Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hello, and welcome to Outspoken. It's your dose of the
hottest influenza and pop culture.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
News twice a week.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
I'm Amy Torber and coming up on today's show, Tummy Henbro,
Debut's her new Man, and why Everyone's Pissed at the
Road event guest list. But first tickets to Hillary Duff's
World Tour officially go on pre sale today.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
I'm so excited but also really nervous.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
I just realized that today is also two years to
the day that we saw Taylor Swift in concert for
the Eras tour. Maybe that's a good sign. Maybe we
are going to get some good tickets.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
I've got PTSD still from that waiting room. I think
we spent two full days logged in trying to get tickets.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
At least we actually got tickets, so so many people
did well.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
The difference this time around is I've got a toddler
and you guys have got babies that we have on
this strict routine, and I'm like, okay, So the presale
starts at I think it's eleven thirty Adelaide time, and
then I'm like, hang on, they go down for their
nap at one what happens if we get in and
you're busy, like we need to have a plan.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Well so, and I've also got a work shoot on,
so that's gonna make things extra difficult.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
But you just have to try.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
I'm sure it's not gonna be as popular as Taylor
Swift or am I setting us up for a big fault.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Don't jinx?

Speaker 3 (01:11):
I mean Hillary Duff has twenty seven point nine million
followers on Instagram and she has created such a buzz.
The marketing around her comeback has been incredible and I
think a big part of the reason why so many
people want to go to her concert.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
There's so many different presales on I have ordered her
vinyl album from Warner Brothers in the hope that maybe
I'll be able to get some tickets. But I heard
some people saying online that you should only be able
to enter the presale if your birth year starts with
one and a nine, and I.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
Think something agree well, perhaps providing proof of you going
to her concert the last time she was in Australia.
I think that's a true fan.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
It's really crazy that it's been over twenty years since
Hillary was last here for her Australian concept. I mean,
we would have had to call up ticket tech or
even line up. It's amazing how much modern technology has changed.

Speaker 5 (01:57):
Was I the only one that felt like it was
hard to watch that road event? Knew that one in
Sydney with all the influencers, that was the most cringiest
thing I have ever seen.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
In case you've been living under a rock, Hailey Bieber
has been in Sydney promoting the launch of her skincare
brand Road into Mecca in Australia. Late last week, the
A lister held an influencer event to celebrate the launch,
which has dominated news feeds, but for an unexpected reason.
It turns out the influencer guest list has ruffled some feathers,
particularly of those creators who weren't invited. Kate, can you

(02:31):
tell us more?

Speaker 3 (02:32):
Well, the content creators who didn't make the invite list
aren't happy, and I can kind of see why. My
TikTok has been absolutely flooded by this event. But everything
just looks the same except as uploaded by a different influencer.
So most of the videos start with this shot of
Hailey Bieber arriving at the event, and she looks like
she'd rather be anywhere else. But there, and as she

(02:53):
wades through this sea of white, thin, young influencers, she
does this little double wave. Have you guys seen it?
It's so far.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
I didn't pick up on the vibe that she didn't
want to be there, though, I think she sort of
looks a little bit shy and a bit like timidly.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Oh hi everyone. I saw some people commenting on TikTok
saying did she just pretend to chew?

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Chewing?

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Done?

Speaker 1 (03:12):
As soon as she entered the room she did this
bit of a chew, and other people saying, she's really nervous,
like that is something like she's trying to mask her nerves.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
Okay, it could have been a mix of nerves.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
But there is a shot of her before she actually
enters the venue, and it's kind of like, oh God,
do I really have to go in?

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Because I don't blame her.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Literally, everyone was just pointing their phones at her, recording
her every movement.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
The room looked very intimidating, and I don't want to
shit on the people that were there, because I'm sure
they're lovely, but from an outside perspective, it almost looked
like you were back at high school and it was
a room full of popular people and you were just
waiting to be bullied.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Well, someone said it looked like a Kookie staff party,
which made me laugh. And I think everyone's a bit
disappointed because in addition to this shot of Hailey Bieber
that was in every video, all the other videos also
featured the Road Bakery, so it was like slow motion
shots of this pop up bay creed. There was this
pile of waffles that was literally in every real there

(04:06):
were berries and these purple Wellness shots with Road branded
ice cubes. It looked very cute, but it's like, is
that all you can come up with for this event?

