This is where Mama Earth Talk would like to bring you value by interviewing guests and to talk about their experiences. We will also provide you with tips that you can use for a more sustainable you.The podcast will launch with three episodes, and after the first three, I will be releasing an episode a day for the first week. I will then move into our planned schedule of two episodes a week. On Monday’s the episode will be an interview between our guest and me, talking about their field of expertise and the sustainability thereof. On Thursday’s we will have our bonus episode, Top Tip Thursday. Where I will be providing you with information on the latest sustainability trends, news or some advice that you can use in your daily life to live a more sustainable life. This podcast is all about creating a more sustainable community where we can grow and for that I would like to encourage you to ask questions, or if there is any topic that you would like to hear about, please let me know that we can strive for a better Mama Earth Talk for you.So let’s dig in.... We often think what we do does not matter. This week I got a few interesting questions from you crazy birds, and I decided to share one of them with you.   The question was “How do you not feel the weight of the world on your shoulders in regards to the planet? I have been struggling with this so much lately and feeling like what I am doing is not enough (even though I know logically that I am trying my best.) I just want to know how you deal with these issues without feeling anxious all the time or wanting just to give up.   For me, this is such a hard thing to answer as I would love to be able to do something that would save our environment from all the harm our species is causing her. It was at the beginning of my journey where I felt I had to do everything to be able to do something for the planet. I did feel tired, stressed and like I had the world on my shoulders. I knew that this would not be sustainable as I will burn out.    It was at this time that I came across a quote by Dr Jane Goodall that I would like to share with you.    “You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” Key Take Away “You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”   Reference in this episode Save the Amazon petition Below are some of the names that are used to hide palm oil in our ingredients.
