Thanksgiving time is a very reflective month for me. November causes me to look back at where I have been in my life, and how much love, light and appreciation for life I have. It was Thanksgiving the first time I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I went into a funk.

Join me and my colleague Perita Adams as we share some thoughts on combatting SAD and HAD.