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Like where's a creativity.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
From being in pr and being around these types of events.
I think that a lot of the influencers there would
have just been so starstruck that Hailey Bieber was in
their orbit and sort of thought, well, I've got the invite. Anyway,
I'm not really going to go above and beyond to
create a really out there video that's really creative. I
think that would have just been like, oh, look, it's
good enough to just film whatever's here.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
But it's not really good enough.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Like if you're getting an invite to this type of event,
which a lot of people wanted to go to You've
really got to do better than just a slow moo
montage of stuff that happened in it. The only video
that really stood out to me was the one Jackie
Alexander uploaded, and that was because Hailey Bieber noticed her.
So she was filming when Haley Bieber waded through the crowd,
and Hailey walked past her, grabs into her arm and says,

(05:01):
I love your content.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Yeah, I saw that one popped up for me too,
and I was like, oh my god. Jackie Alexander must
have just died in that moment. And I think the
reason that Haley said it is probably because she does
watch her videos, but also because she probably wanted to
make it look as though she had hand selected the
creators that were there, which has turned out to actually
be a bad thing because of the lack of diversity.
Let's be honest. Though she wouldn't have had anything to

(05:24):
do with the guest list, I actually thought that she
looked so intimidated in that space that she almost saw
a friendly face in Jackie and.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Was like, oh hello, Like yeah, she was searching for
a familiar face. In terms of the backlash, it actually
started before the event, so content creator Georgia Dale wasn't.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Happy from the get go.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
So though it is not familiar with her, she has
over sixty two thousand followers on TikTok and she shares
makeup tutorials and cama holes now. Prior to the road event,
she said.

Speaker 6 (05:53):
This, I'm really trying not to be a hate here,
but I already know who's going to these road events
because you've gone to every other event this year and
last year and there before. What I'm trying to say
is I'm a little bit bored, Like, girl, I already
know you're gonna go meet Hailey Bieby, Margot Robbie and
Jake Blowry, and like, I already.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
Know who's going.

Speaker 6 (06:11):
It's the same people that go to every event. And
I'm a god call me a hater, I'm like, yes,
I wish I was there. I recognize that in myself,
I would love to be doing what you're doing. As
someone that views this content really bored. Everyone looks amazing,
the outfits look good. I'm gonna get a little transition moment,
a little Hailey Biba, you look great.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
Like hard way to see the content.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
It's also just a little bit predictable.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Well, we were kind of joking that these girls looked
like your high school bullies. Maybe that's what it is
as well, that we're sort of sick of these popular
type people only being invited to the cool events. We actually,
as consumers want to see influencers that also represent us,
and I don't really think there's much of an excuse
because the influencer industry is so vast now it's oversaturated.

(06:53):
We've got so many great, smaller creators that would have
actually jumped at the chance of going and actually put
out something that their consumers would have got more out
of than just seeing a montage of a pretty event.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
Yeah, it's not twenty sixteen anymore, when we've only got
a couple of big influencers like we are absolutely at
saturation point, and it seems like brand agencies are just
resting on their laurels and inviting the same people every
time because maybe they can't be bothered to come up
with another invite list.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Was anyone else surprised that the Shameless Girls weren't there
because they have had a long standing partnership with Mecha.
I think that they would have brought something creative to
the event.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
We're talking about podcasters.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
Lucy Jackson from Happy Hour actually commented on George's video
and she wrote, I think they should get us to
interview Hailey Bieber and ask a hard hitter. Writer and
creator Oleary Potter also added always the same and always
zero diversity.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
And these two women were left off the invite list,
which I think is a bad move.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
They would have added a lot to it. Yeah, well,
I kind of am sensing a bit of a theme here.
It seems like anyone over thirty bar Jackie Alexander were
invited because jar Dae Tunci was another influencer who was
unhappy she was left off the invite list. So despite
having five hundred and forty eight thousand followers on Instagram
and five hundred and thirteen thousand on TikTok, she didn't

(08:06):
make the cut. And last year was quite interesting because
she opened up about how since she's become a mother,
she hasn't been invited to a lot of these events
that she previously would have, and she's also spoken about
losing a lot of brand deals and prior to becoming
a mom, she was one of Australia's biggest fashion influences.
She consistently worked with brands like prior to Gucci, Louis Verton.

(08:28):
Let's take a listen to what she said.

Speaker 5 (08:31):
I want to know.

Speaker 7 (08:32):
Okay, think about it. Why more mummies aren't being invited
to the core person things right because we listen, we
have money to spend, okay, because we're not doing much,
and we're sitting at home and r on our phones
and we're online shopping and we're doing a lot of that.

