Judith Hoaglund believes healing and self-discovery begin with a willingness to explore the deeper mysteries of ourselves, the natural world, and our connection to something greater.

A lifelong student of spiritual alchemy, quantum mechanics, shamanism, mysticism, nature, and healing, Judith has spent decades exploring traditions and practices that seek to understand consciousness and human transformation. Her search for personal healing and spiritual wisdom has taken her across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, eventually transforming a personal journey into a life devoted to service.

Since 1977, Judith has worked with people seeking healing and greater self-understanding. She immersed herself in Sufism and was ordained as a healer and minister in the Sufi Order of the West in 1979. During the 1990s, she expanded her practice through training with Native American and other shamanic teachers, later beginning an in-depth apprenticeship in Peruvian shamanism in 2001.

From 2009 to 2019, Judith served as a sanctioned teacher of The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Cross-Cultural Shamanism, guiding others in Andean-inspired mesa-based healing and ceremonial practices. Her decades of study have shaped an approach that brings together energy work, ceremony, altered states, spiritual exploration, and a deep respect for the natural world.

During the pandemic in 2020, Judith began bringing that lifetime of experience to the page. Her book, Embody Wholeness: Journeys into Energy Healing, Altered States and the Quantum Field, was first published in 2021. In 2025, she released a second edition, Embody Wholeness: Guided Shamanic Techniques for Transforming Trauma into Well-Being.

Today, Judith maintains a private shamanic energy healing practice in West Sonoma County, California, where gardening, hiking, and time in nature remain an important part of her life and spiritual practice.

Her message is simple: healing is a journey of returning to wholeness, and when we become willing to explore ourselves more deeply, we can begin transforming the way we relate to our experiences, our world, and our own inner wisdom.
