Speaker 1 (00:01):
From the WA and M Studio on the campus of
Florida A and M University. This is Mary Forum Radio,
a weekly conversation on the education and research of the
medical marijuana being conducted at VMU.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Welcome to the fam You Mary Podcast. I'm your host
Jody Stewart from iHeartRadio and joining me in the studio today.
I'm being real. You are one of my favorite people.
I love seeing you every time. It's the executive director
of famu's Mary Programmage GP Mandy.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Hi there, Hi, Judi's for a minute. Thank you for
having me again.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
I love having you in. Thanks for stopping. And I
know you have a really busy schedule.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Oh, thank you.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
So I think I think the last time we spoke
was in December. Yeah, all the holidays, right, yeah, So
now it's a brand new year.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Yes it is.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
And what's going on at Mary. What's the latest? What's happening?
Just give it?

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Just give me like a headline, because I have a
few questions I want to ask you.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Okay, Well, first things first, thanks for having me fanm
you Mary. Mary stands for Medical Marijuana Education and Research Initiatives.
It's a mandate by the Florida legislature to educate Floridians
about medical and on lawful use of marijuana. So basically,
the Florida Legislature, in their wisdom, so it fit to

(01:19):
have a program, an educational initiative to help Floridians make
informed decisions about the use of medical marijuana. They also
wanted two Floridians to have a better understanding of the
impact and negative consequences of the use of street marijuana,
street weed or unregulated marijuana. And so that's a mandate.

(01:43):
And so we've developed the mantra Educate, Learn, Talk, where
we educate Floridians, we learn with them, and then we
talk about it. Yes, and we create a safe space
for Floridians to talk about this. This issue has been
a taboo for for decades and decades, and so that's
our mandate. That's a job to educate, learn, and talk

(02:05):
with Floridians about medical and unlawful use of marijuana. So
what's going on. We are doing a lot with conversing
and transverse.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
You guys are everywhere.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Coursing the state, yeah where, everywhere, trying to get the
word out, get the word out.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
For people who don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
But I want to ask you, because this program has
been around for a long time. You're helping a lot
of Floridians, right, how many years are are you doing this?

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Yeah, so the legislature, this program has been around since
about the law has been passed, I think since twenty
twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen. The program started in Ennest I
think I'm twenty eighteen, twenty nineteen, So we've so we've
been around and from what we've seen, he has They
say correlation doesn't mean causation. However, when you look at public,

(02:53):
publicly available FDA data, there's there's quite a difference. Since
this program has been inception as a coral in the
trend of marijuana related convictions and marijuana related arrests. So
it's trending south, it's trending back down. Not oh, it's
trending down. And so we want to be able to

(03:14):
keep seeing that. And the more Floridians are educated about
the subject, the more we believe folks and their families
can make informed decisions about what's best for them.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Yeah, that seems like a tangible result to me.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
It is. We're pleased with to see that. Please to
see that, I mean, you would be hard pressed to
find a Floridian that doesn't you know, know about you know,
medical marijuana and so so we want folks to know
that it's it's it's an option available for them after
speaking with their physicians. Of course we call them qualified physicians. Now,

(03:51):
even if you're seeing your primary care man, you could
talk to them and say, hey, could you I've heard
some of my friends and some people I've seen it
on I've heard it on radio, seen it on TV
about medical marijuana could help for certain ailments that's been
approved by law. Who do I talk to and your
physician if you don't, you know, get an answer from

(04:13):
your physician, your primary care Yes, I mean just go
online and visit the mayor website. You know fam married,
the family that D D E ed U M M
E R I, the fam you F A M you
dot E EDU that's right, look us up and you
could from our website you could find a physician closest
to your zip code.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Yeah, there's a wealth of information on that website and
it gives you because I looked at it, and I
want to say, it gives you a step by step
instruction on how you would start to get your medical
marijuana license.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Medical marijuana card yes, yes, yes, card mendation of card. Yes.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
So I want to ask you this GP, because we
hear a lot about vaping marijuana, and I want to
ask you, is is it the same as uh smoking it?
I mean, I know vaping is smoking, but you know,
smoking a marijuana cigarette or taking a gummy? What's the
difference between vaping and not vaping? Is it worse?