(08:53):
And not only that, but sometimes we want a little,
you know, treat to make ourselves feel good.

Speaker 3 (08:58):
Right.

Speaker 7 (08:59):
And also we're very we can be very influential. I
trust lots of mothers now with their opinions. Word of
mouth is very important. And as soon as her mom
says this is good, I'm like, yes, thank you, at takat,
I don't have to go looking for the thing that
you just recommended to me. So think about Everyone loves
Desperate Housewives, everyone loves Derep's moms. Everyone loves that Mormon show.

Speaker 8 (09:24):
With the mom's in it.

Speaker 1 (09:26):
The ironic thing is Hailey Bieber is also a mum,
which I sometimes forget. She has a son called Jack Blue. Okay,
you started that trend.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
Yeah, What's funny because Jarde actually said, look, I think
I'd have more to chat about to Hailey Bieber because
we are both moms. Their kids are a similar age. Also,
Jarde's thirty, Hailey Bieber's twenty nine. It's funny because I
cracked up when I saw Rannie brand spreeze video. So
she was there at the event and she said she
never thought she would talk to Hailey Bieber about jet lag.

(09:55):
So she was one of the influencers who actually managed
to talk to her, and she had her positioned to
record the conversation from beneath, and she shared herself being like, oh, so,
how's the jet lag?

Speaker 4 (10:08):
How are you going?

Speaker 3 (10:08):
It just seemed like the most boring conversation she paid
herself out about it.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
Look no shade to Rannie Bransby, but I didn't think
that she was a very relevant influencer anymore. I mean,
the last time I heard about her was when she
was on a US trip with Michael Finch and Shiny
Grimman and that gang back in what twenty eighteen.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Well, I think it's.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
Because she's a part of Jackie Alexander's group of friends,
and that's what a lot.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
Of people were saying.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
People were saying, well, the only way to get an
invite to these events is if you are on the
brand agency's radar in terms of you're managed by them,
or you're a part of an influencer click And I
could see that because it does seem like the same
influences are getting invited to all of the same events.
So all of the people we saw at the AO,

(10:49):
they were at this event. They also then were at
the Wuthering Heights premiere, and I'm pretty sure we're going
to see them at the Grand Prix.

Speaker 9 (10:56):
Well.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
I think the worst thing for Rhode and Hayley Bieber
is the fact that for years Hailey Bieber has been
battling this sort of mean girl persona that has been
created about her online and this sort of just feeds
into it.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Yeah, it was giving off that energy and one TikToker
called call me Sammy, she was completely over it. She
said that she found the event hard to watch. Let's
take a listen to what she particularly had a problem with.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
They like pictures them on the mech website and they're
all like and they're all like doing the fake laughing.

Speaker 8 (11:28):
Do it, just.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
Do do do the fake las laugh?

Speaker 1 (11:33):
In a photo, so we don't know that it's fake.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
So off the back of this clip going a little
bit viral on TikTok, Jackie, Alexander and Sofa Dofah hit
back posting their own TikTok. So they were of course
invited to live golf over the weekend in Adelaide, and
they shared a video of themselves fake laughing with the
caption influencers fake laughing is so insufferable. These fake influencer
laughing photos and videos bring me back to twenty six

(12:00):
when I was working at an influencer slash event sort
of agency, and all us girls working there would take
all of these photos and I thought they were quite
cringe to back at now, but maybe it's back in fashion.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
They were insufferable at the time and they still are now.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
Well, Jackie's video didn't land, I think the way she
thought it would. Someone wrote, I thought the videos were
about there being a lack of diversity, and she wrote, no,
this has nothing to do with those videos, and then
the person replied, out of all the critiques, both valid
and vapid, you decided the vapid one requires airtime, to
which Jackie responded, not true. If you used your eyes
and braids. Now, I do have to point out there

