(03:23):
Good morning y'all, happyThursday.
We're at the end of May.
What we're at the end of May,so good morning y'all.
I'm so grateful and happy andexcited to be here again another
Thursday.
Come out of the wilderness, shout out to all my friends and
fam who actually pop in andwatch me on the lives, and also
(03:43):
to the folks that watch us onthe replay, whether it's on
Facebook or LinkedIn or YouTube, parade Deck TV or any of the
places and spaces where you getyour audio versions of your
podcast.
So I'm so happy, y'all, that weare finishing this month
because it's been a doozy.
(04:04):
Happy y'all that we arefinishing this month because
it's been a doozy.
And so what we're going to dotoday, our theme for this year,
if you're not aware, is ourtheme is discipline.
So that last intro that you sawthat talked about discipline.
That is the purpose and theintention is that when we
started out, the beginning ofthis year, we had some areas in
our lives, so you might've haddifferent areas in your life
(04:26):
that you wanted to apply morediscipline, and this year really
, truly has been about seedingthe ground right and applying
discipline in all of these areas.
So the different areas of, forme, I have.
I've been seeking the Lorddiscipline in my personal life
when it comes to likerelationships, rebuilding
relationships.
You know having discipline inmy spiritual life, you know just
(04:50):
being more intentional aboutworship and you know even things
like coming on and praying andteaching y'all I'm on four times
a week, you know teaching orleading prayer, doing something
to that form, and just beinghaving a of discipline so that I
can some able to do that.
And then also discipline in ourhealth, discipline in our
finances and then discipline inour career, and you know career
(05:13):
also means discipline If you're.
You know, maybe you are theemployer and you got one
employee, maybe you're the onlyemployee, maybe you have an
intention, you want to be theemployer or you work for
somebody else.
So we're applying discipline inall of these areas and every
single month the teachings havebeen kind of aligned to that.
And this month of May, you know, we really wanted to encourage
(05:36):
you all to just keep going right.
So that's what we're going todo today.
Today, week five.
The title, as you can see it,says the story isn't over.
We're going to pull from ascripture and I like to use
scriptures.
Good morning, dr Tracy.
I like to use scriptures thatwe use, like, on the regular.
Some of these scriptures arethings that we are not.
(05:58):
Things are words or scripturesthat we say all the time, but I
want us to apply it, y'all.
I don't want us to beChristians who can recite a
Bible story and a Bible versebut you can't live it.
I want to see your fruit.
Don't tell me how smart you are.
Okay, I want to see fruit inyour life.
(06:18):
Okay, I want to see the harvest.
Right, don't you want to seeharvest?
So I'm going to pull this up.
This is Philippians 1, verse 6.
And it says and I'm sure ofthis, like I'm telling you right
now, I'm absolutely sure ofthis that he who began a good
work in you will bring it tocompletion at the day of Jesus
Christ.
So the question is, who startedthat good work in you?
(06:46):
Was it you or was it God?
Right, and I think that's wherea lot of us kind of fall off.
We create these amazing ideas, but we don't take the time to go
back and say, lord, is thisyour perfect will for my life,
is this what you want me to do?
And as he starts to do that, hewill challenge you.
It's not that it doesn't meanthat the road isn't going to be
easy, but he will.
The Lord will shape you so thatyou can walk into your full
purpose.
Right, he's got to prepare you.
(07:06):
It's not like if you think ofthis as, say, you're a manager
on the job, right, and you startasking the manager, I want to
be promoted and the manager'slike, okay, but in order for you
to be promoted, you're going tohave to do these things To get
to that next level.
You got to go through thesethings and so you kind of go
through a process.
So, beginning a good work, itsays begin a good work.
(07:27):
But it's really up to us tofinish out the work.
And I also want to just take aminute to just encourage us that
the story isn't over.
If you feel like you know, I'vehad this dream, or I have this
dream for this great career, Ihave this dream for this great
business and things aren'tworking out the way that I
thought they would by now.