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Is it?

Speaker 3 (05:16):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (05:18):
So, vaping the practice, the concept and practice of vaping
has been around for decades and what what's what's changed
is that through the years, what's been happening is that
the devices that people use, what we might call the

(05:38):
mode of delivery, has changed through the years. And so
when when when vaping first started decades ago, most of
what people were vaping, you know, had to do with nicotine. Yes,
and then as time went on, a lot of the
nicotine that people were taking, you know, became what we

(05:59):
might call synthetic. In other words, it's not it's lib
drown even the nicotine. It's interesting, it's live grown. So
something manufactured in you know, in a lab, not not
from tobacco, you know, from the tobacco plant. Okay, And
that the problem with with synthetic products, whether it's nicotine

(06:21):
or whether it's THC cannabis, it's highly addictive. So think
of nicotine as being as addictive as it is. Yes,
the synthetic version is even more addictive and even more
more dangerous. Let's let's put it that way now, anything, yes,

(06:41):
not everything that's natural is good for you, but almost
everything that's synthetic is bad for you. And so think
about it that way. Okay, not all things natural, right
are good for you. Just because it's natural, doesn't mean it's.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
The best for you, right, like tobacco exactly.

Speaker 1 (06:59):
But all almost everything synthetic. Because now you talk about
you're introducing chemicals into your body that your body's going
to react to it. Your brain is going to say,
what is this? Sometimes a brain said, you know, is
able to tell that there's a difference, and sometimes it's
so addictive that the brain says, okay, all right, I

(07:22):
think I might be able to work with this, and
then tries to adapt. But by the time you know it,
you can't stop or the person can't stop using it.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
Wow, that's some scary stuff right there.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
It is scary because think about it this way. Our brains.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Huh.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
So about three or four years ago, we were the
research that was available told us that the brain is
still developing up until the age of twenty eight. Okay.
Just last year, available research is telling us, hey, wait
a minute, it's not twenty yet anymore. Is thirty five?

Speaker 3 (08:01):
Thirty five?

Speaker 1 (08:02):
Yes, up until the age of thirty five. We're finding
out that our brains are still developing. Okay, So that's
the one part of the human body. Think about it
from the fetus. One of the things that we tell
people pregnant women, be careful what kinds of substances you

(08:23):
put in your body. Brain development starts almost immediately like
that it's one or so and it's still developing. So
if our brains are is this fascinating machine that coordinates
almost every aspect of our bodies and registers what kind
of sensations and pain that we're going through. If it's

(08:46):
still developing up until the age of thirty five, and
substances impact is development, then I think common sense will
dictate that we should be careful what we ingest and
what we put in our bodies that impact that could
impact brain development.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
So so cannabis is natural.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Cannabis is natural. Yes, cannabis is natural. Marijuana is natural.
Medical marijuana is made from natural you know. And so
what because it's natural, it works with our endocannabinoid system.
So those are endocannabintive endocannabinoid system are the receptors in

(09:30):
our bodies. You know. That helps with the regulating of
a lot of functions that that happen in our bodies.
So and so cannabis works naturally with with those end
of connabin endocannabinoid systems. The same thing with opioids. Opioids
attached to those endocannabinoid systems and trick them. But natural

(09:54):
endocannabinoids from cannabis, you know, don't have to trick our
endocannabinoids system. It works in synergy with it. That makes sense.
And so the difference between that natural cannabis and the
opios we are also synthetics, is that when it tricks
our endocannabono system and attaches to it, we become addictive

(10:17):
to those substances and it damages, you know, a lot
of what should should be going on in our bodies.
So think of it that you're numbing, gradually numbing, you know,
or clear example that people could relate to think of
it that at the height of the sun maybe at
noon or one eight one pm, and you're looking straight

(10:37):
into the sun and you do that steadily at some point,
or looking straight into a laser that could damage your
eyes over time. What opioates do because of the synthetic
you know, chemical combinations of it, is that it rewires
the brain. It makes people do things that you say

(11:00):
that doesn't make sense. Yes, it does not make sense
because the brain is being rewired. And so for the
brains of people that you know that have some kind
of one addiction or the other. When when the brains
of those people are studied, you find out that it's
been rewired completely, and you say, wow, can believe that

(11:21):
drugs can do this? And so so basically your your
your body and your brain is being hijacked by this substance.
And so you see people do things that don't doesn't
make sense. And yes, it's true. Your ability to make
informed decisions is taken away from you. That's the that's
the that's a problem with substances, whether they're natural or not.