(12:37):
was some slight diversity. There were a couple of Asian
and black creators at the event, but it was majority white,
skinny influencers. I mean, you just had to look at
the vision from the event to see that, which, to.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
Point out, wasn't actually the fault of the influencers who
were in attendance, because when you get invited to something
like this so like you get given the guest list.
So and also, I mean Jackie Alexander's video, I think
she was actually trying to take the piss out of
herself in that instance. Look, I'm a big fan of
Jackie Alexander, and if someone has to fly the over
thirties flag, I want it to be her.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
Yeah. Well, I feel like she was one of the
only influencers that created interesting content from the event. And
I do agree it's the brand agencies who have planned
this event and put the invite list forward that are
to blame. And I actually think it would be beneficial
to them to actually cast their net out wider and
start inviting some smaller creators because often those creators have
more of an influence than the bigger ones.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
I think this really shows that we as consumers also
need to take some responsibility and start following more diverse influencers,
more smaller creators, so they then get the opportunities when
events like this come around.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
I think some people will say, well, Hang on Road
was clearly trying to target a gen Z market, so
they did that by inviting all of these influences. But
if you've got an invite list of two hundred people,
why would you just hit the same demographic with those
two hundred people. Why not diversify it and, as Jade said,
invite some of the influencers who appeal to mums. They've

(14:02):
got money. Invite diverse people. You know, it doesn't make
sense to invite all of the same people that have
the same audience crossover.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
I actually do have a Valentine.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
Tammy Hembro debut her new man at the Sydney premiere
of Wuthering Heights on Thursday night.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
On the red carpet.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
The new couple packed on the PDA in front of
the cameras, including a bum grab. Now you've got to
give it to Tammy because she even managed to steal
the spotlight away from Margot Robbie and Jacob Laura. Now
I saw this everywhere on Thursday night.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
It was crazy.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
The Daily Telegraph picked up on it. We shared a
couple of reels that went absolutely viral. Now the new
man in question is a guy called Grayson to Mooana
and he is a twenty two year old Sydney based
model and aspiring actor. He has a very modest social
media following of only two point eight thousand on Instagram
and one point two thousand on TikTok, which is minuscule

(14:57):
in comparison to Tammy Hembro's six zo point eight million followers.

Speaker 3 (15:01):
Yeah, we need to talk about the age gap because
it has been a hot topic online. So Tammy is
set to turn thirty two in April this year, while
Grayson is twenty two. People did the math pretty quickly
and worked out that Grayson was twelve when Tammy's eldest son,
Wolf was born. Do you think it was fair that
people were, you know, picking up on the age If
it was a man, would we be no, you know,

(15:23):
doing the math as much.

Speaker 1 (15:24):
No one seemed to care when her ex husband Matt
Sakowski was dating a woman in her early twenties at
all that was just thought of us being the norm.
Maybe I'm extra sensitive about this because my husband is
I say, four and a half you guys say five
years younger than me, and just think there's a total
hypocrisy when it comes to women dating younger men. Look,
it might be my internalized misogyny, but I was shocked

(15:45):
at the age difference. And I think it really came
down to the fact that Tammy has three kids, and
you know, as you said, Wolf is ten years old,
there's only a twelve year age gap there. I think
when you look at a twenty two year old guy,
you think, is he really in this to be had
stepped down.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
To these kids.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
I mean, I'm guessing he's just a bit of fun
for the moment. But I was shocked. I'm going to
be I think a lot of people were shocked. Why
they boo him on the.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
Red carpet if he is a bit of fun. I
think that that's where my mind goes.

Speaker 4 (16:11):
Take a shit situation.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Well, I think in terms of the age in this situation,
it comes more down to life stages rather than the
actual age, because I think if Tammy didn't have kids
and hadn't been married and had a couple of engagements
and people wouldn't really care. But it's the fact that
you know, she's put it out there that she's going
to be a lot more careful moving forward and dating someone,
and then it just seems like she's making the same mistakes.

Speaker 7 (16:33):
All.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
It's so true because I think we've spoken about this
before on the podcast, someone said someone who's thirty five
in single with no kids is younger than someone who's
twenty seven married with three children. I think the thing
with Tammy as well is that we've all been on
board of all these new relationships and it kind of
just seems like another train wreck that's just about to happen,
and you can't help but think. Fuck, Like, you know,

(16:53):
you need to be a bit more careful when you're
selecting her to date. Maybe a twenty two year old
model isn't the best option.