I had this great conversationwith one of my mentees yesterday
(07:49):
and I won't say her namebecause I'm not doing that, but
she's in her very early 20s andshe was already saying that she
was having the sense that shewas missing the boat a little
bit, but had so much zest forlife and her future and what she
wants to do.
So I asked her because we'recorporate girlies, what do you
(08:10):
want to do?
And she shared that she wantsto be a manager.
So my next question was why?
Why do you want to be a managerand what do you think that
actually means?
And do you want to be a manageror do you want to be a leader?
Because they're not the same.
They're not the same things.
So the seed was in her.
She started to share her lovefor supporting and helping
people and how she wants to helpthe business and all the things
(08:33):
.
Right, the seed was already inher.
The Lord had already put.
She had the desire, she, shewas.
You know, she was built, if youwill, to have empathy for the
folks she worked with and shetalked about how, in other
situations and otheropportunities where she was the
person who was solving theproblems and pulling the team
together and all the things.
So the seed was already planted.
(08:54):
The Lord had already startedthe good work in her, but it's
really up to her to bring it to.
She got to do the work so thatshe can bring it to completion.
It's not that the Lord givesyou a desire and, like magic, it
all happens.
But I also had to encourage herthat your story isn't over just
because you're not seeing itharvested right now, and some of
(09:14):
the things that I'm I'm inharvest season and some of the
things that I'm harvesting inthis year 2025, are from seeds
that were planted in 2021, y'allRight.
So, even to that point, I wantto give a quick shout out to our
3PS Three Praying Sisters.
We're celebrating ananniversary because 3PS the
Three Praying Sisters waslaunched, and so Dr Tracy was
(09:37):
celebrating that.
It's been over a year and y'all, they've helped hundreds of
callers on this phone line,right.
So that was a seed that wasplanted years, years back, and
here they are.
And when I say years back, theLord had a seed in their very
hearts, before they got to threepraying sisters, right, that he
had this.
They had the desire to help andto reach out, and so the Lord
(09:57):
had been working them, workingon them for years to get them
ready for this assignment, andthey're reaping the awards,
rewards and awards from that, and the Lord's blessing them in
other areas of their lives, right, blessing in their health
and blessing in their mindset, blessing in their finances,
blessing in, you know, inconnections, and encourage all
the things that they need sothat they can bring all of these
(10:20):
good things to completion.
So the story isn't over for you.
So I want to share something, just three things that I just
want to, again, as we areclosing out the month of May,
but we are moving into the monthof June, and if you watched my
teaching or a prayer on Tuesday,I talked about moving into our
greater next right.
So if you missed that, go on,go on back to YouTube, you'll
(10:43):
see it there.
Tuesday night, we talked aboutmoving to our greater next and
our greater next happening inJune.
We want to move into the nextstep, the next phase.
We don't want to be instandstill of where we are, and
if you're watching on LinkedIn,this also means you on the job
right, your mindset and all thethings.
So here's a couple of things Iwant to share with you from a
(11:05):
very relatable position, right, because we are doing life
together.
As I keep saying, we're doinglife together, okay.
So my question will be to y'allwhat did you accomplish this
month of May.
I want you to really thinkabout what did you actually
accomplish in this month of May,and this is why I've been
saying you know I shared thisthat you know, take the time to
(11:25):
journal out some things.
I've gone back to journaling alittle bit, but what did you
actually accomplish?
And if you look at it by inevery area of your life your
finance were you able to savemore?
Were you a little bit moreconservative with your funds?
If you blew it and you know, okay, that's that you know, all
right, we blew it and we go, wego make it up next year, next
(11:46):
month, I mean or maybe it's your, it's your health.
You change your health habits.
Maybe it's on the job you knowgreat project.
Maybe you're in the job searchmarket and you did what I said
y'all should do If you'relooking for a job, your LinkedIn
profile should be more activeand professionally done than
your Facebook.