(11:43):
When when when when we get impaired or things that
have the ability to rewire our brains and our neurology
and and take away our ability to make informed decisions.
I think that thing controls you now, or controls the person,
and so we have to be careful we do substances.
So when you talk about a pregnant woman and this

(12:07):
is a conversation, people can visit our website and also
see you know, Marry to find you to eat to
you and look at pregnant women and the utilization of
cannabis whether it's medical or not. Okay, that's something good
to know, whether it's medical or not. Whether you're an
athlete or whatever, you are a student, whoever you are
a professional. There's a lot of plethora of resources. It's

(12:31):
a ton of resources that applies to you. And you
could go there and listen and hear.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
And and and learn and participate. And I want to
do and I want to say, it's free. A lot
of those videos, everything on that website.

Speaker 1 (12:42):
Everything is free. The entire program is free for Floridians.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Yeah, it's wonderful.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
It is free for Florudians. And that's how the legislature
wanted it to be. It is free, so it is
had no cost to you. And I could even add
if you need us to come talk to your group,
civic group, or the church group in school, you need
us to come and talk to your students, will be there.
You guys, do that at no cost to you. So

(13:10):
it's free for all Floridians. And so that's the beautiful
thing that the legislature has done to help Floridians make
informed decisions. So think about it. Medical marijuana is medicine. Yes,
it's medicine for Floridians that need it. And that's how
the program and the law has been framed and designed.

(13:31):
So Floridians going through various illments, it's already a problem
going through whatever illness or difficult situation you're in, and
so this is help for that condition, whether it's HIV,
whether it's cancer, whether it's als, whether it's some anxiety.
And we're seeing a lot of anxiety. You'd be hard

(13:51):
pressed to.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Find someone who doesn't have anxiety.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
Anxiety or another you know, life, life, life, myself gives
you anxiety and so so so you think about it.
You've got a family, you've got a job, you've got
just like being like, life is sure and we're coping
through it. And so we we we want it's important

(14:18):
for each of us to learn, you know, you know,
healthy ways of coping m because they're healthy, healthy ways
of to cope, and they're unhealthy ways of coping. And
the unhealthy part, it's a lot of times the easy
part for people to take, you know, they take to alcohol,
they take to the use of substances, they take to

(14:39):
the use of you know, street marijuana that they don't
know what's in it.

Speaker 3 (14:42):
You don't know what's in it.

Speaker 1 (14:43):
I don't know what and it's not safe.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
And I wouldn't you know, I would say to anyone,
I would never take that chance.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
How could you?

Speaker 1 (14:51):
No? Do not not not in the states as such
as ours, where legally you could you can medically medical
medical and it's medicine for you you if you need it,
you know, And and and the other beautiful thing that
a lot of people don't think about even because it's medicine,
you're not taxed for it. Oh, yes, you're not taxed

(15:11):
that go buy it. There's no tax for it because
it's medicine. Interesting, Yes, it's very interesting. And so we
live in a state that you know, want people to know,
we're leaving a blessed blessed ate. We are blessed. Despite
all the struggles and the problems and life lifing and
all the things we're going through, we are blessed. We

(15:33):
are blessed. We're leaving a blessed it and we leave
in a blessed nation. And so we have a lot
of resources that we could take advantage of. And a
lot of times it's it's hard to think about solutions
to problems or even listen when someone is presenting options
because we knee deep in the problems and we feel
like there is nothing that would work. But a lot

