She received her bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, and dietetics, with a minor in combined sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University. She also holds a master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences with a specialty in integrative nutrition from Stephen F. Austin State University. Lauren specializes in integrative nutrition, specifically related to hormones, metabolism, digestion, and wellness.
Romana Brennan, MS, RD, is board-certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She received her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology, with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley. She holds a master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California. Romana specializes in integrative nutrition, focusing on hormones, metabolism, digestion, and wellness. She also works at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition on both the clinical and research teams.