You need to be more on LinkedInand less on Facebook if you're
(12:07):
in the job market.
Right, talked about this, right.
But what did you actuallyaccomplish in this month of May?
So what we're doing is we'regoing to use some of these very,
very simple tactics to get usready for June and also also, to
you know, sometimes encourageyou to see what you actually
accomplished.
Sometimes we miss the boat.
There's so much going on thatwe miss all of these great wins
(12:28):
that we had, and I want us totake that into the next month.
So the first thing is what didyou accomplish?
The second thing I want tothink about is where are you
actually finding success?
And that's what we're going tofocus on.
Where are you finding success?
What is you know, a lot oftimes like we miss our gifts and
(12:48):
talents because it comes veryeasy to us.
Other people can see it, but wecan't see it right.
The Lord began a good work andyou gave me these amazing gifts
and talent and we can't see it.
We take it for granted a lotbecause it's just kind of like,
well, it's not a big deal, it'san amazing deal.
So the question is where are youactually finding success?
That's what we're going tofocus on in the month of June.
(13:10):
We're going to focus on wherewe're finding success.
So if you're not findingsuccess in something, you feel
like you've been beating thisdoor down, you know, and the
door is not open.
There's a reason the door isnot open.
It just might be the timing.
It's not the right timing foryou on this thing, right, but
where are you finding success?
And that's where we're going topour our energy in.
(13:31):
Okay, so where are you findingsuccess?
This means you got to askyourself these questions.
First question is what did youaccomplish this month?
And then the next question iswhere are you finding success
this month?
And then the next question iswhere are you finding success?
Like I said, I'm taking theLord's word that we always say
right, we always repeat hiswords, right, but we're going to
make it relatable and practicalso we can see some changes.
(13:51):
Again.
Your story isn't over, allright Now.
The third thing is that I wantus to focus on our outcome.
You know that.
Saying keep your eyes on theprize, I want you to focus on
your outcome.
What is that saying?
What is it?
Keep your eyes on the prize, Iwant you to focus on your
outcome.
What is it?
What is your outcome?
What do you want to accomplish?
I want you to stay focused onthat outcome.
That means that you don't havetime for distractions, and I
(14:15):
mean all of it.
I mean, if your outcome is toraise up a new business, then
your focus is on everything youneed to do to build that
business up.
You know you market it.
You know you you put, youinvest your time and talent into
it.
You know you talk about it.
You find new clients.
But your distraction you're notgoing to get distracted by
(14:38):
somebody in your family orsomebody you know saying you
know this isn't going to workout because nobody can do, we're
not going to have time for that.
Okay, that is a distraction.
So I want you to focus on theoutcome and keep your eyes on
the prize in the month of June.
We have to stay focused on whatwe're doing.
It also means that we're goingto have to shift where we're
spending our time.
So our mindset is going to bereally important, right?
(15:01):
What we're thinking about, whatwe're watching, what we're
teaching, reading, all thethings.
We're going to shift that inthe month of June.
So I'm giving us the layup forthe month of June because I want
you to be encouraged andreminded that the good work in
us, but we actually have to dosomething.
It's not, like I said, thisisn't magic, right?
(15:24):
This isn't.
You know, when people talkabout how they manifest things,
what happens is they'veconvinced their minds, they have
tuned their minds into whatthey want, and they focus on
that thing and they visualizewhere they want to go, and then
things start to flow in that wayA lot of times.
Now I will Jessica a lot oftimes that when people are I'm
(15:47):
using quote manifest, becausemanifest didn't come from the
world, it came from the Lordokay, so when people start to
say that they're manifestingthese things, is that they have
committed, they have focused ontheir outcome, on where they
want to go, and then they startto walk in the line, they start
to follow through with thesethings.
They put some actions behind it.
The difference with us, though,is that when we are saying,
(16:11):
lord, these are desires of myheart, that we're asking God for
his strength and we're notmanipulating things to make it
happen for us.