(15:56):
of times I think we could just just just just
just listen, you know, talk to someone sure, you know,
like we said, visit our website, find the resources that
are available to you, reach out to us. You know,
we were talking about vaping earlier. A lot of parents
don't even know their kids are vaping, like we're talking.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
To bet because it's very because it's very different. Like
I think some of the scent and aroma is not
as strong, right.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
Yes, a lot of them are flavored to entice kids
to people. And so you find out that I think,
you know, about one point six million kids around the
nation in twenty twenty four. I've meet it that they
were vaping, and we talk about kids that were vaping,
you know, almost every day for about at least twenty

(16:47):
days in a month. And the vape comes in various forms,
so they hide it. It could be a pen. Your
kid could be riding with a pen and you yeah,
depend no, it's a vap pen. Or they could you know,
they could wear a hoodie and it's buried in there.
So there are different ways that is disguised. And like
I said, a lot of those substances in those vapes

(17:10):
are synthetic and they're highly concentrated. So you might hear
someone say, well, I've been smoking weed since the seventies
and whatnot. And we want folks to understand the weed
you smoked in the seventies or not the same. It
is not the same. So think of the weed you
had back then as having maybe one or two percent TC.

Speaker 3 (17:32):
Yes, today's weed a lot different. I didn't want to
cut you off today.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Knew you were going to say that because it is
not our grandma's weed.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
No, it is not. A lot of the synthetic substances
in those vapes is up to eighty percent high in TC. Eighty,
so you can imagine and the TC is what gives
the heart right euphoria, and so you can imagine what
it's doing into the brain of this young There is

(18:03):
no study, and I can tell you we read and
reviewed a lot of studies, whether it's medical marijuana or
on law for marijuana, street weed. It does not matter
what kind of marijuana. There is no benefit that we
saw to the fetus, to the developing brain. And so

(18:28):
before a young a minor uses marijuana by Florida law,
by Florida law, and this is Florida law'm talking about.
I'm going to talk about what the studies are joining.
By Florida law. If a doctor determines that a minor
in Florida needs medical marijuana, either for epilepticus, caesars, or

(18:51):
for some other ailment, maybe they're going through cancer, God
forbid kids going through can Florida law does not allow
for just one physician to make that call. Oh, there's
got to be another peer. Okay that has to concur Yes,
I see what you see, and I agree. It's meant

(19:13):
as a safety mechanism to protect kids, protect miners. So
if a parent decides, oh, I'm using weed, and it's
good for me, and I want to give it to
my kid. You can't just do that. You can't do
it if your child needs it, the doctor qualified physician
in Florida that is certified by the Florida Department of

(19:34):
Health Office of Medical min want to use. Yes, we've
got all of them across the state. You could use
your zip code to find them by visiting a website.
If a child under eighteen a minor needs it, two
doctors have to concur yes and agree. For adults, yeah, no,
no problem, right, one physician can do it. Sure, So

(19:54):
it was designed that way to protect kids. Now, going
back to what the research is shown, even from the feeders,
THC damages the brain development. It is very harmful to
the brain. And when when when when when when the
mother and not just for the mother alone, even for

(20:16):
the father that a guy that utilized the substance before
the mom became saved conceived. It has the ability to
pass through the sperm into into the mother, so and
and then and then and there's also a history of
cadiovascular problems, art problems, you know, of course, forgetfulness and

(20:38):
brain problems. So basically as hard as life is we're
making hard life even harder for a child, even before
they are born. To that child, even before they come
into this world and joined the struggle like all of us,
we we've already set them behind because of the choices
that their mom or dad had made that had nothing

(21:03):
to do with that kid, and so and so and
so a lot of those kids. And then we find
out that these kids grow up and they have a
hard time concentrating learning in school, and we call them
all sorts of names. It wasn't the kid's fault, wasn't
and so in those instances, Now it becomes a societal

(21:25):
problem because when the kid is in a class, you know,
the teacher is bound by duty to make sure you
carry that kid along, and so and so if the
teacher is not doing their job right and carrying that
kid along, the child falls behind. And now if the child,
if the teacher also decides, okay, you know, little carry

(21:46):
this kid along, I have to hold back the entire class,
then everyone else suffers because of that one. You know,
and tell me no effects. Basically, I'm saying all that
for your listeners to think about the societal impact the
choices you make, the choices I make compounds and impacts

(22:10):
other people other than me, other people other than you.
Decisions are not made in a vacuum. You know, Choices
are not made in a vacuum. Whatever we do or
don't do, the choices we make or don't make has
ripple effects. And so the same thing when it comes
to the use or misuse of marijuana, medical or unlawful.

