns, and probablysome thing, thoughts, and

(08:31):
processes that may have been alittle dark as well.
I attempted to try and contacther through our medium friend
two weeks after she passed.
First thing out of the mouth ofthe medium was normally this is
60 to 90 days before we cancontact these people because

(08:54):
they're over there buildingtheir strengths.
There's the orientation we weretalking about.
But she said, Well, let me tryand connect, and I'll call you
back either way and let youknow.
Thirty seconds later, the phonerings and it's her.

(09:16):
And she is amazed at the powerwith which she's coming through.
Specifically because there wasan urgent need to communicate
two or three things on mybehalf.

(09:41):
Found out later that that wasn'tall within her ability.
She was too new to the office.
Yeah, may not have had the uhdirect um in her office
messaging application ready togo on on her behalf.

(10:04):
But as urgent as it was, and asneeded as that information was,
she pulled heavenly equity andpulled power from other
resources to help hercommunicate at that time.

(10:27):
Now, that communicationobviously was through a medium.
It wasn't directly to me,because neither she was ready
nor I.
I was still in thatphysiological state.
I was having some concerns andlots of questions, probably

(10:48):
mostly because of thatphysiological state.
But I wasn't ready.
I hadn't found the new doorwaythat grief opened up.
And she wasn't ready eitherbecause she wasn't acclimated to
the new office yet.

(11:12):
But because of the urgent need, heaven came together and made
that communication happen.
So when we're talking about howthe physiological kind of puts
us on hold for a little while,we've talked about how in our
grief toolkit not to overwhelmsomebody who's grieving, not to

(11:38):
talk to them a lot about whatthey should do or shouldn't do
or any of that, because quitehonestly, for the first couple
days they won't remember any ofit.
And that's where, like I said, the medium said the chemical
process just help us helps us tobe still for a while.

(12:00):
Gives us a chance to work on ourresponses.
Get over the numbness that wehave after that devastating
loss.
And get to the point where we'reactually understanding
communication again andprocessing cognitive skills

(12:24):
again.
And by that time, more thanlikely, spirit has been able to
work on the communication.
I think the thing that's kind ofinteresting about this is I I
read that every communicationnow between spirit and the

(12:50):
spirit who's here still on theearthly experience has its own
shape.
Sounds kind of interesting, butwhat it turns into is even
though the message still comesthrough, it kind of integrates
through presence, emotions, symbolism, and the message and

(13:14):
shape kind of come together toform the communication.
As grieving spirits and grievingpeople here on earth still in
our human experience, when weget to where we can understand
that, then it makes it easierfor us to not try and force

(13:39):
ourselves ahead or skip aheadand try and go all the way to
the end of the final messageright off the bat.
This allows us to understand thecommunication process and work
on it, be thankful for it, andallow the process to happen.

(14:03):
It's actually kind of likelearning a new language.
Griefgate changes the doorway tocommunication through
incorporating more than justwords, by integration
integrating the communicationwith symbolism, emotions, and

(14:27):
presence.
Let me say that one more time.
The grief gate changes thedoorway to communication through
incorporating more than justwords, by integrating those
words with symbolism, emotions,and presence.

(14:48):
Compare that to how youcommunicate with people now.
Text messages.
Phone in person.
For spirit communication, textmessages would be basically just
words that you hear.

(15:09):
The phone communication would bewhen you start feeling emotions
from them.
And the in-person communicationwould be similar to feeling
their presence, their feelingsand their emotions during the
communication.

(15:30):
Understanding a bit of theprocess that grief has on our
body.
How it changes the doorwaythrough which communications
with our spirits occur.
And how they work to refinetheir abilities to communicate
with us.
Helps us to learn the languageof spirit.

(15:55):
And that definitely makes heavenreal in your life.