Speaker 10 (17:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
Well, in terms of the timeline of this relationship, Grayson
was actually asked on the Red Carpet about when he
started dating Tammy and he said it had been going
on four quote some time. According to the trail of
breadcrumbs at the couple and their friends have dropped on
social media, it appears that they actually first met at
a show po event back in late November, so it

(17:22):
seems likely that Grayson was a plus one of his
influencer friend Brayden Dunbar, who ended up posting a video
of him doing shots alongside Tammy and Grayson. Now, this
was the night that Tammy shared the mystery bicep on
her TikTok, and a lot of people wondered if the
arm belonged to the big boss at her management company
because he had been photographed with his arm around her

(17:44):
outside the event that night. Then it seemed like Bailey
Smith took credit for it in that Tinder ad and
so everyone's like, oh, he must have beat it. However,
we have had confirmation in our DMS that the true
owner of the bicep is Grayson. In fact, he even
re shared Tammy's post at the time.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
These influencer events seem to really push the two closer together,
because they then reunited at another brand event in mid January.
This time it was at Runway, the label's yacht party,
and Grayson's influencer friend Braiden It documented their time on
the It's.

Speaker 3 (18:14):
Pretty wild because I was looking back at the content
Tammy shared from this event seeing if I could spot
Grayson in it, and he actually appears for a couple
of seconds in her real they're actually standing next to
each other in blink and you would have missed it,
but when you watch it on slow mo, he's definitely there.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
The timing was so interesting because the day of the premiere,
an interview with Tammy on her sister Emily's podcast Drop.
So I listened to that as soon as it came out,
and in it, Tammy was speaking about having a Valentine
And in the interview she said she was single and
wasn't doing anything for Valentine's Day because she was away
for an event, which ended up being live golf. But

(18:52):
in the next breath she said this, well, I'm the
single one.

Speaker 4 (18:56):
You guys have a partner.

Speaker 3 (18:58):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
I don't get that. I don't have a partner to
help me like guys. But speaking of Valentine's Day, I
actually do have a Valentine. Oh my god, spilled the tea.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
I'm not telling anyone anything, especially you two.

Speaker 10 (19:11):
I think both name on your phone Amy right now,
when you were doing way can I your messages came up.

Speaker 1 (19:20):
It's just like nothing though it's just my Valentine.

Speaker 10 (19:24):
But I still think that's fun to just even have
someone to like, you know, and like get receive some
flowers from, or like a cute little card. Amy when
you saw the name, would I know it?

Speaker 9 (19:36):
Yes?

Speaker 10 (19:36):
Or no?

Speaker 4 (19:36):
I didn't know it?

Speaker 10 (19:37):
Okay, but yeah, I try to stay out of that stuff.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Which is why trust me, girl, I'm not trying to
bolove you in anything.

Speaker 4 (19:45):
I'm not telling anyone anything into.

Speaker 10 (19:47):
My life ever again, so like us, you're not telling us.
So you're not telling any literally, no one, not even friends.
You know what, Pat knows my my manager, he's the
only person. Oh my god, no I'm telling anything to.

Speaker 1 (20:02):
I wonder if Grayson was spearing that he didn't get
an invite to live golf with Tammy.

Speaker 2 (20:06):
Well, the papers are already labeling him fame hungry.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
Well, I can see how they have drawn that conclusion.
In terms of this podcast interview, it was so weird
because in it Tammy was saying, oh, I'm not going
to tell anyone anything about this relationship, and then the
day the interview drops, she's then on the red carpet
with him, Like was this all a quick turnaround In
terms of saying, Oh, I'm actually going to hard launch.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
Him, like, oh, what happened?

Speaker 1 (20:29):
And then once the article started popping up that night
about Grace and I noticed that Emily re shared a
clip from her podcast where Tammy said I've got a Valentine,
So it seemed like they were all trying to jump
on the train of the big reveal.

Speaker 3 (20:41):
Yeah, but what doesn't make sense is in that interview
she said, oh, I'm not going to share who it is,
and then she does, so it's like, it doesn't really
make sense. I think something's obviously happened.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
But even the fact that they shared a kiss on
the red carpet, like it was all incredibly attention seeking.
To me, it's clear she's just trying to steal the
attention back from Matt Sukowski, who's got a really good
edit I'm a celeb, or potentially she's trying to distract
from something else that may be coming out about her soon.
We have learned throughout the years that this is a
huge tactic of hers well.

Speaker 3 (21:10):
Talking about Mattzakowski, she actually threw shade at him on
the podcast episode with Emily, So when she was asked
to share her best or worst Valentine's Day story, she said, this.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
Can you think of your worst?

Speaker 1 (21:23):
My worst was probably last year, And that's what I'm
gonna say about that. What was last year? Oh, the
year before, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (21:32):
Whenever I was lost in a.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Relationship, what was that?

Speaker 1 (21:39):
I'm trying to remember.

Speaker 5 (21:40):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (21:41):
Let's just let's move on.

