The location-based entertainment industry has a lot of employee turnover. Most staff members are high school and college kids working part time, who then move on to the "real world" after a couple years. This causes many business owners to to assume they have little (or no) impact on these kids. But this couldn't be further from the truth. The foundation you set for your employees will last for the rest of their working lives. And even with a fairly transient workforce, you can create a great culture with engaged employees.