(22:39):
It is important for Floridians to know that we have
to learn to make better decisions. And in this instance,
I would bring in something simple. I'm a Rotary Schollerrody
about Ambassadoral's caller in the Rotary International Foundation, the Rotary Club.
There's something called the four Way test. What is that?

(23:01):
The Forward test has been basically four things questions that
you know guides decision making and you know, for people,
whether as professionals or in everyday life, simple things you
ask yourself and it helps facilitate conversations between people, between
societies and you know, and one of them is is

(23:23):
it the truth? Basically it says, of the things we say,
think and do right, Number one, is it the truth?
Number two? Is it fair to all concerned? Number three?
Will it bring goodwill and better friendships? Like that, and

(23:46):
number four will it be beneficial to all? So think
about the first one when you're talking about marijuana, the
colonna and you're and you're you're thinking about which one
to use, and you're telling yourself why you're using it.

(24:07):
Because there's a reason people want to use substances, like
we talked about, They're trying to.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
Cope, deal with anxiety, deal.

Speaker 1 (24:16):
With things, different things. It's no different than eating. Some
people eat truth because they're hungry, so eat just to live,
and some for self sustenance, and others just eat to
mask different things, problems, And so the same thing with
the use of substances, why are we using? You know?

(24:37):
And and then ask yourself what I just told myself
as the reason for why I'm using? Is it the truth?
We have to be honest with ourselves first to make
a headway. And if there's one thing as humans that
we've been very good at through the years, is we
lie to ourselves. We do. We lie to ourselves. We do,

(25:00):
we do, and and we end up getting hurt from it.
When we cannot even tell ourselves the truth, it's hard
to make informed decisions from there.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
Sure, or how do you tell the truth to others.
If you can't be true, honest and truthful with yourself.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
We have to exactly And so is it the truth
talking to my son, I'm talking to my daughter, or
you're talking to for people in your life, gets in
your life about the use of substances, you know, and
you could ask them what you're telling me about you're
not using is it the truth? And we could talk

(25:36):
about is it beneficial or is it fair? Number two?
Is it fair? Is it fair to you or to
your body or to your family that you're using this
substance illegally? Because think about the implications of using it illegally.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
Not good at all, because it's still illegal and the
consequences it's expensive, be a race, arrested, yes, expense and
damage really the rest of your life. That is very true,
just for something as simple as marijuana. And that's why

(26:16):
we're encouraging people who are either thinking about using it
medically or they need it medically, they have anxiety something
They can see a doctor.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
And use it legally, and use it legally and use
it legally.

Speaker 2 (26:33):
So why wouldn't you, is Mike, you know, is what
I want to say.

Speaker 1 (26:37):
That that is so true? Why wouldn't you, you know,
take advantage of it. The law allows for you to
do that and do it legally.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
Plus the doctor can prescribe the correct amount that an
individual should have.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
That is very correct, right, very correct. And what doctors
do is that they tell you start low and go
slow mm hmm until because your body our bodies are different.
Like we talked about earlier, the way your body metabolizes it,
it's not the same way as my body would metabolize
it because of the endocannabinoid system. The way our bodies

(27:13):
react to it is different.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
Well, and like you said, marijuana is medicine, and it's
like any other medicine that could be prescribed to us
for cholesterol or heart issues or anything else where we
all respond differently to the same medication, and we all
maybe prescribed different strengths, different frequency, et cetera.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
That is very true. And so when we think about it,
is it a truth? Is it feder all concerned? Then
you know, and then you think about will it be beneficial?
Will we bring goodwill and better friendships, especially in a family.
The things we do that alienates us from ourselves and
our families. Will we bring good will and better friendships.