Speaker 10 (21:43):
Amy.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
I remember seeing a photo of what Matt Zakowski got
Tammy Hembro for Valentine's Day two years ago, and you
could just tell it's not what she wanted.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
There was like a jelly cat toy chili and it
was like their vows that were laminated. But really, I'm
guessing Tammy would have wanted a big bunch of rope.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
Well they work better on the Graham dope.

Speaker 1 (22:01):
Yeah, but Mattzakowski was always known for the petrol station
flower or the Wooly's flower, So what was she expecting
She knew going into it, which is actually kind of
sweet now that you reflect on it.

Speaker 4 (22:10):
Sometimes there's a.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
Bit much when you see those influencers getting those obnoxiously
large roses and you're like, in the real world, like, yeah,
it's usually people that are fighting the.

Speaker 3 (22:19):
Most well in terms of Tammy's new relationship, it hasn't
taken long for it to be rocked by cheating allegations.
So the day after the movie premiere, Grayson's ex girlfriend's
sister and friends.

Speaker 4 (22:31):
Came out swinging on TikTok.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
So one friend wrote, imagine you find out your twenty
two year old boyfriend was cheating on you with an
extremely well known influencer, a thirty one year old mum
of three kids. So you kick him out after he's
lived with you for eight months, despite him denying the allegations.
Just two days later, you're scrolling TikTok and you see
him now being heart launched on the red carpet. That
poor girl having such a portrayal rubbed in her face.

(22:56):
So publicly disgusting behavior from the both of them. As
for Grayson's ex girlfriend's sisters, they took it a step further,
so under a video of Tammy and Grayson at the premiere,
one sister shared a photo of what appeared to be
Tammy and Grayson cuddling in bed with the caption, he
cheated on my sister and these videos is how she

(23:16):
found out. Here is a photo of them not that
long ago. Now, another sister added Grayson Timuuana, a man
of mystery dot dot dot. The twenty two year old
keeps his girlfriend off his socials and reckons maturing is
realizing connections can take you further than education ever can,
so desires to shack up with an influencer while still

(23:38):
with his girlfriend, then proceeds to lie and manipulate her
into thinking she's the one in the wrong and that
he didn't tell her things because she would overreact, proceeds
to call her the sea word, and while she's left
home crying while on the phone to me for support.
Only a few short days later, he's out on the
red carpet, necking and touching up tummy trying to gain

(23:59):
clout thanks from said girlfriend's sister. In terms of the
quote that one of the sisters reference saying, maturing is
realizing connections take you further than education can ever, that
was actually a caption on one of Grayson's recent TikTok videos,
The Fuck.

Speaker 1 (24:16):
I love the reaction from the sisters. It's pretty iconic.
I think that this is something that we would do
for one another if one of us got fucked over
by guy. Well, Grayson's actually come out and denied the
cheating allegations. So the Daily Mail and running with it
as an exclusive. He's given them a comment which says,
just to clear things up, the narrative being shared about
me online isn't accurate. I haven't been in a relationship

(24:37):
of any kind for over three years. The claims circulating
us simply falls.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
We don't believe you, Grayson.

Speaker 4 (24:43):
Why do we don't believe him?

Speaker 3 (24:45):
Which if you see the photos of all of the
girl with the girlfriends like from Christmas Day, like he's
they're putting the Christmas tree up together, like what?

Speaker 1 (24:53):
This isn't a good sign for Tammy going forward if
he is able to just lie like that.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
No, And I think that this confirm what we're all
thinking about Grayson being a clout chaser. I mean it
was clear the moment I saw that his influencer friend
was tagging him under all the videos that he appeared
on from the launch, so even influence updates au he
put Grayson Timawana like.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
I saw under the Daily Telegraph one of his friends
tagged him and wrote killing it Grayson. He hasn't even
got that many more followers because I think he was
sitting at like close to three thousand. It's only just
clocked over to three thousand. I want to know what
does Emily and Amy think about Grayson, because they were
very open in their views around Matt. Maybe they need
to get Grayson on their podcasts.

Speaker 8 (25:33):
Well.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
In Amy's podcast when they were chatting to Tammy, they
did say that the name that was popping up was
one that they didn't recognize at all, fring that he's
not famous. I don't think that they'd be thrilled by
the fact that it's his twenty two year old wanna
be content creator, part time model. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (25:47):
I mean, it's crystal clear he wants to increase his profile,
but as you said, Amy, I don't think it's going
to happen. Matsakowski barely got any new followers once he
started dating tagging.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
If anything, people just liked him after dating her.

