Tim Stern’s CryptoCity is an ambitious urban development project located on Isla de Margarita, a Caribbean island off the coast of Venezuela. Spearheaded by Stern, a German entrepreneur and self-described "crypto-millionaire," the initiative aims to create what he calls the "world’s first crypto city," designed specifically for entrepreneurial expatriates, particularly from Europe. The project blends blockchain technology, decentralized governance, and a vision of economic freedom, set against the backdrop of a tropical paradise near the surfing haven of El Yaque.