(27:58):
So we think about how do we live our lives
and the choices we make, you know, to to make
sure that we're not just selfish and looking out for us,
we're also looking at for the people who love and
care about us, who will be heard by the choices
and decisions we make. So in saying all that, it's

(28:18):
important that we talk to each other, it is important
that we learn to listen to understand each other. It's
also important that we that we learn and educate ourselves
in order to be able to educate the people around us.
Know the truth. Don't listen to what what what I'm
talking head is saying on the internet that is not

(28:40):
based on fact, you know, So listen, learn, educate yourself,
learn the facts.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
And and then that's why I love the Merry website
because you know, I'm going to repeat it again because
there's just a wealth of information there any questions. If
you need somebody to talk to, you could find out
everything you need to know about the medical marijuana process
and if it's right for you correct right, fam you

(29:08):
DoD E, do you.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
Married or family? Don't e to you? Yeah, And we
have a like you indicated, we have a lot of
resources reach out to us. We're constantly developing resources as
we talk with Floridians all across the state. We're finding
out what Floridians need and we're meeting those We're filling
those gaps and helping Floridians with what's needed. So we're

(29:30):
not just developing content just for the sake of it.
We're getting feedback. Like we said, educate, learn to talk.
We educate and we learn together with you, and then
we talk what's important to you, what would you what
more would you like to know, What would you like
to learn? What would you like for us to put
out there for you to help you?

Speaker 3 (29:51):
So these are real cannabis conversations.

Speaker 1 (29:53):
These are right conversation. These are real conversation. It doesn't
matter who you are. Are you a parent, are you
a school administry, are you a professional? It doesn't matter
what life is going on for you or what's happening
around you. We have resources to help you when it
comes to the utilization, responsible utilization of medical marijuana, and

(30:15):
of course what happens when you use it irresponsibly, and
we ask please do your best to use it responsibly
and do not use this use it irresponsibly.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
Yeah, because the risks, I want to say outweigh the
benefits if it comes to recreational that is not legal
in the state, and I don't believe it's going to
be anytime soon for anyone who is hoping that maybe
they could go that route.

Speaker 3 (30:45):
You know, That's what I want to say.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
I mean, do the right thing, and you know, go
see a doctor, a medical marijuana doctor who could let
you know if it's right for you and give you
the card you need to do it the legal way.

Speaker 1 (31:00):
That is what we encourage folks to do. Reach out
to us, talk to us and like, like we said,
we were developing resources every day. There's more resources coming
down the pike.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
Anything you could tease us, can you give us a
little teas before we go.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
I can tell you that a lot of Floridians, you know,
utilizing Marijuan medical marijuana is medicine. You know, we want
to make sure that folks are using it responsibly and
they're safe. And so almost every American and a lot
of Floridians are on multiple medications, yes, not just the
medical marijuana, and those medications interact with each other, and

(31:37):
so we're developing you know, you know, resources to help
Floridians check them prescriptions from other doctors and see how
does this interact with my medical marijuana.

Speaker 3 (31:48):
That is brilliant, yes.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
And so we're going to have that for Floridians. It
will help each person.

Speaker 3 (31:55):
I love that.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
Des Like you said, most people are on some kind
of medication and multiple medications, so that.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
Not want those. We want you to be clear eyed
and making form decisions like that. I've got so I'm
on blood O potentsion medication, I'm on some other medication
for HIV or some other medication. Whatever medications you're on,
you know, how does that interact with your medical marijuana.
We want to be able to provide you those resources

(32:25):
at your finger to yeah, and also provide professionals that
can help, you know, talk with you. You know. So
visit our website, find out when we're going to be
in your community, and if I want us, you know,
if you want to invite us, yep, we we can
show up and educate your community.

Speaker 2 (32:41):
Yeah, folks, And I encourage anyone to do this because
it is free. It is free to have them come
out and educate your group, and it just makes sense
to do it. So if you're thinking of it, just
just visit Mary. That's m M E R I at
am you dot E do. You'll get all the information
on how to make that request. What else anything you

(33:04):
need to leave us with today, GP, Hey.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
Take care of each other, take care of yourself and
be the best you you can be.

Speaker 3 (33:12):
I love that. Enjoy the rest of your day and
we'll talksin.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
Thank you, Jenny.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
