Stephen Moss believes great leadership is not only measured by the brands you build, but by the people you develop along the way.

A former Chief Marketing Officer and seasoned global brand builder, Stephen has led marketing for organizations including Gilbey Canada, Pillsbury International, Nestlé Ice Cream, and Imation. Throughout his career, he has helped some of the world's most recognizable brands overcome decline, enter new markets, and create sustainable growth.

His accomplishments include reversing Smirnoff's decline in Canada and helping position the brand for six consecutive years of growth, authoring Pillsbury's first global brand manual for Green Giant, introducing Häagen-Dazs to China, and revitalizing Drumstick with advertising that was ultimately adopted by Nestlé ice cream businesses around the world.

But Stephen's impact extends beyond brands and business results. More than 50 professionals who reported to him have gone on to become Vice Presidents or Presidents, reinforcing his belief that developing people is one of a leader's most important responsibilities.

That philosophy led him to found Executive Springboard, a mentoring organization focused on helping executives successfully onboard, strengthen their leadership, and re-engage valuable talent. Stephen has since built a global network of more than 100 mentors spanning 20 business functions and 12 countries.

With additional board experience across international joint ventures, startups, and nonprofits, Stephen brings decades of perspective on what it takes to build brands, develop leaders, and create organizations capable of lasting impact.

His message is simple: the strongest leaders do more than deliver results. They build people who can continue creating results long after them.