Speaker 10 (25:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Did anyone else get the ultimate ick when they went
through Grayson's Instagram? Like I usually love following people's boyfriends,
particularly with the job that we have, because I'm like, oh,
maybe we'll see something interesting, But I actually didn't follow.

Speaker 4 (26:09):
No, I couldn't bring.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
Myself to follow him because his little photo shits. I
was like Oh, I just don't even want to look
at this.

Speaker 3 (26:15):
It's clear that he's pissed off that he's not getting
any followers because Tammy didn't end up sharing any of
the photos of them from the premiere. She just posted
pictures of herself and he commented under them. Fire. The
night of the Wuthering Heights premiere was actually wild because
if the photos of Grayson squeezing Tammy Hembro's ass on
the red carpet weren't enough, panic stations reached all time

(26:38):
high when this clip of Tammy in Amy her sister's
TikTok resurface. So in a video posted three days earlier,
Tammy is heard saying this.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
In the background, I might be pregnant.

Speaker 9 (26:54):
Now.

Speaker 3 (26:54):
When I heard this, I personally thought Tammy said I
think I may be pregnant, and that is what the
captions of the video said. So Amy, her sister left
the caption saying, I think I may be pregnant. You
can actually edit that. I mean, I don't know why
the whole clip wasn't edited.

Speaker 4 (27:08):
Out to begin with.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
I listened so many times and I could only hear
her say I think I may be pregnant as well.
There were a couple of comments on Amy's video saying,
oh my god, did Tammy just say that? So there
were other people who agreed with that sentiment as well.
We ended up sharing the clip on our Instagram and
Tammy actually commented underneath it, confirming that she was talking
about her sister Amy and confirming that she is not pregnant.

(27:31):
She said, I said Amy's pregnant low, then followed up
with which she's not.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
I still don't get why the clip featured in the video,
even if she said she thought Amy was pregnant, surely
that would be something you'd cut out.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
To me, it definitely seemed like it was purposely kept
in there for engagement and as some sort of distraction technique.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
Yeah, I mean, this premiere just gave and gave. Because
then a clip of Tammy being interviewed on the Red
Carpet by pedestrian also went viral. So she was asked
about her ex husband about Sakowski's apearance on arm Seleb
and this is what she said.

Speaker 9 (28:04):
I don't watch it, so I mean I've been said
and there I mean, I mean it has been a
bit of tears that scene, and.

Speaker 4 (28:19):
I cry all the time.

Speaker 9 (28:20):
So it's okay, like I don't know, I don't really.

Speaker 4 (28:22):
Watch him though I don't watch any of that.

Speaker 3 (28:24):
Yeah, it's fair enough.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
For those who haven't seen the clip. Pedestrian zoomed up
on her face when she was giggling as well, which
really sort of emphasized that it looked like she was
poking fun at Matt.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
We actually had a lot of people messaging us to
talk about Tammy's appearance in the video because there were
a lot of negative comments saying, oh, is this what
she looks like without filters on? We saw similar commentary
on the Tinder video. I do feel bad even touching
upon this because she's clearly a beautiful woman with or
without filters on. But it is really interesting when you

(28:57):
do see influencers appearing in content that they don't have
control over themselves. And you know, I actually love seeing
people's imperfections and the fact that they actually look human
rather than some blurred anime character look.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
I actually think the lighting did a dirty I don't
think it was a true indication of what she actually
looks like, because I saw Margo Robbie also interviewed in
a similar spot, and I mean Margo Robbie is an
absolute goddess and even the lighting was a slightly unflattering
to her. I mean, I don't think it was the
same level as poor Tammy's lighting, but yeah, I think
lighting can definitely do a lot for you.

Speaker 8 (29:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
It was interesting because, as we mentioned, Tammy Hembro was
in Adelaide at Live Golf and my wedding photographer and
also the photographer who did our the mom's group photo shoot.
Shout out to Megan Cole, She's incredible. She was shooting
at the event and she took a couple of photos
of Tammy that Tammy ended up resharing and she looked
exactly like she does on her Instagram. So and they

(29:54):
obviously weren't edited to the max either.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
Now I think we need to talk about what Tammy
said about Matt, because the backlash was very swift to
this video. People came out swinging in support of Matt
and criticized Tammy for mocking him.

