This episode explores some heavy topics with Zulma Williams from the podcast "Keeping it Real with Zulma the Swearing Therapists" . I talk to her about my anxiety, demons, worries and more. Which includes handing Death and Grief and how she handled her diagnosis of cancer at age 46. This is raw and real and a can't miss

Zulma was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During her lifetime she struggled with abusive relationships, depression, and suicidal ideation. She immigrated to the US at age 31. At age 42, she started to study for a Bachelor of Social Work and graduated at 46. in December of 2011, two months after graduation she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had a lumpectomy and moved back to Argentina for three years.

In 2015 she returned to the US and enrolled for the Master of Social Work program at age 50. She completed her internship and became a fully licensed social worker in 2018. She founded Dragonfly Therapy Services and specializes in trauma, anxiety, and depression.

A warning: as the title of the episode indicates, Zulma uses colorful language often and is known as the swearing therapist. I thought you should be informed and make your own decision on whether that Is acceptable to you