So the first question is whatdid you accomplish this month?
And I'm going to drop these inthe chat after we're done, if I
can on stream what did youaccomplish this month?
The second question is whereare you finding success?
(16:33):
Because that's what we're goingto work on, we're going to lean
into.
Where are you finding success?
Forget the stuff that's busted.
Where are you finding success?
That's where the Lord isshowing up.
And then the third thing isfocusing on the outcome.
What is the outcome?
What is the eyes on the prize?
Right?
That's what we're doing for themonth of June.
So, again, the story isn't over.
(16:54):
We just have to shift.
We're going to thank God forall of the lessons and we're
going to thank him for theclosed doors, because some of
those closed doors, again, arenever meant to be ours.
So you're wearing yourself out, doing things that were never
meant for you.
Right, and I want you to beencouraged right, this is still
a good season in your life.
There's still victory to be had.
(17:16):
God is still good.
He's still working all thingstogether for your good.
It's hard to believe that whenyou fall into I'm saying this
for me, y'all, because I had todo a better job of this shutting
down social media a little bit, because there is everything and
everything on social media, youknow what I mean.
Right, you'll end up falling tothis tunnel of just really
(17:37):
negative things, not realizingthat there are so many good
things that's happening in yourfamily and people around you,
all these folks around us, kidsthat are graduating.
I'm so, I mean, I'm so like,I'm beyond moon, like friends of
friends, and listen, if you'reunder the sound of my voice and
you had a teenager graduate thisyear, I feel like I'm the
auntie and we graduatingtogether, right?
(17:59):
There's so many amazing things.
There's still people who arethank the Lord.
They're finding newopportunities, finding new jobs,
they're stepping into differentseasons of their lives, and so
I want all of us to be convincedof what it says.
And I am sure of this, you gotto be convinced that what the
Lord started in you, he willbring it to completion, right.
(18:20):
So all these things.
So again, first question you gotto ask yourself what did you
accomplish this month?
Second is where are you findingsuccess?
And the third part is we'regoing to focus on our outcome.
We're going to keep our eyes onthe prize.
So, lord, we thank you for allof these things.
I thank you for just remindingus that you are God of all, that
you're such a good father toall of us, and I thank you for
(18:41):
blessing and encouraging ustoday, lord, god, that we might
be closing out the month of Mayin one way, but we're going to
shift into a new and betterseason in the next month of June
, and so thank you for preparingus for what's coming, for
speaking to our hearts and justencouraging us and reminding us
that you got this.
We love you, lord, and we blessyour name.
I thank you, lord, that you'regoing to release all the
(19:02):
resources and tools and all thehelp that we all need so that we
can shift into this new seasonand that we'll have fullness of
joy.
We are filled with joy, we'reexcited about our future.
We have no fear or no worry orno doubt, because we know that
what you started in us you willfinish.
So revive, lord, god, thedreams and the desires that they
(19:23):
have those who have beenseeking you and waiting for
answers.
And, lord, I thank you forcontinuing to bless us and
showing up in such amazing ways.
Thank you, lord, for blessingus.
Thank you for the three prayingsisters, lord, for one year
committing, and for the hundredsof callers that they've helped.
Lord, god, thank you.
I pray that you'll bless themin all and everything, and I
(19:43):
just love you, lord.
Amen, all right, isn't thatawesome y'all?
So, all right, I'm going todrop the.
Like I said, I'm going to tryto drop the three questions in
the chat here after we shut thelive down.
If you don't mind, please likethe video.
We're still on the.
You know we're still on thestreets, y'all.
So please like the video soother people can get to see it.
Share it if there's a friend orfamily who could use some
(20:05):
encouragement on this fineThursday of May 29th.

, but we're going to walk intosome accountability this month.
Really quickly.
I did share that.

to come off of the ticker talk, streets and all the things