Speaker 3 (30:07):
It was interesting because the general consensus was that Tammy
should not have mocked her ex husband for being vulnerable
and showing his emotions on TV. However, fellow influencer Steph
Klais Smith came into bat for tammy So, she wrote, Well,
maybe she's giggling out of nerves, because who would like
to be asked about the ex like that on a
red carpet. It's uncomfortable. I'd probably giggle too.

Speaker 1 (30:28):
Look, I understand that sentiment. I'm surprised that they got
away with asking that question. In saying that, though, I
think that Tammy has probably been so used to speaking
about Matt's appearance with her friends and they've all had
a bit of a laugh about you know, he's become
a bit of a viral meme for crying when he
was doing that Heights challenge that she was so used
to just getting a different response. I don't think she

(30:50):
realizes how good that show has been for Matt and
the sort of turnaround we've seen of his public persona.

Speaker 4 (30:56):
People love him.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
There were so many people saying this is so credibly unfair.
Matt seems like an absolute sweetheart.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
How dare you mock him?

Speaker 3 (31:04):
I was pretty proud of that, because the day after
the premiere, he posted a thinly veiled response to tammy So.
In a video posted to his Instagram story, he referenced
the very sad start that two and a half thousand
men every year in Australia commits suicide. He then said this.

Speaker 8 (31:21):
Like, one of the big ones is that men who
show vulnerability and emotions are criticized and belittled and made
fun of it, and there is no safe environment to
do that. And I think that a man who cries
and shows emotions and vulnerability is it is a superpower

(31:42):
and it shouldn't be belittled or made fun of. It
should be lifted up and men should be encouraged to
do that. And I think if we are, there won't
be as many men wanting to commit suicide or feeling
like they should. There would be people around him and
they'd be happy to do that. So I feel like today,
in twenty twenty six, there is no place to make

(32:02):
fun of someone doing that.

Speaker 1 (32:05):
Matt was incredibly articulate in this video. I was really
impressed with the way that he was able to convey
the message, and I think it impressed a lot of
other people as well. It's quite interesting because on Friday
night we shared Tammy's interview with Matt's response, and interestingly,
Tammy's ex fiance and the father of her youngest daughter, Posey,

(32:25):
liked our post and This prompted a listener to write,
Matt Paul liked this too, speaks volumes, to which Matt replied,
I'll clear that up. There's nothing funny about men's mental
health now. Another person replied, whenever there's an opportunity to
bash your daughter's mother, you never miss it, as if
you're waiting for it now. He ended up responding to
that as well, saying, so you're defending someone who mocks

(32:47):
a man for vulnerability and emotions. You think the men's
mental health is a joke? Speaks volumes for your character.
This just adds even more fuel to the fire that
things are bad between Matt and Tammy.

Speaker 4 (32:57):
Oh definitely.

Speaker 3 (32:58):
And I don't think at at least Matt p fiance
would have been too impressed either, because over the weekend
she was single parenting not only her own son, Parker,
who I think it's around six to eight months old,
but also her stepdaughter Posey Tammy Hembro's daughter, while Matt
was commentating at an event, so she had two kids
the whole weekend while Tammy was at livgolf. No shade

(33:21):
to Tammy, of course she can go to her influencer events,
but obviously when tensions are high, you're not going to
be that impressed that you're looking after two children while
the other parent is of having an amazing time.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
I've recently started following Annalise and I really like her,
I think because our sons are a similar age, and
she is really posting the realities of what it's like
to have a young child. And she's recently got a
sleep consultant in because they've been absolutely struggling with his sleep.

Speaker 2 (33:47):
And I just think, what an absolute.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
Legend looking after her own son and also her stepdaughter
in such a beautiful way. But yeah, it does seem
it's sad that tensions seem to be high between the
two families.

Speaker 4 (33:57):
Well that is whybe We're going to leave things today.

Speaker 3 (33:59):
But if you want to hear more content from us,
we drop a bonus episode of Outspoken every week on
a Thursday. It's called Outspoken Plus. And to subscribe is
just five ninety nine a month. You get four extra
episode a month. I think that is a great deal.

Speaker 1 (34:13):
Oh definitely. And if you subscribe now you've got a
whole back catalog of I think three or four years
of episodes to look back on. Yeah, I think there's
almost two hundred episodes that you can binge on. Yeah,
so definitely go and check that out now. This episode
was recorded on the traditional land of the Ghana people
of the Adelaide Planes. We pay respect to elders past
and present.
